Buffalo Bills cornerback Tre'Davious White sustained a right Achilles injury and had to be carted off the field late in the third quarter of Sunday's 48-20 victory over the visiting Miami Dolphins.
White dropped back in coverage when Miami quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was sacked with 39 seconds left in the third and was shown putting no pressure on his right leg as the play developed.
No one had made contact with White, who fell to the turf in pain and then threw his helmet in frustration.
White, 28, tore his ACL during the 2021 season in a Thanksgiving victory over the New Orleans Saints.
On Sunday, White had three tackles and a pass defense prior to exiting.
In three games prior to Sunday's meeting with the Dolphins, White had nine tackles and an interception. He is in his seventh season with Buffalo.
New England Patriots cornerback Christian Gonzalez (shoulder) is questionable to return to Sunday's matchup with the Cowboys. Gonzalez helped keep the Dallas offense in check while he was on the field. However, he suffered a shoulder injury, and things went downhill afterward. The No. 17 overall pick had 16 tackles, one sack, and one interception entering Week 4, so it'd be a tough blow for the Pats defense to be without him for an extended period moving forward.

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham Jr. (wrist) is questionable to return to Sunday's showdown against the Raiders. The 26-year-old scored twice in the win over the Vikings in Week 3, so he was a popular waiver target heading into this one. If he doesn't return in Week 4, he'll finish without a catch. With Los Angeles down Mike Williams (knee) and Austin Ekeler (ankle), Keenan Allen, Quentin Johnston, Joshua Palmer, Isaiah Spiller could see a few more targets from Justin Herbert moving ahead.

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams (shoulder) is questionable to return to Sunday's meeting with the Chargers. The veteran wideout took a shot in the second quarter and remained on the field for some time while clutching his shoulder. Of course, the Raiders were already without Jimmy Garoppolo (head), who didn't clear concussion protocol ahead of Week 4, so it isn't an ideal scenario for Vegas. But If Adams doesn't return, he'll finish without a catch, with Jakobi Meyers and Hunter Renfrow in line to operate as the top wideouts of the depth chart.

Dynasty | Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett left the Steelers loss against Houston in the third quarter with a knee injury. Dynasty Analysis: We'll wait to evaluate any dynasty changes on Pickett until we get more details but he limped off the field and couldn't return in the game. The Steelers were handled by the Texans today and the injury to Pickett was just the cherry on top. We'll re-evaluate when word comes out on the severity of the injury, Mitch Trubisky was 3-of-5 in his place and would be the starter moving forward should Pickett miss time.
Dynasty | Steelers running back Najee Harris had 71 rushing yards, one catch and 32 receiving yards in Pittsburgh's blowout loss to Houston. Dynasty Analysis: Harris just hasn't been great this year but this was a pretty respectable line considering he had just 15 touches on the day. The Steelers may be without Kenny Pickett for a bit moving forward and if that's the case, it could open a window for Harris that he would just absolutely have to make good on to salvage his dynasty value as our RB16.
Dynasty | CJ Stroud completed 16-of-30 passes for 306 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in Houston's win against Pittsburgh. Dynasty Analysis: Stroud's completion percentage wasn't great today but he made big plays when he needed to. What's even more impressive is the fact the rookie has now thrown for six touchdowns and has yet to throw an interception on the season. With Nico Collins and Tank Dell forming a young and exciting wide receiver duo, it seems the arrow is pointing straight up for our QB14.
Dynasty | Nico Collins had seven catches for 168 yards and two touchdowns in Houston's upset win over Pittsburgh. Dynasty Analysis: Two weeks after setting a career high in receiving yards with 146, Collins put up this gem and has quickly established himself as a weekly starter in fantasy leagues in the process. Now with 428 receiving yards in his first four games this year, his ranking of WR49 is going to skyrocket this week. Simply put, the trio of CJ Stroud, Collins, and Tank Dell look legit.
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins (rib) was diagnosed with a rib fracture following Sunday's loss to the Tennessee Titans. The injury "could keep him off the field for a bit," per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Assuming Higgins misses extended time, Tyler Boyd would operate as the Bengals' No. 2 wide receiver behind Ja'Marr Chase. Given the slow start that Cincinnati has endured, it'll be hard to trust Boyd in fantasy lineups even as he prepares for an increased role.

