OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP) The Baltimore Ravens elevated receiver DeSean Jackson from the practice squad and ruled tight end Isaiah Likely out for Sunday's game at Jacksonville.

The Ravens also elevated linebacker Julian Stanford from the practice squad and signed defensive back Daryl Worley to the active roster from the practice squad. Baltimore put cornerback Jalyn Armour-Davis on injured reserve with a hip issue.

Likely was limited in practice Friday because of an ankle injury.

Jackson has played one game for Baltimore since the Ravens signed him to the practice squad in the middle of last month.

Player Notes
Logan Thomas Nov 27 1:00am ET
Logan Thomas

Washington Commanders tight end Logan Thomas (rib, illness) is expected to play on Sunday against Atlanta, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. The 31-year-old has done little in terms of production this season, amassing 20 catches for 183 yards and a touchdown in seven games. That said, with so many injuries at the tight end position in Week 12, Thomas has a higher upside than most and warrants some consideration in deep fantasy formats.

Greg Dortch Nov 27 12:50am ET
Greg Dortch

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Greg Dortch (thumb) isn't expected to suit up versus the Los Angeles Chargers, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. The 24-year-old was entering Week 12, coming off a potent performance against the 49ers in Mexico City, where he finished with nine catches for 103 yards. However, fantasy managers had an idea Dortch wouldn't be out there, especially since the Cardinals elevated Pharoh Cooper and Andre Baccellia to the active roster. Fortunately, Marquise Brown (ankle) will make his long awaited return after a lengthy layoff, which is welcome news considering Rondale Moore (groin) also won't play. That said, Brown may be on a snap count, so DeAndre Hopkins should remain the top option for Kyler Murray in Week 12.

Justin Fields Nov 27 12:40am ET
Justin Fields

Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields (shoulder) is considered a "long shot" to play against the Jets. However, he will go through pregame warmups before a final decision is made. After a dreadful start to the 2022-23 campaign, Fields has emerged to become one of the best fantasy quarterbacks going. Unfortunately, with the Bears unlikely to make the playoffs, there's a chance the signal-caller won't be back this season to avoid further damage. In any event, Trevor Siemian is expected to be under center in Week 12. Yet, fantasy managers shouldn't expect much out of him versus a potent Jets defense.

Kyren Williams Nov 26 10:20pm ET
Kyren Williams

Los Angeles Rams running back Kyren Williams' role in the offense should grow in Week 12 after the team released Darrell Henderson Jr. just a few days ago. Williams led the backfield in snaps last week, playing 55 percent. He rushed seven times for 36 yards, showing off solid efficiency, while also hauling in an eight-yard catch. Going forward, his main form of competition is Cam Akers, who has struggled this season but did rush 14 times last Sunday. Consider Akers and Williams high-end RB4 options against the Chiefs this week, putting them both in desperation FLEX territory.

Ameer Abdullah Nov 26 10:10pm ET
Ameer Abdullah

Las Vegas Raiders running back Ameer Abdullah should, at a very minimum, get involved in the passing game against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 12. The 29-year-old has yet to rush the ball this season, but he does have 14 catches and 81 receiving yards over the last five weeks. He should see at least a few targets on Sunday, and he even has a chance to register his first rush of the year if Josh Jacobs (calf) is inactive or limited. For the most part, Abdullah's fantasy ceiling hinges on Jacobs' availability, but he does have a steady floor given his guaranteed role in the passing game. He ranks as an RB5 in fantasy football with room to rise.

Ke'Shawn Vaughn Nov 26 10:00pm ET
Ke'Shawn Vaughn

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Ke'Shawn Vaughn projects to have a bigger role in Week 12 with Leonard Fournette (hip) sidelined. While rookie Rachaad White will operate as the Bucs' lead back, Vaughn should serve as his backup. He saw the field after Fournette exited back in Week 10, registering three touches and 12 scrimmage yards. While Vaughn could face some competition from Giovani Bernard (ankle), who was activated from IR on Saturday, the 25-year-old will likely be their No. 2 considering he has been healthy for the whole season. He ranks as a fringe top-48 back in fantasy football this week.

Julio Jones Nov 26 10:00pm ET
Julio Jones

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Julio Jones has scored a touchdown in two of the last three games since returning from a knee injury in Week 8. The 33-year-old continues to carve out a role as Tampa Bay's third wide receiver behind Mike Evans and Chris Godwin. He has 11 catches on 21 targets for 178 yards and two touchdowns across five games in 2022. Jones will look to continue his solid play against the Cleveland Browns in Week 12. Cleveland has had trouble defending the opposing team's third/fourth wide receiver option and ranks 25th in DVOA versus WRs 3/4. Fantasy managers can start Jones as a boom-or-bust flex in deep-league formats against the Browns in Week 12.

Isaiah Likely Nov 26 9:50pm ET
Isaiah Likely

Baltimore Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely (ankle) has been downgraded to out ahead of Week 12 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The rookie did not travel with the team. This news adds further confirmation to the obvious: Mark Andrews ranks as a high-end TE1 once again this week.

