I wanted to introduce an idea to help prevent tanking while still keeping everyone engaged late in the season.

Draft order for non-playoff teams will now be based on Optimal Points, with a weighted lottery for picks 1.01–1.03.

Optimal Points = the highest scoring lineup your roster could have produced each week.

At the same time, the non-playoff teams would still compete in a consolation playoff bracket, with the winner receiving a lottery odds boost of 5%

This keeps teams competitive while ensuring the weakest rosters still get the best chance at top picks.

This idea introduces a system that:
- Prevents lineup tanking
- Ensures weaker rosters receive better draft odds
- Keeps non-playoff teams engaged in postseason play

This means:
- Bench players still count toward your season total
- Managers cannot tank by benching productive players

Instead of automatically awarding the 1.01 pick, the bottom teams will enter a weighted lottery.
Lottery will determine picks 1.01 – 1.03.
Example odds based on Optimal Points ranking:
Worst Roster = 29%
2nd worst = 24%
3rd worst = 19%
4th worst = 14%
5th worst = 6%
6th worst = 3%

This equals 95%

The remaining 5% goes to the winner of the Toilet Bowl
The winner of the Toilet Bowl may also choose between one of the following
- Earning an Anchor
- Earning an extra Rookie Pick at the end of the 2nd round (2.13)
o This is being implemented because a surplus of anchors are not being used.
o Teams with weaker rosters usually do not have players worth using an anchor on

The current system, while designed to prevent tanking, only gives the two teams a shot at the top pick and not necessarily the worst teams, ultimately encouraging tanking and benching of your top players once eliminated or lineup manipulation.

This helps encourage parity and healthy compitition

This is great!!!
