25 dollars per week to the team with the highest point total

at seasons end the team with the highest overall point total gets fifty (50) dollars and 75% proceeds from transaction
fees.

Trade Deadline:

 

The trade deadline will be eliminated.  In an effort to prevent collusion I will implement the following rules:

- All trades must be approved by me.

-Any trade I deem fishy will be put up to a vote.  Majority of CAST VOTES rules

-If I approve a trade and someone has an issue with it, let it be known and it can be reversed and voted on.

-Any trade involving me will require Andrew to act as commissioner and the above rules will be enforced.

-Any trade involving both Me and Andrew will automatically be put to a vote.

This is a keeper league.  All owners have the option to keep one player they drafted for up to three years.  The cost to keep a player is a round higher draft pick than they were selected the prior year.  A player drafted in round 1 can be kept for the cost of a 1st and 4th round pick.

FREE AGENT KEEPER RULES:
A player acquired* from the free agency during the regular season can be selected as a keeper.  The draft round forfeited to keep this player is equal to the number of games that player has remaining in the thirteen (13) regular fantasy season games at the time he is acquired minus 2 rounds.  A player acquired from the free agency after week 10 game cannot be selected as a keeper.  The same three (3) year rule applies to these players.
 
Example:
In many leagues last year, CJ Anderson was acquired in week 10 (prior to the 11th game of the season) from the free agency.  The math would be:
13 games (total season) - 10 games (played)   = 3 games (remaining) - 2 
 
Thus, CJ Anderson could be selected as a keeper in place of a 1st round pick.
 
*This would be the last time he was acquired from the free agency.  If this player is dropped and acquired, only the last acquisition counts.  Furthermore, if a drafted player is dropped and later acquired in free agency, the cost of the keeper will be the more expensive of the two.
 
 
TRADED PLAYER KEEPER RULES:
A player acquired via trade can be selected as a keeper.  The draft round forfeited to keep this player is equal to the draft round the original owner acquired the player at with the normal year to year increase.
 
A player's service clock does not start over with a trade.  If a player only has one year left on his 3 year clock, the owner receiving the player can only keep him once.

In the event a team owner quits the league, the replacement owner can keep one player from the previous owners team for only one season.

the league voted on an agreed to a bottom feeder penalty at the 2023 draft.   The team coming in last place (ties for last place will be broken by lowest point total) will  pay up to $100 american for to feed those at the draft.
