Auction Day will be Labor Day Monday at
4:00 p.m.

1) Entry fee total of $100
$9 (or an appropriate amount) will go towards the Internet service.

2) Each team will
play head to head against other teams each week to accumulate in win/loss standings. Each team will play every team
twice during the year. After the 14th week, the four playoff teams will be determined. The playoff teams will be
comprised of the top three teams (most wins). Ties will be decided in favor of the team with the greatest amount of
points, then head-to-head, point differential in head-to-head games, what if played each other all weeks record, coin
toss. The 4th team (wildcard team) will be determined from the highest point total of the remaining teams. Ties will be
broken in the following order: overall record, head-to-head record, point differential in games against each other,
what if played each other all weeks record, and coin toss.

3) The #1 seed will pick which team he plays on
week 15 with the two remaining teams playing each other. The winners will square off for the title on week 16. In case
of a playoff tie, the highest-scoring bench player or defense-regardless of position-will break the tie. If still tied,
the top 2 players will be used, and so on till the tie is broken.

4) Each team can make as many claims as it wishes by putting
a claim on the Fanball website prior to 9:00 pm on Wednesday night. Teams need to bid on claims in order to receive
them, the team that bids the most will receive the player. The beginning salary cap for this is $100. Ties will be decided
in favor of the team with the poorest record. Dropped players will not be available till the following claim
period. There will also be a free agent pickup time from Thursday Morning at 2:00 am to 11:55 am Sunday morning to make
roster changes. Dropped players at this time become available for pickup on the next claim period. Pre-season pickups
are also available, these run from Auction night(when players are entered) till Sun of 1st week. Dropped players from
this time frame become available immediately.

5) Each franchise must put their lineup into the Fanball
internet site. Any changes will be allowed up till 5 minutes prior to the kickoff of the games. The computer
automatically shuts off the ability to make changes at that time.

6) Trades will be allowed from the draft day up
till the first Sunday Week 11 game(Sun Nov 20nd). It is allowed to trade waiver wire cap money for players. 
 Pickups will be allowed thru the playoffs.

7) If situations arise that a ruling has to be made during
the season, a majority vote will decide.  If it ends in a tie, the commish will rule.

8) Pay-out will be as follows:

$5-highest point total for each of the regular season weeks---$70

$50-highest point total after the 14th week --- $25- 2nd highest point total after the 14th week---$75

40% -1st place in playoffs *** 30% - 2nd place in playoffs *** 20% - 3nd place in playoffs  *** 10% - 4th place in playoffs 

$10 -high point total for non-playoff teams added for Week 15 and Week 16---$10

*** For PLAYOFF TEAMS ONLY--$30 Highest playoff point total --- $15 @ 2nd highest playoff point total --- $45