Dynasty | Falcons wide receiver Drake London had three catches for 28 yards and a touchdown in Atlanta's loss to Jacksonville in London. Dynasty Analysis: London's 11/126/2 line through four games is pretty disappointing. Still, he salvaged some decent value with the score today. The disappointing start for London really isn't on him as Desmond Ridder just hasn't been able to muster enough in the passing game to make him very fantasy relevant. London's WR15 is likely going to start falling should the Falcons and Ridder continue to sputter.
Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell hauled in just one of three targets for 16 yards in Sunday's win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. The rookie was unable to build on a big Week 3, instead being overshadowed by impressive games from Nico Collins and Dalton Schultz. Although Collins has cemented himself as Houston's top wide receiver, there is still room for Dell to thrive. He should be viewed as a low-end WR3/FLEX option going forward, including in Week 5 against Atlanta.

Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins caught four of his six targets for 63 yards in the 27-3 win over the Cincinnati Bengals. The 31-year-old nearly caught a long touchdown from Ryan Tannehill and was stopped just short of another touchdown, so he was close to producing a big fantasy day. Tennessee's offense has posted two promising offensive showings and two horrific performances, so it's tough to know what to expect. That said, Hopkins has real upside next week against the Indianapolis Colts, who allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to wideouts through the first three weeks of the season.

Houston Texans tight end Dalton Schultz hauled in all three of his targets for 42 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. This game was his best as a member of the Texans and also featured his first touchdown with the team. He should be viewed as a mid-to-high TE2 going forward with room to rise even higher if the Texans continue to play well.

Tennessee Titans WR Chris Moore caught one pass for 44 yards against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 4. He was targeted three times during the game.
From TheHuddle
Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill completed 18 of his 25 passing attempts for 240 yards, one touchdown, and one interception against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 4. Tennessee's offensive line held up and gave Tannehill time to throw, so he posted another efficient outing in the win. Still, he failed to post enough fantasy points to make him a viable single-quarterback league option moving forward. Hopefully, the Titans' offense can develop consistency at some point this season. For now, he continues to be a low-end superflex or two-QB league fantasy asset.

Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins turned nine targets into seven catches, 168 yards, and two touchdowns in a big Week 4 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Outside of a quiet Week 3, Collins has been one of the biggest steals in fantasy football this season. He has cemented himself as a weekly WR2 option, including next Sunday versus the Atlanta Falcons.

Tennessee Titans WR DeAndre Hopkins caught four passes for 63 yards against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 4. He was targeted six times during the game.
From TheHuddle
Houston Texans rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud completed 16 of 30 passes for 306 yards, two touchdowns, and zero interceptions in a big Week 4 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also rushed for 16 yards. The Texans' offense has scored 67 points over the last two weeks and Stroud has been a major reason why. He has presumably done enough to vault into the low-end QB1 tier ahead of Week 5 versus the Atlanta Falcons.

Carolina Panthers cornerback Donte Jackson (shoulder) exited Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings. He was listed as questionable but did not return. The 27-year-old logged one tackle prior to departing and was replaced by D'Shawn Jamison.
From RotoBaller
Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry rushed 22 times for 122 yards and a touchdown in the blowout win over the Cincinnati Bengals. He also caught one pass for 11 yards and completed a two-yard pass for a touchdown. It was a big performance for the 29-year-old, just a week after being held to just 20 yards. The former rushing champion is at risk of having dud performances this year as a part of the inconsistent Titans offense, but he's clearly still a must-start fantasy option. He'll face the Indianapolis Colts next week.
From RotoBaller
Houston Texans running back Dameon Pierce rushed 24 times for 81 yards against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 4. He also caught a 27-yard pass. After a slow start to the season, Pierce has come on quite strong. His hot stretch has occurred simultaneously with a two-game winning streak in which the Texans have scored 67 points. As Houston continues to play well, Pierce should be viewed as a steady RB2 option. The Texans face the Falcons next week.
