Question about Thanksgiving day games

I'm the commissioner in our league and I guess I need to know how to change the time to do the waiver wire claims and free agent acquisitions. In our league we currently submit the waiver wire claims by 12and then a 4 hour window for free agents, we can start picking them up. Do I need to change this since there is a 12:30 and 3:30 game today???Any answers greatly appreciated
