THE DRAFT CONSISTS OF 16 ROUNDS.
DRAFT ORDER WILL BE DECIDED BY COMPUTER

TIME LIMIT OF 2 MINUTES PER SELECTION
PLAYERS CAN ONLY BE SELECTED ONCE, THEN THEY ARE OFF THE BOARD.

LIMITS ON PLAYERS ARE AS FOLLOWS: QB-3, RB & WR ARE 6, ALL OTHER POSITIONS ARE 2.
YOU CAN TRADE WITH ANYONE IN YOUR CONFERENCE.
TRADES ARE APPROVED BY COMMISH.  IF MORE THAN ONE TEAM FEELS THE TRADE IS UNFAIR, THEN IT IS SUBJECT TO REVIEW.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KEEP IN MIND IS THE FANTASY VALUE, NOT THE NAME RECOGNITION. BASICALLY IF MAHOMMES IS BEING TRADED FOR BILL STEVENS, THERE'S A PROBLEM. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PERFORM YOUR OWN TRADES BUT WILL NOT BE OFFICIAL UNTIL THE COMMISH APPROVES. YOU HAVE UNTIL 6 PM SATURDAY NIGHTS TO GET TRADES DONE. ONCE THE TRADE GOES THROUGH IT IS DONE. HOWEVER IF THERE IS A BIG UPROAR ON SUNDAY ONCE THE GAMES BEGIN, THE TRADE WILL BE SUBJECT TO REVIEW AFTER THAT WEEK IS OVER. IF THE TRADE IS REVERSED THE TEAMS WON’T BE CREDITED, AND THE GAMES WILL NOT CHANGE, JUST THE PLAYERS GOING BACK TO THEIR ORIGINAL TEAM. 

TRADE DEADLINE IS WEEK #10 AT 1:00 PM
FREE-AGENT DEADLINE: 8 PM MONDAY NIGHT. STARTS EACH WEEK ON WEDNESDAY MORNING AT 8 AM. WAIVER WIRE OPENS TUESDAY AT 8 AM  AND ENDS AT 9 PM. MAXIMUM 6 WAIVER CLAIMS EACH WEEK. EACH WEEK THROUGH THE PLAYOFFS FREE AGENCY WILL BE THE ONLY WAY TO ADD PLAYERS TO YOUR TEAM AT THE SAME COST. 

ANY TEAM OUT OF CONTENTION CAN NOT MAKE ANY TRANSACTIONS. THESE WEEKS WILL BE 10-12, AND THOSE TEAMS WILL BE POSTED.

YOU CAN OWN UP TO ONE TEAM PER CONFERENCE.

PLAYOFF TEAMS ARE THE 3 DIVISION WINNERS, 3 WILD CARDS, AND THE TEAM WITH THE HIGHEST POINTS SCORED THAT HAS NOT MADE THE PLAYOFFS FOR THE 7TH SPOT. PLAYOFFS ARE WEEK 13-16. 

EVERYTHING ELSE CAN BE FOUND OUT BY CLICKING ON A HEADER AT THE TOP OF THE WEB PAGE. KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR LEAGUE NEWS OR THE MESSAGE BOARD FOR INFO THROUGHOUT THE SEASON.

ANY TIE BREAKERS GOING PAST WHAT IS ALREADY IN OUR SYSTEM, WILL COME FROM THE NFL RULES. DURING THE WEEK THE NFL MAKES CHANGES TO THE GAME STATS AND ARE POSTED BY THE ASSOCIATED PRESS FROM THE NFL HEADQUARTERS ON THIS SITE. IF CHANGES ARE MADE THAT AFFECT THE GAME, THEN THE GAME CHANGES. USUALLY THEY ARE CHANGING AN ATTEMPT OR SACK NOTHING USUALLY WITH SCORING, BUT IT COULD HAPPEN. IF YOUR WIN WAS 1 OR 2 POINTS YOU COULD END UP LOSING OR TYING. 

LINEUPS NEED TO BE IN BY FIRST KICKOFF OF THE WEEK. YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR LINEUP BEFORE 1:00 ON SUNDAY'S. IF A PLAYER IS A LATE SCRATCH AND HE IS IN YOUR LINE UP, YOU’RE OUT OF LUCK. YOU MAY HAVE TO CALL OR EMAIL ME WITH YOUR LINEUP IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES, AND I WILL EMAIL YOUR OPPONENT. 

IN CASE OF A TIE, EACH WEEK YOU WILL DESIGNATE ANY ONE PLAYER FOR A TIE-BREAKER. HIS POINTS WILL BE WHAT DETERMINES
THE OUTCOME OF YOUR GAME.

IN THE PLAYOFFS, YOU WILL DESIGNATE 4 TIE BREAKER PLAYERS, A QB, RB, WR, AND D. IF THERE IS STILL A TIE, THE SCORE OF THE QB WILL BREAK THE TIE, IF THAT IS TIED WE WILL GO TO RB, WR, IF STILL A TIE, WHO EVER SCORED  MORE DURING THE REGULAR SEASON WILL MOVE ON.

REMEMBER, ANY ADDITIONAL INFO YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CAN BE FOUND BY CLICKING ON THE HEADERS AT THE TOP AND FOLLOWING THE
ADDITIONAL HEADERS THAT DROP DOWN AFTER THAT.

