Greg Zuerlein Sep 18 4:00pm ET

Los Angeles Rams kicker Greg Zuerlein was perfect during the teams 29-7 Week 2 victory over the New Orleans Saints with two field goals and three extra points. Zuerlein was able to show his range in Week 1 with a 56-yard kick against the Carolina Panthers, quieting any health concerns after the veteran had suffered a leg injury during the latter half of last year. Lock in Zuerlein as a top option in all leagues thanks to the explosiveness of the Rams offense.

Cooper Kupp Sep 18 3:50pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp appears to be the WR1 in Los Angeles two weeks into the season thanks to his rapport with quarterback Jared Goff. Kupp enters Week 3 leading the team in receptions, yards and targets, an impressive feat considering he had torn his ACL just one year ago. In Week 3, Kupp will be matched up against the Cleveland Browns, a team with a young but talented defense that could apply heavy pressure on the Rams offensive line. If the O-line collapses, expect Goff to continue to look Kupps way when under pressure, as the wide receivers average depth of target has been just 5.9 yards (84th in the NFL). Lock Kupp in as a high-end WR2, as his chemistry with Goff will keep his floor stable and his ceiling sky-high.

Robert Woods Sep 18 3:50pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Robert Woods struggled in the teams Week 2 29-7 victory over the New Orleans Saints. After all, he only had two receptions on two targets for 33 yards. However, fantasy owners should treat Week 2 as an anomaly; Woods had multiple plays called back due to holding penalties and the game script aligned with a run-focused offensive scheme with the Rams leading for the majority of the contest. With a Week 3 matchup against the Cleveland Browns on the horizon, he should see a larger target share in what could end up being a high-scoring, offensive duel thanks to a potent Browns offense. Woods remains a mid-tier WR2 across all formats.

Brandin Cooks Sep 18 3:50pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Brandin Cooks rebounded in the teams Week 2 29-7 victory over the New Orleans Saints with three receptions on four targets for 74 yards and a TD. However, his five receptions through two games remains extremely concerning and indicates that the veteran could very well be the WR3 on the Rams depth chart. Still, Cooks should be a WR2, as he is the teams best deep threat and faces a Browns secondary that gave up chunk-yardage plays during Week 1 to rookie wideout A.J. Brown of the Tennessee Titans. Be wary, though, that Cooks could be behind both teammates Cooper Kupp and Robert Woodsin target share.

Jared Goff Sep 18 3:50pm ET

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Jared Goff saw some success in the teams 29-7 Week 2 victory over the New Orleans Saints, completing 19 passes on 28 attempts for 283 yards and two TDs (one passing, one rushing). While Week 2 was a definite improvement over his subpar Week 1 performance, unfortunately Goff remains plagued by issues with accuracy. Entering a Week 3 matchup against the Cleveland Browns, the quarterback will most likely face heavy pressure from a strong defensive front led by Myles Garrett and Sheldon Richardson. As long as Goff remains composed in the pocket, the upside of the Rams offense should keep his ceiling as a high-end QB2.

Jacksonville Jaguars Sep 18 3:40pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey will play on Thursday against the Titans, according to head coach Doug Marrone. Ramsey is unhappy with his contract situation in Jacksonville and requested a trade Monday night. He's expected to get dealt as early as this Friday for a pair of first-round picks, so Thursday's game is shaping up to be his last in a Jaguars uniform. The shutdown corner will likely shut down Titans receiver Corey Davis on the outside. Against a slow-paced, run-first Titans offense led by inconsistent quarterback Marcus Mariota, the Jaguars Defense is in play as a low-end starting option in Week 3.

    From RotoBaller

Gardner Minshew II Sep 18 3:40pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars left tackle Cam Robinson (knee) will start on Thursday against the Titans. It's an upgrade for rookie quarterback Gardner Minshew's blind-side protection in Week 3, but Jacksonville's offense is still likely to struggle to move the ball consistently without Nick Foles (collarbone) under center. You should only be looking to start Minshew if you're desperate in deep two-QB leagues.

    From RotoBaller

Jason Witten Sep 18 3:20pm ET

Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten has shown that he still has a nose for the end zone, scoring a touchdown a week so far. He's been the same Jason Witten that he was before he left the field to join the broadcast booth: get open for a short pass, catch it, fall down. That works better than expected with a suddenly strong offense like Dallas' though. Witten won't win any fantasy matchups this week, but he's one of the least likely NFL tight ends to put up a zero in any given week as well. With the Miami Dolphins "trying to defend" Witten, he's as good a bet for a touchdown as anyone else on Sunday.

    From RotoBaller

Brett Maher Sep 18 3:20pm ET

Dallas Cowboys kicker Brett Maher should see plenty of the field in Week 3. Going up against a "football team" called the Miami Dolphins, the Cowboys should have no problem scoring plenty of touchdowns on Sunday. The only minor concern with Maher is that he won't be needed for field goals and will just accumulate extra points which are of course worth fewer points in fantasy leagues. Still, he's easily a top-10 option for the week.

