8) Buy in is $150 + $50 =$200 + $ 25 commish. Fees = $225 + $ half RTS =$10 + 1st half trade/losses +$25 super bowl fee= $260 1st half fee

Guidelines for Questionable players & Rentals:
Players questionable for Thursday night games, rental requests will be accepted Wednesday night @ 8:30pm until Thursday @ 3pm. All requests are to be made through RTS messaging/talk/posts.
If same player is wanted by multiple teams, waiver order will be implemented. Team awarded rental player will still remain in same place on waiver order. Have contingencies in place to protect from having player bumped from lineup if a higher team on waiver order requests the same player. It is not a 1st come, 1st serve.
Team awarded player will have the option to interchange rental player with questionable player right up to game time.... Only rental player and questionable player allowed to interchange.
Players Questionable for Sunday/Monday ( weekend) games, requests for a rental will begin Friday night @ 8:30 pm and end Sunday @ noon.
All requests are to be made through RTS messaging/talk/posts.
If same player is wanted by multiple teams, waiver order will be implemented.
Please let me know if this is acceptable and reasonable. If someone feels we need to implement/add or remove, please respond.
This just clarifies guidelines and allows a team to have options, and not have to wait until last minute to try and replace a player.
All rental fees apply.
All teams are responsible for own lineup changes. Not fielding a healthy lineup, $10 fine.
If a player/players is hurt and deemed lost for the season during preseason- That said player/players can be replaced for no charge prior to the NFL season/half (our season) start.
If a player/players is doubtful/questionable prior to the start of the NFL season/half (our season)- That said player/players can be replaced for that 1st game only as a rental- The waiver order is determined for the start of our season by a team's draft number..... If a player is needed, contact the commissioner via RTS.
ie: Pick 8 would have first choice
Pick 1 would have last choice
Both scenarios only apply to the beginning of the NFL season/half (our season) before any games have been played.
If teams can field a healthy lineup without replacing a player on a bye, there will be no rentals for the first week of the second half season...
Byes for the first week in season 2 cannot be replaced.....unless a player/players are questionable/ doubtful....
Any team/teams that has a player/players on a bye and are unable to field a healthy lineup, that said team/teams
has the ability rent/trade a player/players to ensure a full team to compete.
If a team/teams has a player/players that are listed as questionable /doubtful, that said team has the ability to rent/trade for a player/players to ensure that said team/teams can field a healthy lineup.
However, If a team/teams can field a healthy lineup with existing players not on a bye or listed as
questionable /doubtful, no rentals will be awarded to said team/teams...If a team wishes to trade for a
player/players on a bye, that is acceptable.
To reiterate:
A team/teams that can achieve a healthy lineup with existing players including byes are not allowed to rent a player/players to replace a player/players on a bye.... A team/teams can certainly trade for players, just can't rent a player if they have a healthy lineup to achieve a full roster.
If a player/players are listed as questionable /doubtful, owners can rent to replace any questionable /doubtful player/players or unable to field a healthy lineup due to players on a bye..Trades are always available on the waiver wire.( but not in the first week of either season)
This just allows our league to keep things in perspective and maintain integrity and not allow teams to take advantage if a player/players on said owner/owners team/teams are in a bad matchup.. or an owner had a bad draft with less than desirable players. Trades are always accepted on the waiver wire.( but not in the first week of either season)
