League fees are $85 and are due on draft day. This is to ensure that all owners are genuine in their intent and that
all players are avialable to those teams paying and drafting.
Trade and addition fee is $3, a trade/addition bank will be established at the draft. YOU MUST HAVE FUNDS AVAILIABLE
TO PAY FOR A TRANSACTION BEFORE YOU CAN MAKE ONE. A transaction occurs when a player is added to your roster not when
he is dropped. I/R add/drops are not considered a transaction but the player in question must be on I/R for his NFL
team. (I.E. The league entry fee is 85$. If you pay 95$ at the draft you will have 10$ or enough for 3 adds or 3
trades. 6 X 3$=18$.) Both Teams involved in a trade will pay 3$ per player acquired. (I.E. Manning for Culpepper =
each team paying 3$. Manning and James for Mcnabb and T.O = 6$ per team.) Any unused money in your bank will be
refunded at the end of the season. Daily or at any time, the commishoner will check the finace report and lock out any team with a negative balance from any transactions. A coach that does not have money in the bank, CAN operate his/her team, they CAN NOT make any trades or add/drops until they are paid up.
Tie Breaker for all games will be the highest total point player active in the game. If the highest 2
players are tied then it will drop to the next 2 players and so on until the tie is broken. Ties will be broken by the
commissioner adjusting the winners total points by 1. No UFFL game EVER ends in a tie.
IR: For a player to be placed on your teams IR slot, The player in question MUST be designated as OUT for the upcoming week. Again the player MUST be OUT on injury report, NOT Questionable, Day To Day or any other designation. Once a player is designated as OUT for the upcoming week by NFL reports then you may place him in your I/R slot. I/R slot is for inured players only (not Suspended or Deactivated player status). Physically Unable To Perform DOES count as OUT. He must be activated the week following him returning to the field(playing in a game). Each team will only have 1 I/R slot. Once you have placed a player on I/R, you may then select another player from the free agent pool. If you have the misfortune of 2 players on I/R staus at one time you must choose who to protect with this status. The other player can be dropped and replaced from the free agent pool. You do have the option of keeping the player on your active roster until he returns to active status.
In 2020, due to COVID 19, these NEW Rules have been implemented. 2 I/R slots have been created for players ONLY designated on a Covid List:
Once a player comes off the Covid List they must remove the player after the next game they played in. If the Coach does not comply they will be facing the following sanctions and effects:
1st violation results in a $6 fine and a 60 point deduction in the final score for that team.
2nd violation results in a forfeiture of that weeks game and an immediate drop of the player left on Covid IR by the commissioner.
We are aware that the NFL makes moves based on their games and not the locking of our rosters at 1245 pm on Sunday's. The commissioners will monitor this and adjust as we have too.
The playoff tie breaker, in the event two teams have the same record, will be the winner of the head to head matchup
during the regular season. If three or more teams tie for a playoff spot, then slots will be determined first by
Division record and lastly (if two or more teams have the SAME division record) by high point totals for the year. The
top three teams in each divison, by record, Div record or points in the event of a tie, will advance to the playoffs
with week 1(NFL week 12) being the wild card. The first place team in each division will recieve a bye. Teams #2 and
#3 in each division will play the first week of the playoffs. In week 2 (NFL week 13), the 1 seed in each divison
plays the winner of the #2 Vs. #3 match up from the previous week. Week 3 (NFL week 14) will be the Conference Championship played
between the winners of both the Alpha division and the Omega division / Fire division and Ice Division. Week 4 (NFL week 15) will be the Superbowl where the UFC Champion will face the NFC Champion.
Waiver wire. All pick ups (add/drops) beginning after week 1 games, will be conducted by waiver wire. All teams may make a claim for any player as long as they have money on the books to make an add/drop (no money no moves). The RTS computer will award the players based on a win/loss record. Teams with an identical record will be judged by points scored (lowest record/lowest points go first on waiver wire). All teams only claim one player via waiver and then the next day the add/drops are open to all on a first come, first serve basis. The Free Agency wire opens at 7:00 am Wednesday morning. All transactions as mentioned above are $3 and if a team tries to pick up a player and does not have money in his trade bank (On the books) the Commissioner will invalidate the pick up and the player will be placed back into free agency. In this case, any money charged by the system WILL be owed EVEN if your transaction was invalidated!
There will be no trades after week 9. All trades must be beneficial to both parties. If two owners attempt to
bolster one team by stripping a losing team because their season is effectively over, it will not be allowed. League
Commissioners have the final say. Build your teams fairly, do not cheat and there are no refunds other than your bank
funds that are unused. Any and all trades are approved or vetoed by Commissioner decison (Commissioner and Co-Commissioner).
Yearly awards will be voted on by private message to Commissioner before week 11.
Voting categories include; Coach, Rookie, Sportsman and Goat. No coach may vote for themselves in any category.
Beginning in 2009, The subsequent Draft Order will be determined by the current years finish. The team with the lowest win/loss record will be awarded the Number One pick in the next years draft and so on. In the event that two teams share the same record, pick will be decided by head to head loser getting higher pick. If three or more teams share the same record the team with the LOWEST point total will be given the highest draft pick available. This will be used for all NON PLAYOFF teams. This will allow Draft Positions #1 to #6 be filled at the conclusion of the regular season. Draft positions #7-#12 will be awarded as teams lose in the playoffs. For example; The losers of Playoff Week 1 will be awarded the #7 and #8 position based on their regular season record (the worst record getting 7 and better record getting 8). If both playoff week one losers share identical records then the team with the lowest point total will be awarded the higher draft position. This formula will be utilized up until a Superbowl Champion is crowned with the runner up getting the 11th pick and the Champion getting pick #12. Note: Any draft day trades of draft position will be a straight up spot for spot ON ALL ROUNDS of draft board. For example: If Team 1 trades the first pick for Team 2's 5th pick this will be reflected in all subsequent rounds. One straight up trade of Pick 1 to Team 2 and Team 1 get pick 5. Every round after round one both teams will stay with the traded pick. There will be NO changes on each individual round.
Pay Outs: Starting in 2012, UFFL 2.0, the payouts will be as such: The winner of the UFC/NFC Conferences will win $500.00 each. The Conference Championships (UFC/NFC) Losers will take home $100.00 Consolation Cash. The winner of the UFFL League Championship (UFC Champion VS. NFC Champion) takes home the entire rest of money pool, winner take all.
Coach Rule: A coach drafted by an owner, owns the NFL head Coach for that team regardless of quitting, dismisal, suspensions or any other applicable situation. For example, If a team drafts The NE HC and that coach is either suspended, fired or quits, the team owner AUTOMATICALLY gets the new (Interim) HC for owned team. The owner will not be charged once the Commish assigns the new named coach to his roster. This sort of no charge/auto pick up ONLY applies to the HC position.
