ASHBURN, Va. (AP) - Linebacker Rob Jackson re-signed with the Washington Redskins, returning to the only NFL team he's played for.
The 28-year-old Jackson was an unrestricted free agent.
The Redskins announced the deal Friday.
Jackson was a seventh-round pick of the Redskins in the 2008 draft and has played in 54 regular-season games over six seasons, with 15 starts.
Last season, when Washington went 3-13, Jackson appeared in 12 games, making one start.
