Annual Owner Fee: $60.00 per franchise.
Season: We will play a 14 week, double header (28 game) schedule followed by three weeks of playoffs.
Draft Day: Friday, August 18th, 12:00 p.m. (central time) electronically or sooner.
Draft Rules: The draft order is determined by last years final results. Draft order will snake after 3rd round (i.e. 1-14, 1-14, 1-14, 14-1, 1-14, 14-1, etc.) for 14 rounds.

Owners - Declare Franchise Player: Previous year owners are allowed to protect one player from their previous year's final roster. This player must be declared prior to the draft. If a player is protected, the owner forfeits their 
draft choice in the round they pick the player in the previous year’s draft. If a protected player was obtained in a trade or a waiver wire transaction or the pick-up process, during the season, then the owner forfeits their draft choice from the round they picked their defense/special team in the previous year’s draft.

Roster: Each roster will contain 14 spots with at least one Defense/Special team and one Kicker. During week ten (10), two additional players will be added by an expansion draft. Expansion draft order will be determined by the standings - last place through first place for both rounds.

Line-ups: Weekly line-ups must be submitted prior to the start of each player's game. Lineups can be submitted through the website, email or by voicemail. If your line-up is not received prior to the deadline, your lineup from the previous week will be used.

Starting Lineups: 1 Quarterback, 1 Running Backs, 1 Flex, 3 Wide Receivers/Tight Ends, 1 Kicker, 1 Defense/Special Team.  Flex player can be RB, WR or TE.

Scoring: Kicking units becomes a "Special Team/Defense" once they give up control of the ball. If the player in your line-up scores, you score. If your kicker runs a punt back for a touchdown, you score.

Tie Breaker: Team with longest scoring play will determine winner. If still tied, second longest scoring play, etc. This could be a field goal or a touchdown by punt return, kick-off return, pass, interception, run or fumble recovery, etc.

Weekly Player Pickup: There are two (2) ways to add/drop players: 1st is Waiver Wire (on Tuesday), 2nd is Add/Drop Players (on Wed. until game time).  You may pick up a player or defense on Tuesdays by completing the Waiver Wire section of the website. Waiver Wire requests can be made Tuesday until 1:00 a.m. (eastern time) Wednesday. The cost to add a player is $3.00 ($2.00 after week 7).

If two owners request the same "Waiver Wire Free-Agent", the following will determine who receives the player:
1. Worst record
2. Fewest league points
3. Prior week's record
4. Fewest league points from prior week
5. Continue prior week scenarios through beginning of season
3. Coin toss

Add/Drop Players anytime Wednesday 1 a.m. (eastern) until game begins at a cost of $3.00 per player ($2.00 after week 7).

Trades: Trades are free of charge. The number of trades is unlimited. Weekly trade deadline will be the same as submitting line-ups. The commissioner and at least one unrelated owner must approve all trades. Two other franchise owners must approve any trades involving the co-commissioners. No waiver wire, add/drops or trades will occur after week fourteens games.

Bye Week: If a player is in your line-up the week before a bye, the player's points will automatically carry-over to the following week. If you do not want the players points to carry-over, you can remove the player from your starting lineup and insert another player in his place. If you did not start a player the week before their bye week, you may not carry over their points. You may "Add" a "Free-Agent" or trade for a player with a bye-week, but the points don't carry.

Cancelled NFL Games: The player's points will carry-over from the previous week game, regardless if the player was in your previous weeks line-up.

Play-Offs: Six teams qualify for play-offs. Two (2) divisional winners and four (4) wild card teams. The two (2) divisional winner with the best record will have a bye in week 15. Wild card teams will be the top four (4) remaining teams in the standings, excluding divisional winners and regardless of divisional affiliation. Standings tie breaker will be determined as follows: Head to Head competition, then Head to Head score differential, total regular season points scored, coin toss. If more than two teams are tied, we will use the overall record against the teams involved as the the first tie-breaker. Point differential against the tied teams will be the second tie-breaker. Total points scored during the regular season is the 3rd tie-breaker. If still tied, playoff team(s) will be decided by first putting numbers (1 - 14) in a hat. These numbers correspond to weeks in the regular season. Then, a neutral owner will draw a number from the hat, and the team with the highest point total for that week will be the winner. If tied, see Tie Breaker rule.

Week 15 play-offs Wild Card (3) vs. Wild Card (6);Wild Card (4) vs. Wild Card (5) Two Division Winners (1) (2) get byes.

Week 16 play-offs Reseed (1 vs. Lowest seed remaining) and (2 vs. Highest seed remaining)

Week 17 play-offs Two Remaining Teams (e-Bowl)

Non-playoff Teams: To determine next seasons draft order for positions 1-8.  Non-playoff teams will submit a line up each week for the next three weeks.  The team with the highest total will get the 1st pick and the second highest total will get the 2nd pick and so on.  All ties will be broken using the longest scoring play method.

Dumb Luck Award = Return of Waiver Wire Fees: Goes to the non-playoff team with the best record versus all teams each week through week 14. The Dumb Luck Winner must have a record of 500 or better versus all teams.
