1. Injured Reserve: Each Team can place up to two players on IR at a cost of $5.00 per player. The player must be on IR or PUP in the NFL and must be reactivated no later than 1 week after the player is reactivated by the NFL or the original owner loses the player. Reactivation costs $5.00 per player. At the end of the season any players on IR must be reactivated.
2. All transactions must be placed on the website.
3. Rosters shall be no more than 18 players.
4. Payout for winning: Payout for winning: Division 1st place = $225.00, 2nd place = $175.00, 3rd place = $125.00. 4th place $75.00. Super Bowl winner = $225.00, Super Bowl loser = $125.00. Washbowl winner=$25.00. Toilet bowl winner=$25.00.
5. PLAYOFF PAIRINGS SYSTEM: All seedings during playoffs are determined by the websites current divisional standings at the end of week 14.
15TH WEEK- 1ST ROUND: The 1st & 2nd seed in each division will receive a bye in 1st round of playoffs. The 3rd seed in each division will play the 6th seed in each division. The 4th seed in each division will play the 5th seed in each division.
16TH WEEK- 2ND ROUND: 1st seed in each division will play the lowest seed left after round one. 2nd seed in each division will play highest seed left in each division.
17TH WEEK- 3RD ROUND: 2 winners left in each division after week 16 round 2 will face each other for their Divisional championship.
18TH WEEK- SUPERBOWL: Divisional winners face off for Superbowl.
6. TOILET BOWL-LOSERS WEEK 15. The winner we be determined by the team with the highest score the 18th week.
WASHBOWL-LOSERS WEEKS 16 & 17. The winner will be determined by the team with the highest score the 18th week.
7. The weekly lineup will consist of 1 QB, 2 RB's, 3 WR's, 1 TE, 1 K, and ST.
8. A team may drop as many players as they wish one week before the draft day each year to prepare for the draft and there are no pickups from May 1 to the draft date. No drops can be made at the draft. A team may draft as many times as they wish while adhering to the 18 player maximum. Draft Day is 1st Sunday after Mothers Day unless changed by Commissioner.
9. The rules meeting shall be held on the Monday night of the 14th week. Proposed rule changes will take place only when the league realigns, every three years, and will be posted on the website to give owners 1 week to review the proposal and cast their vote unless their is a quorum of team owners at the meeting then the new proposal's will be voted on at the meeting. Next realignment will be at end of Season 2026 at Super Bowl Party.
10. There can be no selling of draft picks.
11. The Century Club weekly winner must score 115 points or more. The payout will be $100.00 of Century Club pot. Balance of Century Club pot if there is any will remain in pot for next winning oppurtunity. Century Club point total and pay out will be reviewed on a yearly basis.
12. Each owner shall select players for each game on the website prior to the game beginning or no later than 7:00 pm Monday evening eastern standard time.
13. The ACFL yearly schedule is created by a the formula created by a committee consisting of the Hawks, the Ducks, and the Squirrels and approved by the Commissioner.
14. The league will sponsor a playoff tournament for owners. The owner’s roster will be frozen at the beginning of the NFL playoffs just for this tournament. The total points accumulated by the owner’s frozen squad will be calculated and the highest score will win $50 and the second highest will win $25. Assistant Commissioner will run this tournament.
15. The league shall consist of two divisions.
16. The winner of the Super Bowl will draft last and the loser of the Super Bowl will draft second to last.
17. A player cannot be traded back to the team traded from until at least three weeks have elapsed.
18. There will be no trading of players from the lineup deadline of the 15th week until the ACFL playoffs are complete.
19. The yearly entry fee is $125.00 for a single owner and $150.00 for dual owners, unless the Commissioner determines that a lesser amount be assessed for any given year.
20. All teams must pay all money owed the league in their accounts at the Super Bowl party. Entry fee is due on Draft day. If a team is not paid in full by Draft Day they will not be able to participate in the Draft. If a team hasn’t paid their Entry Fee in full at the beginning of the season they will forfeit all games until paid in full. If a team can’t meet these guidelines please contact the Commissioner.
