Williams was injured the first game of the season last year with the Falcons and didn't play another game before getting released later in the season. He will look to get his career going again this year and land a reserve role. Williams can serve a backup role well because he has starting experience and can catch the ball well. Williams has at least 20 receptions all but two of the seasons he has played in the NFL. Williams has great speed and does his best work in space. He is a much improved inside runner. He also has good hands and looks the part of a three-down back.
FANTASY OUTLOOK: Williams is not draft material. He could get some playing time this year, but not consistent work at this stage of his career. He might get a few hundred total yards.
