A) Commissioner / Co-commissioner - The commissioner will be elected by a full
league vote. To start the 2008 season,
Pete Morcheid and Mike Bair will act as co-commissioners. If all goes well, the commissioner role will
be up for election starting next season.

Duties of the commissioner/co-commissioner:
1. Setup
of meetings and draft
2. Provide
the approved and current rulebook
3. Oversee
and organize the draft
4. Collection
of entry fees at the draft
5. Entry
of rosters onto Fanball website
6. Maintenance
of Fanball website
7. Rulings
for disputes not able to be resolved by rules/trade committees
8. Dismissal
of disruptive owners as defined in Section XXX
below
9. Find
replacements for dismissed or leaving owners
10. Player Transaction execution.
11. Line-up
entry for owners
12. Timely
Posting of Results
B)
Treasurer(1) - The treasurer position
will also be an elected position. We
will ask for nominations at the draft.

Duties of the Treasurer
1. Holding
of league fees
2. Payment
of prize money once season is completed
3. Finding
possible ways to increase league revenue to generate higher prize money payouts
4. Provide
documentation of paid fees and payouts

C) Rules
Committee(3) - This committee will be an elected position and will revolve so
that the league has full participation.
Owners with conflict of interest issues will not be permitted to be on
same committee. Example: Married owners, Father/Son, etc.
1. The
duty of the rules committee is to vote and approve any and all rules not
covered under current rulebook. Rules
changes during the season will not be permitted unless extenuating circumstance
requires and then only if approved by a full league vote. Rule changes will be out of season and
approved by rules committee to be presented to commissioner to add to the
rulebook to be distributed at the beginning of each season.
2. Owners
with suggested rule changes or complaints should contact one of the rule
committee members to discuss. Rules
committee members will clarify rule or bring it to the other rules committee
member for a vote.
3. Determine
if a rule has been violated.

Section II: Division Breakdown, Scheduling, Playoffs,
& Ranking methodology.
A) Three
(3) Divisions with four (4) teams in each division.
1. Division
breakdown will be based on prior year season ending results.
2. From
the prior season ending rankings, the teams that placed 1-4 will be in one
division, teams finishing 5-8 will comprise second division and teams 9-12 will
fill third division.
B) Each
team will play a 14 game schedule.
1. The
winner each week will be decided by total accumulated points scored by a valid
line-up. In the event of a tie, the
highest scoring player from each team will be compared and the owner with the
highest individual score in the lineup will win the game.
C) Each
team will play division opponents twice each year for six (6) total games.
D) Each
team will play all other teams once each year for eight (8) total games.
E) Scheduling
will be automatic, provided by FanBall.
F) Teams
will be ranked in each division according to the following criteria:

Scenario 1: Team C split its 2
division games with Team B and Team C gets higher seed due to points
Scenario 2: Team C loses BOTH
division games to Team B and Team B gets higher seed.
Scenario 3: Team C Wins BOTH
division games to Team B and Team C gets higher seed.