SPECIAL RULES:

"SPECIAL TEAMS"--IF ANY OF THE KICKING TEAMS ARE ON THE FIELD AND A FAKE OR A BOBBLED SNAP TAKES PLACE,
AND IF THEY SCORE, YOU WILL BE AWARDED POINTS. YOU WILL ALSO GET POINTS IF YOU HAVE THAT PLAYER THAT SCORED. IT IS NOT
CONSIDERED AS A REGULAR OFFENSIVE PLAY. {IF IT IS 4TH AND 3, AND A TEAM FAKE PUNTS AND GETS THE FIRST DOWN AND
SCORES, IT WILL BE AWARDED A SPECIAL TEAMS SCORE AND THE PLAYERS THAT SCORED WILL GET POINTS. MEANING YOUR KICKER OR
PUNTER COULD THROW FOR A TD} ALSO ON KICK OFFS, IF THE TEAM RUNS IT BACK AND FUMBLES AND YOUR SPECIAL TEAMS RUNS IT IN
FOR A SCORE IT COUNTS.

"BRAD JOHNSON"--IF A QUARTERBACK THROWS THE BALL AND THE BALL IS DEFLECTED BACK TO HIM, AND HE SCORES, HE WILL GET
POINTS AS A QB AND RECEIVER.

"FUUUUUUUUMMMMBLES"--IF ANY PLAYER ON OFFENSE FUMBLES THE BALL INTO THE END ZONE AND IT WAS A PASS, THE PLAYER THAT
RECOVERED THE BALL AND THE ONE THAT THREW IT GETS POINTS. HOWEVER, IF THE PLAYER THAT FUMBLED DOES NOT RECOVER THEIR
OWN FUMBLE, THEN THE ONLY ONE THAT GETS POINTS IS THE ONE THAT RECOVERED THE FUMBLE.

"HOOK AND LADDER"--THE PASSER OF THE BALL AND THE LADDER PLAYER GET POINTS FOR A TD. THE HOOK OR RECEIVER GETS ONLY
YARDAGE POINTS. IF THE PLAYER LATERALING THE BALL FUMBLES AND IS PICKED UP BY A TEAM MATE, THE ONLY ONE THAT GETS
POINTS FOR A TD IS THE PLAYER THAT RECOVERED THE FUMBLE.

"DEION SANDERS"--IF YOU START A DEFENSIVE PLAYER AS A RECEIVER OR RUNNING BACK, AND HE SCORES, YOU WILL GET
APPROPRIATE POINTS. IF HE SCORES ON SPECIAL TEAMS BY RUNNING A KICK BACK FOR A SCORE, YOU GET DOUBLE THE POINTS IF YOU
HAVE THE DEFENSE HE PLAYS ON. IF HE RUNS BACK A FUMBLE OR INTERCEPTION, YOU WILL ONLY GET DEFENSIVE POINTS. IF YOU
DON'T HAVE THE DEFENSE HE'S ON, YOU ONLY GET POINTS AT THE POSITION YOU STARTED HIM, ONLY KICK RETURNS FOR TD'S WILL
COUNT IF HE'S IN YOUR LINEUP.

"KICK RETURNERS"--IF YOU HAVE A RECEIVER IN YOUR LINEUP THAT RETURNS KICKS AND HE SCORES, YOU GET POINTS FOR THE
POSITION YOU STARTED HIM AT, AND POINTS FOR SPECIAL TEAMS IF YOU HAVE THE DEFENSE OF THE TEAM THE PLAYER PLAYS FOR.

 "RICKY RUHLMAN RULE"--IF YOUR SEASON IS ALL BUT OVER AND THE TEAM REALLY SUCKS, YOU CAN NOT SELL YOUR TEAM OFF. YOU
CAN NOT SELL TO ANYONE CURRENTLY WITH A TEAM IN THE LEAGUE. START MAKING SOME MOVES TO BETTER YOUR TEAM. YOU CAN ONLY
OWN ONE TEAM PER CONFERENCE. PARTNERSHIPS ARE ALLOWED AS LONG IT IS IN SEPARATE CONFERENCES.

"AARON BROOKS"--AS LONG AS THERE IS NO BREAK IN THE PLAY ON A PASS, THEN THE QB AND SCORER GET POINTS ON A LATERAL. IF
THERE IS A BREAK IN PLAY, THEN JUST THE SCORER GETS POINTS. CASE IN POINT WOULD BE IF THERE IS A FUMBLE AND SOMEONE
ELSE GETS IT OTHER THAN THE GUY THAT WAS TRYING TO LATERAL IT, OR THE DEFENSE HAS POSSESSION. AMD THEN AN OFFENSIVE
PLAYER GETS IT AND SCORES, THE QB WON'T GET POINTS. ONCE THE ORIGINAL RECEIVER HAS GAVE THE BALL TO SOMEONE ELSE, THE
REST OF THE YARDS ARE CONSIDERED RECEIVING. UNLESS THERE IS A FUMBLE. THEN THE YARDS ARE CONSIDERED RUNNING YARDS IF A
TEAM MATE PICKS UP THE FUMBLE AND SCORES.
