  1. FEES

II.                BASIC LEAGUE RULES

 

  1. The season will consist of the following:

 

  1. 14 league games.
  2. A playoff week 15 - 17 of the season.

 

 

  1. The league will consist of 1 division of 10 teams. The top 4 teams, and any teams tied for the final playoff spot will advance to the playoffs.

 

  1. The team with the highest scoring bench will get the win.
  2. If the bench is tied, the highest scoring player on the roster (if tied 2nd, 3rd, etc.) will be used to break the

 

  1. All statistics, records shall be kept by rtsports , and considered final, unless proven to the commissioner to be wrong.

 

  1. Any rules / scoring interpretations will be decided upon by the commissioner.

 

 

  1. Playoffs week 15 - 17.  Each team will start with the following points:  Avg weekly points, 1 point for each win, and (10 points to #1 seed, 5 points to #2 seed, 2 points to #3 seed, and 0 points for the remaining playoff teams).  Cumulative points from each of the 3 playoff weeks + starting point totals will determine league champion and remaining places.

  

III.             Draft rules

 

  1. The draft will consist of 15 players.

 

  1. Def / Special teams are the same.

 

  1. The draft order will be conducted at the draft. IV.             MISC. RULES

 

A.       Starting line ups must be submitted on line 5 minutes prior to game time.   Early week games must be submitted 5 minutes before game time or affected players will be left in if used the prior week, or left out if not used the prior week.

 

                        1.         Previous weeks lineups will be used if not received on time.

                      

B.        No Trades. o

Only playoff teams are allowed to do transactions after week 13.

 

 

 

 

  1. Free agents

 

  1. will be picked up by a blind bid system. Each team will have a $1000 salary cap to pick up free agents. Bidding will begin on the first Wednesday/friday prior to week 1 and extend throughout the season and playoffs.  . The team with the highest bid on any given player will be awarded that player. The amount of the winning bid will be deducted from the winning teams free agent dollars. For each winning bid, the winning team must drop a player to make roster room for the free agent acquisition. If a teams free agent dollars go to zero, that team will no longer be allowed to bid for the rest of the season. No bid will be accepted that is larger than the teams free agent dollars. All bids must be in increments of dollars       (no cents).

 

  1. Conditional Bids: Conditional bids can also be offered. In the event you may lose out on a player, you can place conditional bid(s) for other players during the bidding time frame. The first conditional bid will become relevant only if you lose out on the first bid. Subsequent conditional bids will become relevant only if the previous conditional bid fails. Bids do not require conditional bids. Bids may have several sequential conditional bids, but may not include bidding on the same player more than once.

 

 

  1. Tied bids:   If there is a tie, the team that receives the player will be determined in order by : lowest winning %, lowest season point total.

 

 

  1. Each NFL team has one bye week.

  1. Scoring by other players will go to the defensive team, which includes special teams (i.e. the holder runs it in / passes for conversion, a lineman falls on a fumble or runs it in, etc.) Special teams only.

 

2. Scoring during a botched / fake conversion or fg goes to the defensive

                            team unless the scoring is done by an eligible player(s) in which case

                             the scoring goes to the eligible player(s) and the defense.
