Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin Jr. (leg) remains on the injury report and was listed as a limited participant in Monday's walkthrough practice, according to FOX Sports' Greg Auman. The Bucs continue to limit Godwin's practice availability early in the week since his return from a fractured fibula in Week 12. The 29-year-old played only 36% of the snaps in Week 12, catching two of four targets for nine yards. Godwin has seen more of the field the last two weeks, though, playing at least 66% of the snaps and combining for eight catches and 133 yards on 13 targets. He had a season-high five receptions on eight targets for 55 yards in Sunday's loss to the New Orleans Saints. Godwin should be fine to play on Thursday night against the division-rival Atlanta Falcons, but the potential return of receivers Mike Evans (collarbone) and Jalen McMillan (neck) will cut into Godwin's target share going forward.
From RotoBaller
Tampa Bay Buccaneers OG Ben Bredeson (knee), LB SirVocea Dennis (hip), S Christian Izien (neck), TE Cade Otton (knee), LB Haason Reddick (ankle) and S Tykee Smith (neck, shoulder) did not participate in practice Monday, Dec. 6. WR Mike Evans (collarbone), WR Chris Godwin (fibula), WR Jalen McMillan (neck) and OT Tristan Wirfs (oblique) were limited during practice. RB Bucky Irving (shoulder), QB Baker Mayfield (shoulder), CB Benjamin Morrison (hamstring) and S Rashad Wisdom (quadriceps) fully participated in practice. The Buccaneers only held a walkthrough Monday, so the report is an estimation.
From TheHuddle
Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin (fibula) was limited during practice Monday, Dec. 8. The Buccaneers only held a walkthrough Monday, so this is an estimation.
Fantasy Spin: Godwin has been a solid option in the passing game since returning from injury and has posted 133 yards in the last two games. He should see a handful of targets again this week and can be a No. 3 receiver or flex option.
From TheHuddle
Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin caught five of his eight targets for 55 yards in a 24-20 loss to the New Orleans Saints in Week 14.
Fantasy Spin: Godwin led the team in receptions and receiving yards, and he has strung together two solid games in a row. With Emeka Egbuka struggling a bit, Godwin has become Baker Mayfield's most effective option. He can be a WR3 or flex play.
From TheHuddle
Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Mike Evans (collarbone) and WR Jalen McMillan (neck) were limited during practice Friday, Dec. 5, but have been ruled out for Week 14. S Rashad Wisdom (quadriceps) fully participated in practice but has been ruled out. OT Tristan Wirfs (oblique) was limited during practice and is listed as questionable. CB Benjamin Morrison (hamstring) fully participated in practice but is listed as questionable. WR Chris Godwin (fibula) and LB Lavonte David (non-injury) were limited during practice but is not on the injury report. RB Bucky Irving (shoulder), QB Baker Mayfield (shoulder) and LB Haason Reddick (ankle) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.
From TheHuddle
Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin (fibula) was limited during practice Friday, Dec. 5, but is not on the injury report for Week 14.
Fantasy Spin: Godwin is coming off a productive Week 13 performance and should be more involved as the season goes on since he recently returned from injury. He should have a favorable matchup this week and can be a No. 3 receiver or flex option in leagues.
From TheHuddle
Tampa Bay Buccaneers OT Tristan Wirfs (oblique) did not participate in practice Thursday, Dec. 4. WR Mike Evans (collarbone) and WR Jalen McMillan (neck) were limited during practice. WR Chris Godwin (fibula), RB Bucky Irving (shoulder), QB Baker Mayfield (shoulder), CB Benjamin Morrison (hamstring), LB Haason Reddick (ankle) and S Rashad Wisdom (quadriceps) fully participated in practice.
From TheHuddle
Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin (fibula) fully participated in practice Thursday, Dec. 4.
Fantasy Spin: Godwin was more involved in the passing game last week and had his best game of the season. He should see a handful of targets this week against the New Orleans Saints and can be at least a flex option in fantasy leagues.
From TheHuddle
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin Jr. (leg) is getting healthier following a fractured fibula that he suffered back in Week 5. Godwin returned from his fibula injury in the Week 12 loss to the Los Angeles Rams to catch two of his four targets for just nine yards. The 29-year-old saw the field more in last week's win over the Arizona Cardinals and caught three of five targets for a season-high 78 yards. He was still limited with his leg injury in Wednesday's practice, but he upgraded to a full practice on Thursday and should continue to see his role grow as he heads into the Week 14 divisional game against the New Orleans Saints. Godwin has WR3/flex appeal for fantasy managers in his third game back, although his target share could be negatively affected if Mike Evans (collarbone) comes off IR to play for the first time since breaking his collarbone in Week 7.
From RotoBaller
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin Jr. (leg) looked much better in his second game back from a fibula fracture in Week 13, hauling in three of five targets for 78 yards in the 20-17 victory over the Arizona Cardinals. Godwin suffered a gruesome leg injury in 2024, which affected his early-season play in 2025. The veteran receiver took some time to recover and get back to his normal self before the playoffs, and it paid off in Week 13. With injuries ravaging the Buccaneers' receiving corps, including Godwin, Mike Evans, and Jalen McMillan, the door is open for Godwin to have a role in fantasy lineups this week. The Buccaneers face the New Orleans Saints in Week 14, who Godwin has tormented in his NFL career. In Godwin's last six games against the Saints, he's averaged 95 receiving yards and 20.9 PPR fantasy points per game. With an improved target share moving forward, Godwin is shaping up to be a starting option in Week 14.