Jerick McKinnon Nov 26 9:50pm ET
Jerick McKinnon

Kansas City Chiefs running back Jerick McKinnon continues to see his value rise in PPR leagues. The pass-catching back should play more snaps after Clyde Edwards-Helaire was placed on IR. With rookie Isiah Pacheco primarily earning early-down snaps, it's up to McKinnon to perform in the receiving game. This bodes well for his fantasy stock, especially in leagues where players are rewarded for catching passes. Given this fact, the 30-year-old can be viewed as a FLEX option against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 12.

DeSean Jackson Nov 26 7:00pm ET
DeSean Jackson

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver DeSean Jackson has been promoted to the active roster ahead of the Week 12 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The 36-year-old will return to the field after missing each of the last two weeks. His return won't mean too much for this offense. The veteran speedster has one reception for 16 yards in his lone appearance with Baltimore this season. His involvement could change depending on the health of his fellow receivers. Regardless, he'll be a risky fantasy option in basically all formats.

Randy Bullock Nov 26 6:40pm ET
Randy Bullock

Tennessee Titans kicker Randy Bullock (calf) has been officially ruled out for the Week 12 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals. The veteran kicker was questionable coming into this game, but appears he doesn't feel good enough to play on Sunday. The Titans have already released Josh Lambo ahead of Sunday's game. That means, rookie Caleb Shudak will make his NFL debut this week. Shudak looked good in camp, but isn't exactly a great streaming option for this upcoming matchup. Fantasy managers should be able to find a more reliable option than a rookie making his debut.

Jaylen Warren Nov 26 6:40pm ET
Jaylen Warren

Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jaylen Warren (hamstring) has been ruled out for the Week 12 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. The 24-year-old continues to deal with a lingering knee issue that will hold him out of this contest. The expectation is that Najee Harris will get a bulk of the carries on Sunday. Last week, Harris totaled massive 92% snap rate. It's likely that the Steelers mix in Benny Snell Jr. as well, but Harris is going to see plenty of snaps on Sunday. He should be a mid-range RB2 for this upcoming matchup against the Colts.

Carolina Panthers CB T.J. Carrie and DE Kobe Jones were elevated from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Nov. 26.

Giovani Bernard Nov 26 6:30pm ET
Giovani Bernard

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Giovani Bernard (ankle) has been activated off the injured reserve on Saturday. This is good timing for the Bucs with Leonard Fournette (hip) being ruled out for the Week 12 matchup against the Cleveland Browns. It's nice to see Bernard back on the team since he has been sidelined most of the season. He's expected to be the primary backup to Rachaad White for Sunday's game. However, fantasy managers shouldn't expect Bernard to have much value during his first game back. White is the player to have in the Tampa Bay backfield right now.

DeSean Jackson Nov 26 6:23pm ET
DeSean Jackson

Baltimore Ravens WR DeSean Jackson and LB Julian Stanford were elevated from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Nov. 26. Lb Jalyn Armour-Davis (hip) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list, and CB Daryl Worley was promoted to the active roster.

Leonard Fournette Nov 26 6:20pm ET
Leonard Fournette

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Leonard Fournette (hip) has been ruled out for the Week 12 matchup against the Cleveland Browns. The 27-year-old is still dealing with a hip injury that he suffered in Week 10. The Bucs are expected to use a committee approach to fill the void with Fournette unavailable. Rookie back Rachaad White is likely to have a heavy workload on Sunday. He's looking like a favorable flex option against a Browns defense that struggles to contain the rushing attack. Also, Giovani Bernard has been activated off the injured reserve. He should serve as the primary backup to White on Sunday. Possibly, Ke'Shawn Vaughn gets involved as well, but he won't be worth looking at in fantasy formats.

Maxx Williams Nov 26 5:40pm ET
Maxx Williams

Arizona Cardinals tight end Maxx Williams was elevated to the active roster from the practice squad ahead of Sunday's meeting with the Chargers. The 28-year-old has played 73 games in the NFL, with 35 of them being in a Cardinals uniform. During his career, he's amassed 103 catches for 1,001 yards and six touchdowns. While it's unknown how long Williams' latest stint on the active roster will last, he could be a sneaky value play for DFS managers in Week 12, even if he's not the No. 1 option on the depth chart.

Xavier Rhodes Nov 26 5:23pm ET
Xavier Rhodes

Buffalo Bills CB Xavier Rhodes was promoted from the practice squad to the active roster, and CB Christian Benford (oblique) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Saturday, Nov. 26.

From TheHuddle

Kyler Murray Nov 26 5:20pm ET
Kyler Murray

The Cardinals added wide receivers Andre Baccellia and Pharoh Cooper to the active roster for the Week 12 meeting with the Los Angeles Chargers. Both men have seen limited action outside of practice squads throughout their careers, combining for 63 catches for 564 yards and a touchdown. Rondale Moore (groin) has already been ruled out ahead of the matchup against L.A.. While Greg Dortch (thumb) is questionable, the additions of Brown and Baccellia makes it probable he won't play either. In addition, Marquise Brown (ankle), who was activated from the injured reserve list on Saturday following a five-game absence, could be on a snap count on Sunday, so Brown and Baccellia may see a few looks from Kyler Murray, with the former being more likely to get involved. Yet, neither man is worth an add in any fantasy format.
