Waiver Wire: Thursday morning 8am starting after week 1 completion.
Thursday players: Must be in or out of your lineup by gametime otherwise they are locked in either way.
For games {Thursday, Saturday, and Monday, Tuesday} - Sunday 12pm or later...
Players from free agency pool may be added up to 1 hour before scheduled kickoff (Thursday, Saturday) or as early as Sunday noon or any time after - can be used as insurance player or immediate starter without having to drop anyone - Insurance players must be noted on the Message Board.
Free Agency: Thursday/Friday/Saturday until 11:59pm: Pick up a player and drop a player from same position
Sunday morning – 12am-12pm: Free rental pickup but player must be started in your lineup
NOTE: If a game is cancelled, or suspended after Sunday 1pm kickoff - every fair attempt should be made to replace the player and/or find an option to complete play for the player. Using a player average should be used as a last resort. League discussion and vote can be used if necessary.
COVID Players: will be put on Covid I/R and can be replaced with another same position player to the active roster once the waiver wire has cleared on a weekly basis. That additional player will remain on the roster until the covid player returns, when the coach will have to release 1 player.
Insurance players: More leniency on assigning insurance players for multiple starters– as long as clear instructions are made as to pecking order. Use THIS GUY first for… etc.

NOTE: BOX SCORES ARE FINAL. CONTROVERSIES TO BE RESOLVED BY COMMITTEE.
THE SAME OWNER CAN USE BOTH DEF/ST AND IT’S OWN PLAYER’S SCORE TO
COUNT “DOUBLE” POINTS AS EACH IS ITS OWN “INDIVIDUAL” PLAYER. DIFFERENT OWNERS CAN ALSO USE EACH.
EXAMPLE: THE SCRAMBLERS PICK “Denver” DEFENSE IN ROUND 4 AND “Gerald Willhite” (RB-DENVER) IN ROUND 10. THE SCRAMBLERS START WILLHITE AND HE RUNS BACK A PUNT FOR A TOUCHDOWN - IN THIS CASE BOTH WILLHITE AND THE DEFENSE RECEIVE 6 POINTS. IF THE SCRAMBLERS PLAYED WILLHITE AND THE YARDMEN HAD THE DENVER DEFENSE - BOTH SCORE 6 POINTS ALSO.
Additional:
3 pts for 10 or more margin of victory
5 pts for 20 or more margin of victory
AN OWNER CAN COUNT DOUBLE POINTS IF A QB OR PLAYER CATCHES AND SCORES FROM HIS OWN DEFLECTED PASS EXAMPLE: BRAD JOHNSON CATCHES HIS OWN DEFLECTED PASS AND RUNS IT IN FOR A TOUCHDOWN. BOX SCORES ARE FINAL (JOHNSON to JOHNSON) 12 POINTS IS AWARDED TO BRAD JOHNSON. Same on fake field goals and fake punts - thrower becomes a QB.
PRESEASON
AN OWNER WITH A PLAYER CUT OR INJURED FOR THE SEASON DURING PRE-SEASON WILL BE
ALLOWED TO ADD A FREE AGENT WITHOUT PENALTY.