From RotoBaller
Tampa Bay Buccaneers OT Tristan Wirfs (oblique) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 3. WR Mike Evans (collarbone), WR Chris Godwin (fibula), RB Bucky Irving (shoulder), QB Baker Mayfield (shoulder) and WR Jalen McMillan (neck) were limited during practice. CB Benjamin Morrison (hamstring), LB Haason Reddick (ankle) and S Rashad Wisdom (quadriceps) fully participated in practice.
From TheHuddle
Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin (fibula) was limited during practice Wednesday, Dec. 3.
Fantasy Spin: Godwin has been able to play in the last few weeks but is still probably recovering from his injury. He posted a season-high 78 yards in Week 13 and should see a handful of targets this week. He can be a flex option in most fantasy leagues.
From TheHuddle
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin (leg) remains on the team's injury report and was listed as limited in practice on Wednesday, according to FOX Sports' Greg Auman. Godwin may stay on the injury report the rest of the year for maintenance purposes as he comes back from a fractured fibula that he suffered back in Week 5. The 29-year-old pass-catcher returned in Week 12 and has five catches on nine targets for 87 yards in his two games back. He was on the field more in last week's win over the Arizona Cardinals and had three catches on five targets for a season-high 78 yards. Although Mike Evans' (collarbone) impending return from Injured Reserve will take a little steam out of Godwin's rest-of-season outlook, he should still be a pretty key weapon for quarterback Baker Mayfield in the passing game. Consider him a viable WR3/flex option in fantasy for a Week 14 battle against the division-rival New Orleans Saints.
From RotoBaller
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin Jr. saw a steady increase in workload during Week 13's 20-17 win over the visiting Arizona Cardinals, reeling in 3-of-5 passes for 78 yards. The veteran saw a decent uptick in snap share this past weekend, eclipsing 50% of plays, and notching a team- and season-high with his yardage total. It's an encouraging outing for Godwin Jr., who has spent most of the season battling ankle and fibula injuries. He should continue to see his involvement rise over the coming weeks as he's further removed from the latter, and may hold some fantasy value yet down the stretch. The Penn State product's roster percentage is at one of its lowest rates in years, so now is a good time for fantasy managers to buy back in, particularly with a solid matchup in the New Orleans Saints slated for Week 14.
From RotoBaller
Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin caught three of his five targets for a team-high 78 yards in a 20-17 win over the Arizona Cardinals in Week 13.
Fantasy Spin: Godwin finished with a season high in receiving yards, and he may finally be finding his form after dealing with multiple leg injuries. Godwin may continue to improve as he shakes off the rust, but in the meantime, he can be a WR4 or flex option in deeper leagues.
From TheHuddle
Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin (fibula) should see an increased number of offensive snaps in Week 13's game versus the Arizona Cardinals because the team is playing a home game on grass, according to ESPN.com's Jeremy Fowler.
Fantasy Spin: Godwin was a limited participant in all three of Tampa Bay's practice sessions held during the week but no longer appears on the team's injury report. He had only two catches for nine yards in Week 12 against the Los Angeles Rams after having been sidelined since early October due to a fibula injury. For now, Godwin should be viewed as a risky flex option in deeper fantasy leagues because it remains uncertain what percentage of the Buccaneers' snaps he will be on the field for.
From TheHuddle
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin Jr. (leg) will suit up for the second straight week after missing five games due to a leg injury. Godwin was limited last week as he played only 36 percent of the offensive snaps. During that time, Godwin hauled in two of his four targets for nine yards in the loss to the Los Angeles Rams. The expectation is that Godwin will see a larger workload going forward. However, it's unknown how well the Bucs will do passing the ball with Baker Mayfield (shoulder) dealing with an AC joint injury. Godwin wasn't impressive when he was healthy earlier in the season. Fantasy managers should put him on the flex radar for this upcoming matchup against the Arizona Cardinals.
From RotoBaller
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin (leg) was a limited participant in practice on Friday but has been cleared from the final Week 13 injury report and will play on Sunday against the visiting Arizona Cardinals, according to the team's official website. The Buccaneers still have Godwin on their injury report after he returned in Week 12 for the first time since fracturing his fibula in Week 5. The 29-year-old only played 36% of the offensive snaps and caught two passes for nine yards in the Sunday night loss to the Los Angeles Rams as the team eased him back into the offense. He was limited on Wednesday and Friday but had a full session on Thursday. Tampa is expected to get Godwin more involved this weekend in a good matchup against Arizona, making him a more palatable, albeit still risky WR4/flex for fantasy managers in Week 13.
From RotoBaller
Tampa Bay Buccaneers CB Benjamin Morrison (hamstring) was limited during practice Friday, Nov. 28, but has been ruled out for Week 13. S Rashad Wisdom (quadriceps) fully participated in practice but has been ruled out. OG Ben Bredeson (hamstring), CB Jamel Dean (hip), RB Bucky Irving (foot, shoulder), QB Baker Mayfield (shoulder), LB Anthony Nelson (ribs) and LB Haason Reddick (ankle, knee) fully participated in practice but are listed as questionable. LB Lavonte David (non-injury) did not participate in practice but is not on the injury report. WR Chris Godwin (fibula) was limited during practice but is not on the injury report. WR Sterling Shepard (shoulder) and OT Tristan Wirfs (shoulder) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.
From TheHuddle
Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin (fibula) was limited during practice Friday, Nov. 28, but is not on the injury report for Week 13.
Fantasy Spin: Godwin returned to the lineup last week but was limited to two catches and nine receiving yards. He should be more involved as the weeks go on but may only be a possible flex option in fantasy leagues this week.