    From RotoBaller

Dallas Cowboys Sep 18 3:20pm ET

The Dallas Cowboys Defense is the top defensive unit for Week 3. Taking on a Miami Dolphins offense that has scored a total of 10 points all season, the Cowboys defense is almost a lock to put up the most fantasy points of the week at the position. With turnover juggernauts Ryan Fitzpatrick and Josh Rosen leading the Dolphins' tank, this should be another ugly week for a 53 fish out of water in Dallas.

    From RotoBaller

Randall Cobb Sep 18 3:10pm ET

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Randall Cobb could play a larger role in Week 3, but is still not a recommended fantasy starter. Cobb has 11 targets through the first two weeks as the slot receiver for the Cowboys and could see more play with Michael Gallup (knee) missing a few games. Still, most of Cobb's targets have been of the shallow chain-moving variety, severely limiting his upside. Cobb is usually a WR5 in most formats and may creep up to a WR4 level against the Dolphins "defense" in Week 3.

    From RotoBaller

Devin Smith Sep 18 3:10pm ET

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Devin Smith will potentially be working in a starting role in Week 3 against the Miami Dolphins. Smith hauled in all three of his targets for 74 yards and a touchdown in Week 2. With Michael Gallup (knee) out for this game and Randall Cobb likely sticking to the slot, Smith could jump into Gallup's role and make significant noise in fantasy leagues. He's a risky start, but could pay off in a big way, especially in DFS formats. Coach Jason Garrett has already said that Smith, "obviously will play more" in Week 3.

    From RotoBaller

Ezekiel Elliott Sep 18 3:00pm ET

Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott should be one of the top running back options for Week 3 and has number one overall upside. Taking on the tanking Miami Dolphins, Elliott should find plenty of room to run, especially since the Cowboys will likely work through the ground for most of the second half in an attempt to mercifully run out the clock. The only risk with Elliott in fantasy this week is that the Cowboys may choose to rest him for some of the second half if the game is easily in hand as expected. Still, he'll likely have done enough by then to make him an easy RB1 for the week.

    From RotoBaller

Tony Pollard Sep 18 3:00pm ET

Dallas Cowboys rookie running back Tony Pollard is too risky to start in Week 3 even though he could see a decent number of touches. Taking on the helpless Miami Dolphins, the Cowboys may turn to Pollard for parts of the second half in order to limit starting running back Ezekiel Elliott's snaps. Still, there are way too many things that would need to go right in order for Pollard to put up a significant fantasy performance even in the ideal matchup. He remains a high-upside handcuff for Elliott owners, but little more.

    From RotoBaller

Amari Cooper Sep 18 3:00pm ET

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Amari Cooper is an easy WR1 option for Week 3. With the Cowboys taking on the inept Miami Dolphins, Cooper is being ranked as a top-five fantasy wide receiver for this week. Especially with Michael Gallup (knee) out for this one, Cooper should see a monster share of the targets from quarterback Dak Prescott. Playing a key role in new Offensive Coordinator Kellen Moore's ascendant offense, Cooper is a weekly must-start in any format.

    From RotoBaller

Dak Prescott Sep 18 2:50pm ET

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott is one of the top fantasy quarterback options in a Week 3 game against the Miami Dolphins. Prescott threw three touchdowns in Week 2 and added 69 yards rushing. He'll face off against a barely-there Miami Dolphins team that has been outscored 102-10 through two weeks. Prescott is a surefire QB1 option, and the only thing keeping him from the top spot overall is the chance that he doesn't even need to play for parts of the second half.

    From RotoBaller

Mark Andrews Sep 18 2:50pm ET

Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews (foot) is absent from practice on Wednesday. Andrews has been one of the most valuable fantasy tight ends through two weeks, catching 16 passes for 220 yards and two touchdowns. To put it into perspective, the 24-year-old caught 34 passes for 552 yards and three touchdowns in 16 games his rookie year in 2018. Andrews missed practice last week before torching the Cardinals in Week 2, so you should plan on having him as a strong TE1 this Sunday in another good matchup against the Chiefs in what could be a fast-paced, high-scoring affair.

    From RotoBaller

Noah Spence Sep 18 2:13pm ET

Free-agent LB Noah Spence (Buccaneers) signed with the Washington Redskins Wednesday, Sept. 18. Terms of the contract were not disclosed. The team also placed CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (undisclosed) on the Reserve/Injured list.

    From TheHuddle

Damien Williams Sep 18 1:33pm ET

Kansas City Chiefs RB Damien Williams (knee) won't practice Wednesday, Sept. 18.

Fantasy Spin: Keep an eye on his participation level throughout the week. LeSean McCoy (ankle) will do some work today and could demote Williams to flex status if he plays against the Baltimore Ravens.

    From TheHuddle

Taco Charlton Sep 18 1:23pm ET

Dallas Cowboys DE Taco Charlton will be part of attempted trade talks, but the team plans to move on from him either way.
