League Rules: A . Each team will play 14 "head-to-head" regular season games. Each team will play every team in the league one time and 3 teams twice (Randomly generated by schedule). B. Your roster will contain 18 players including defenses. Each roster may have up to 2 IR players as well. IR means the player is "Out"-can be for any reason. Cost is $2 to place player on or off IR. $1 per week a player is on IR. Starting lineups must contain: 1 - QUARTERBACK 2 - RUNNING BACKS 2 - WIDE RECEIVERS 1 - TIGHT END  1 FLEX (RB/WR/TE) 1 - KICKER 1 - DEFENSE ****New Rule**** Starting a player who is on a bye week when you have an active player on your bench will result in a $5 penalty per instance (note: you are not required to drop/pick up a player if you are out of options). There is no limit on the number of pick-ups per week or number of players that may be traded each week. ALL TRADES, PICK-UPS AND DROPS MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE GAME TIME ON SUNDAY, ANY PLAYERS INVOLVED IN EARLIER GAMES MUST HAVE TRANSACTIONS COMPLETED BY GAME TIME ON THE DAY OF THEIR GAME. Pick ups / transactions can be entered anytime before Wednesday 11:55am. Waiver Wire will process at 12pm. Open Free Agent Pick Ups begins at 4pm on Wednesday. First Come First Served. F. Starting line-ups must be in by game time. If your line up is not changed weekly, previous weeks line-up will be used.. G. Trades will cost $1 for each player you receive, trades may be for multiple players. (I.e. 1 Player traded for 3) Free agent pickups will cost $2 to pick up a player and $2 to drop a player. The trading deadline will be week 14. Trades will resume after the season has completed. The commissioner may void a trade if owners appear to be in collusion. The owners not involved in the trade may also put it to a vote. The Playoffs: Playoffs will consist of 6 teams: The two top teams will have a bye. The next 3 best records (based on standings) will advance to playoffs. The final playoff spot (6th Seed) will be awarded to which ever remaining team has most points for the season. Seeding will be based on record/standings as well as order of picking up players: Overall record, Head-to-head record,  Total points. Coin flip L. Toilet Bowl Loser hosts the draft, but may not draft first. Draft is based on regular season record. M. Prizes for the league will be as follows: First place: 60% Second place: 30% Third place: 10% N. The annual draft order will be in order of finish like the NFL, with the runner-up for the championship drafting #11 and the champion drafting #12. All others will draft in order or regular season finish. O. Drops for league yearly draft are due 48 hours before the draft. If you drop between 48-24 hours of the draft you will be assessed transaction fees for the players you drop.If you do not drop in those time frames, you will not be allowed to drop. If you missed the drop deadline but needed to drop a player due to trades, the a player(s) will be dropped for you, starting from the bottom of your line-up, which is usually def.  Entry fee is $100. If not paid before week 3, forefeits will be enforced. Host(s) of the Toilet Bowl can choose to raise the entry fee $5 - $10 per year. R. If you drop a player, you need to drop a player to receive that pick. I.E. - you trade your 3rd round draft pick in the prior season. Result = you need to drop three players to get that pick. S. An extra $5 per year will be charged for a week 18 game, which includes all 12 teams with a regular line-up. Winner takes all and a winning tie score will split the pot. Also $5 from each entry is placed into a pot for a "repeat champion". Any team to win back-to-back championships wins entire pot.
