Thank you to the 11 teams that voted on this penalty situation. With 54% of the vote, the 100 point penalty will be enforced on We Love Boobies.

A rule change will go into effect for next year, that a player will need to be dropped when a waiver bid is placed. No longer allowing any team to ever have more than 17 players. I had it set to be able to drop at a later time because during waivers, you may have several contingent choices and it makes it convenient to drop after you know who you got.  The penalty rule was supposed to be a deterrent and not supposed to be something that ruins a teams season. This rule change will stop all that.

I can't make the change for this year as it would not be fair to Boobies stopping others from the potential of suffering the penalty. This vote sets the president that no reason whatsoever will allow a team to carry more than 17 players through the week.

Sorry I shared the wrong flight. Pretty scary to fly these days.
