Question about Thanksgiving day games

I'm the commissioner in our league and I guess I need to know how to change the time to do the waiver wire claims and free agent acquisitions. In our league we currently submit the waiver wire claims by 12 and then at 4, we can start adding free agents. Do I need to change this since there is a 12:30 and 3:30 game today???Any answers greatly appreciated
