Ryan Pepiot was dropped and then added an hour later by another team. Is someone cheating?!
Fantasy Season
The Fantasy Regular Season will run weekly, from Monday thru Sunday from Opening Day thru the Sunday three weeks prior to the end of the MLB regular season. Each team will play weekly head-to-head matchups using a randomly generated round-robin schedule.
For each head-to-head matchup, the team with the greater number of points at the end of the week will earn a Win and the team with the lesser number will earn a Loss. In the event of tie, the team with the higher tiebreaker total will earn the win. The game tiebreaker is computed with the weekly stat totals as follows:
(RBI + Runs)/2 - Pitching Runs Allowed.
In the event that a tie remains, the win will be awarded to the team with the highest cumulative batting average for the week. League and division standings are based on team win/loss records.
For leagues drafting before first pitch of Opening Day, the season will begin with the regular season games on Opening Day. For leagues drafting after first pitch of Opening Day, the league will begin play with the Monday games immediately following the draft. The season ends for all leagues after the conclusion of the last scheduled regular season game of the MLB season. Tie-breaker games after the end of the scheduled regular season will not be used in the Contest.
Statistics from the Japan Series games March 18th and 19th between the Dodgers and Cubs will count as Week 1 stats in all leagues that begin in MLB Week 1. Please draft with this knowledge.
The MLB All-Star game and any playoff games are not included in The Contest. Opening Day thru Sunday and the partial week following the MLB All-Star break will be combined with the following full calendar week to create single fantasy games.
Where does it mention anything about combining weeks in the rules? Please show us.
The partial week last week is combined with week 2 to make one fantasy week, so no records until after this week.

Thanks
The waiver wire runs Sunday night, you can put in claims until 11pm. Then Monday morning a free agent add/drop period starts and runs until the first game starts that day. Team->Waiver Wire and Team->Add/Drop on the website, Add Players in the app.
