The first rule about the N.P.F.L. is "You do not talk about the N.P.F.L."
I'm getting really tired of these motherfucking fantasy leagues with a bunch of motherfuckers.
Your Best?..... Pricks always whine about their best.... Winners just roster better teams.
The Bylaws:
1) Yearly league fees are $112 per team:
2) Waiver transactions are done by a blind bidding process prior to the Thursday night games of the week. Teams are given a $40 cap to spend on free agents and those funds are added to the final league payout. All transactions fees are to be paid in full prior to fantasy playoffs on Week 15
3) All owners are responsible for being active and filling out a weekly roster. Purposefully throwing games for draft status or standing for you or another owner will not be tolerated.
4) Draft order is the reverse standings order from the previous fantasy football season.
5) There are no protected players and anyone rostered can be traded along with current/future draft picks. All trades require two approvals from fellow owners to process transactions.
6) No Prick Tax - Trash talk is allowed and encouraged but over the line behavior or actions will be dealt with accordingly and result in a financial penalty per offence.
7) The Commissioner is "the law". This authority gives him the right to make unilateral decisions that are in the best interests of the league as a whole.
8) Waiver Wire will run for the duration of the NFL season.
9) Trade deadline will be kickoff time on Week 14.
10) Final League Payout Structure
1st - 50% + annual trophy
2nd - 25%
3rd - 15%
4th - 10%
Waiver Wire Payout - Rotating schedule all regular season applicable. 100% of trans. fees.
2024 - Highest Points Against for Season (min. 1/2 ww budget to be eligible)
2025 - Lowest Scoring Team with highest waiver wire $ spent
2026 - Winner of the League
2027 - Highest Points For in Season
2028 - Large Point Differential in the league
11) League is half-pt ppr dynasty format. Rosters will roll over with protected players for the following seasons. The cap on protected players is 10 players but you can protect less if you so choose. Cap number is subject to change if less teams are registered franchises.
12) League fees should be paid in full on draft day or prior to week 2 of the NFL season. If fees not received in full by week 7 then Owner will be subjected to penalty fees per week of $5. Failure to pay prior to playoffs will result in the forfeit of matchup.
13) No fantasy player can score a negative total. Default score is 0 points.
14) Playoff teams will mirror the NFL format with the top 7 teams qualifying for the post-season. The 1st seed will get a bye and the first round will consist of the 2nd seed vs the 7th seed, the 3rd seed vs the 6th seed, and the 4th seed vs the 5th seed. Subsequent rounds will be realigned by seeding.
15) All playoff teams will need to submit a two player taxi squad every round that will be used in the event of any ties. Must be a player that qualifies as (RB, WR, TE).
16) Rosters will be a protected list of ten players from your current squad that will be posted to the rtsports page via message board by midnight a week prior to the draft.
17) Failure to meet deadline of protected roster date will result in late fee of $5.
18) Divisions will be randomized prior to the start of the fantasy football season.
19) Teams can change owners. Ultimately the desire is to remain a 12 team league subject to timing and availability. Alternate scenario bylaws:
a) 10 teams - if no new owners are secured prior to draft night it will result in a randomized one round dispersal draft of those rostered players to the remaining teams.
b) 11 teams - one team will remain as a ghost team and be drafted by the remaining managers to ensure competitive balance. Roster will be set based on website player rankings. Unassigned fantasy team can be assigned to a new manager during season play.
20) Cancellation of Game (not rescheduled game):
a) Regular Season - replacement will be based on available bench players on the teams roster and will be position based. If no substitute is available on a roster for a given week than an avg. score will be calculated from alternate player's 3 week average score.
b) Playoffs - replacement will be based on taxi squad players and substituted unless position is outside those eligible spots. If alternate substitution is required than it will be straight up availability on bench rosters. If no bench alternate is available than team will be awarded no points.
21) I/R Players must be moved to a teams 20 man roster at the conclusion of the regular season if they want to be retained otherwise all I/R players will revert to F/A (**Vote on rule**)
