Draft day info: Aug 28th 2pm. 24610 Maple crest, 78261 Mapquest it. I'll have food, just bring your own beer.

 

League info: Erick Weik will be the commissioner of Little League. 200 to enter.  I will compile all league info and states. The game statistics used by rtsports.com will be the official statistics used. I as commissioner will have final say on all trades, lineup changes and disputes.

The league will consist of 16 teams making up 4 divisions of 4 teams per division. Each team will play every team
within its own division twice. Each team will also play every team in the opposite division within their own
conference. The remaining four games will match teams in the opposing conference’s like division. The league's
regular season will commence with Week 1 of the NFL regular season and continue through Week 14 of the NFL regular
season. The league's playoff season will begin with Week 15 of the NFL regular season and end with the FantasyBowl XI
on Week 17 of the NFL regular season.

 

Franchise: Every franchise fee will due and payable in cash one week before draft day. A franchise team will consist of 15
players from positions of quarterback, running back, wide receiver, tight end, kicker, and team defense. An owner may
field 15 players of any position, but a starting lineup will be comprised of 9 players only by the following
positions:

Wide Receiver -3

Tight End - 1

Kicker - 1

Defensive Team - 1

Draft:Each owner will draft their team according to their team number that will be determined by draw previous to the draft.
Divisions will be determined based upon each team number:

The draft will consist of 15 rounds. After team numbers are drawn, the team numbers will be drawn randomly to
determine draft order in reverse (16th pick thru 1st). Subsequent to Round 1, each round from 2nd thru 15th will be
in reverse of the previous round. Each owner will have 2 minutes per round to make a selection. Trades involving
draft positions are not allowed.

 

SCORING



Team scoring will be the sum of total points accumulated by the team's starting lineup submitted that particular week
to the Commissioner. Each position will accumulate points based upon the individual player's or defensive team's
actual scoring results during that week's NFL game as follows:

HOOK-UPS & TIES



In the case of two players on the same team scoring on a single play, both scores will count in the total team point
score. This also includes special teams or defensive scores made by rostered players. In the event of ties between
teams, the total rushing, receiving, and passing yards of the starting lineups will decide the winner. In the event
there still remains a tie, total yards from individual positions in the following order will determine the winner; QB,
then RB, then WR, then TE.













STARTING LINEUPS



Each owner is required to submit a starting lineup to the Web site every week prior to Kickoff each Sunday. Owners
that want to include a player in the team's starting lineup for the week, who may participate in an NFL game occurring
prior to Sunday for that particular week, must submit the lineup at by that game's kickoff time. If no lineup is
turned in that week, the same lineup from the week before will be used. If a player is not submitted on a non-Sunday
game, that player will not be in the lineup. Once an owner has not entered a lineup for 3 consecutive weeks, he will
forfeit his team for the remaining season to the league. Only the owner will be allowed to turn in a lineup roster
for his team. No exceptions will be allowed. A full line-up must be turned in each week, if all positions are not
filled, the commish will add player(s) to complete the line-up and drop player(s) at his discression

MOVES AND BANKS



All trades or add/drops will be prepaid to avoid any controversy or collection issues. An owner may increase his bank at any time. So be sure to keep a little in the bank for a rainy day. Banks for each team will be published each week on the web . Any money still in the bank will be returned to the owner after that team has played its final game for the
year.



TRADING



An owner can trade any player on the team's 15 player roster for any player on another owner's 15 player roster.
Owners are not required to trade position for position nor player for player. However, all team rosters must always
maintain a 15 player squad. Once an owner has traded a specific player, that player may not be reacquired for the
remaining season. One of the trading owners must contact the Commissioner for all trades. A trading fee of $5.00
cash per player is required to be paid out of each teams bank before a trade can be official and any of the players
may be entered into either team’s lineup. All trades are subject to the approval of the Commissioner. Money from all
trades will be placed in the playoff pool to be divided equally amongst the final four team owners after FantasyBowl .



ADD/DROPS



All NFL players not on any of the 16 team rosters create the remaining player pool who are available to be acquired by
any owner at any time throughout the season. An owner can add any player on the team roster from the player pool by
dropping a player from the team roster. It is not required that the players be of the same position. Owners may make
an unlimited number of add/drop transactions throughout the season. An add/drop fee of $5.00 cash per transaction is
required to be paid out of each teams bank. The Commissioner’s office (website) will accept add/drop requests for
Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. until Wednesday at 11:59 p.m., add/drop during this time will have priority given to the team
with the worst record and lowest total points. All teams will be have first come-first serve add/drop ability
beginning Thursday at 7:01 p.m. up until lineups are due on Sunday. Money from all add/drop transactions will be
placed in the playoff pool (less the commissioners cut) to be divided equally amongst the final three team owners after
FantasyBowl VIII.







PLAYOFFS



The league playoffs consists of the 4 division winners and the two next best overall records in each conference. Each
division champion earns automatic first and second seeds in their conference playoffs. The next two best records in
each conference will face the two division winners with seeding of 1-4 and 2-3 for the first round. The winners will
meet in the conference championships that will be held on Week 16 of the regular season. The Electrocute and Drown
champions will compete on the final week in FantasyBowl VIII.









Tiebreakers for playoff positions will be determined in the following order :

1 - Overall Record

2 - Head-to-Head Record – if multiple(3 or more) teams tie and one team did not beat all teams, then go to #3

3 - Division Record – if all in same division if not #4

4 - Conference Record

5 - Total Points Scored

6 - Net Points Scored

7 - Coin Flip

 

PLAYOFF POOL



The playoff pool will be divided amongst the three teams remaining after the first round of the playoffs. The pool
will consist of the franchise fees from all 16 teams plus trading and add/drop fees paid through the season. The minimum place money will be as follows:

Champion-45 % bonus pool

1st loser- 30 %

2nd loser- 15 %

3rd loser- 10 %

Weekly high score: $25 awarded to team with highest score each week. The team can collect at end of season or add winnings to their bank.

Dash for the cash: 3 teams that have the highest score every four weeks will be awarded $50 for 1st, $30 for 2nd, and $10 for 3rd. The team can collect at end of season or add winnings to their bank.
