Online Draftboard

Postby JustinCZ18 » Tue Jul 09, 2019 12:23 am

So I had a couple owners ask about putting the draftboard online, even though we do our draft offline. So everyone would know the exact number their pick was and wouldn't have to go to our spreadsheet when discussing trades all the time. I was curious if anyone knew if it was possible to set up a live draft, then deleting it, and putting the rosters in like normal after. So basically if our draft was say August 31, setting it up online for September 1st and reverting back to an offline draft and putting in rosters after. Or would that screw things up?

The answer is yes, you can setup a live draft, draft the players, then delete the draft, drop all the players from the rosters, then enter the players onto the rosters later.

However, I must ask what the purpose of all that is. Why not setup the live draft, draft the players live (the commish can do this). Then skip the steps to delete the draft, drop the players from the rosters, and re-enter the players onto the rosters.
