DRAFT

Draft position determined by previous years finish.  This is NOT a snake draft, it goes 1-12, 1-12, etc.

KEEPER

This is a 2 player keeper league, you must keep 2 players every year but can only hold onto any given player for a maximum of 2 years.  This encourages trading and ramps up the fun!!  Players you draft this year may only be kept through the end of next year.  They must be traded or released prior to the draft in year 3.

WEEKLY HIGH SCORE

Team scoring the most points any given week will win $10, effective throughout the regular season which is weeks 1-13.

DIVISIONS

We will have 3 divisions of 4 teams, division winners and top 3 non-division winners make the playoffs

PLAYOFF

 Top 2 seeds receive a first round bye assuring them of a Top 4 finish(in the money!).

Round 1 Winners bracket, seed 3 vs. 6, 4 vs 5.  Round 1 losers receive draft position 7 and 8 the following year based on who scores more points this round.

Round 2 Winners bracket, seed 1 vs. lowest remaining seed, seed 2 vs. highest remaining seed.

Round 3 is championship and 3^rd place game

Playoff Home Field Advantage(Winners bracket only) – the highest seed gets a 3 point bump in all playoff games.  The website does not track this, we manually add the 3 points. 

Teams not in playoffs will compete for the 1st round pick in next year’s draft.  There is no home field advantage given in this bracket.  After year 1, the draft goes 1-12, 1-12, etc.

Round 1 Toilet Bracket is 9 vs. 12, 10 vs. 11. Bye week for seeds 7 and 8.

Round 2 Seed 7 vs. winner of 10 vs 11, seed 8 versus winner of 9 vs 12.

Round 3  Toilet Bowl Championship – winner gets the #1 draft pick, loser #2.  Consolation game for draft picks #3 and #4.

Playoff Tie Breaker will be total yards for all starting RB's, WR's and TE's.

TRADING

Trading will be more prevalent in this league due to the Keeper expiration date.  Future draft picks may be traded.  Hence, you can build for next year by trading assets for future picks.  Beware, if you miss the playoffs you still have something to play for, next year’s draft position!  This discourages tanking as you only hurt yourself the following year.  There will be a trade deadline prior to regular season week 13.  Trading will open up again in the summer, allowing for pre-draft trading as well.  I am allowing trades to go through without commissioner approval but withhold the right to retroactively deny if something looks fishy.

SCORING

Passing         3 pts for each TD pass   1 pt for 2 pt conversion

                     .0275 for every passing yard

Rushing       6 pts for each TD          2 pts for 2 pt conversion

                    .1 pt for each rushing yard

Receiving      6 pts for each TD          2 pts for 2 pt conversion

                     .1 pt for each rushing yard

Kicking         3 points per field goal    1 point per extra point

Def/ST          6 pts per TD                 2 pts per safety

                     .5 pts per sack and turnover

ROSTERS      17 roster spots, must carry at least 1 of every position.

STARTING LINEUPS    9 spots, minimum/maximum of 1 QB, K, DE.  RB and TE are 1-3 starters and WR 2-4 starters.

 

FREE AGENT TRANSACTIONS

       Waiver Wire - submit before 7pm on Wednesday

       Waiver priority to worst record, transactions process at midnight after which add/drop option is available with no waiting period.  Use claim groups for your submissions, Claim Groups can(and most likely should) contain more than 1 player.  List who you want and they will give you the highest ranked player available when it is your turn.  Repeat players in Claim Group 2 if you are trying to pick up multiple players.

Add/Drop – submit after midnight on Wednesday for immediate pick up of available players.
