Joe Mixon Sep 24 10:40pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon will look to get things going against Philadelphia on Sunday. The 24-year-old has been a colossal disappointment through the first two games of the year, racking up an underwhelming 115 yards off of 35 attempts for a miserable 3.3 YPC. He has also hauled in just five catches for 42 yards. The former Sooner isn't a stranger to slow starts, especially since he didn't score on the ground until Week 11 of the 2019 campaign. Although Mixon hasn't done much to earn the trust of fantasy managers, there aren't many options with an upside as high as his. Keep him starting in all formats against the Eagles in Week 3.

    From RotoBaller

Joe Burrow Sep 24 10:20pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow will look to keep things on track in Week 3 against the Eagles. The rookie has had an impressive inaugural season, throwing for 509 yards, three touchdowns, and only one interception throughout his first two games. He has also racked up 65 yards and an additional score on 15 attempts on the ground. The 23-year-old has displayed maturity and game-management skills well beyond his years. Although he may have a few rough performances over the team's next 14 games, fantasy managers, especially in deep, Superflex leagues, shouldn't hesitate to roll with Burrow against Philadelphia on Sunday as the upside is certainly there.

    From RotoBaller

Cleveland Browns Sep 24 9:40pm ET

The Cleveland Browns Defense is a solid fantasy option for their Week 3 matchup against the Washington Football Team. Washington's offense has not been very potent through two weeks, scoring 42 total points and while allowing seven sacks and committing two turnovers. Cleveland is installed as a seven-point home favorite in a game that could be rather low-scoring. Fire up the Browns defense as a top-10 fantasy option for Week 3.

    From RotoBaller

Leon Jacobs Sep 24 9:03pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars LB Leon Jacobs (knee) suffered a knee injury during the Week 3 game and has been ruled out.

    From TheHuddle

Tyler Lockett Sep 24 8:53pm ET

Seattle Seahawks WR Tyler Lockett (non-injury) fully participated in practice Thursday, Sept. 24.

Fantasy Spin: Lockett has caught 15 of his 16 targets this season and has 159 yards in two games. He will continue to be a focal point in the passing game and should be at least a No. 2 receiver in fantasy leagues.

    From TheHuddle

Greg Olsen Sep 24 8:53pm ET

Seattle Seahawks OT Duane Brown (foot, knee), DE Benson Mayowa (groin) and DE Rasheem Green (neck) did not participate in practice Thursday, Sept. 24. DT Jarran Reed (back), LB Cody Barton (quadriceps), OT Cedric Ogbuehi (pectoral), TE Will Dissly (Achilles) and CB Quinton Dunbar (knee) were limited during practice. CB Shaquill Griffin (shoulder), TE Greg Olsen (heel) and CB Neiko Thorpe (hip) fully participated in practice.

    From TheHuddle

Chris Carson Sep 24 8:43pm ET

Seattle Seahawks RB Chris Carson (non-injury) fully participated in practice Thursday, Sept. 24.

Fantasy Spin: Carson has rushed for 93 yards in two games but has been a big factor in the passing game with three receiving touchdowns in two weeks. He will continue to receive plenty of touches and can be a No. 2 running back in fantasy leagues.

    From TheHuddle

Aaron Donald Sep 24 8:33pm ET

Los Angeles Rams CB Darious Williams (ankle) was limited during practice Thursday, Sept. 24. OT Andrew Whitworth (non-injury) and DT Aaron Donald (non-injury) fully participated in practice.

    From TheHuddle

    Sep 24 8:13pm ET

Chicago Bears DT John Jenkins (thumb) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Thursday, Sept. 24.

    From TheHuddle

Blake Bortles Sep 24 8:03pm ET

Free-agent QB Blake Bortles (Rams) officially signed with the Denver Broncos Thursday, Sept. 24. The Broncos also signed practice squad S P.J. Locke to their active roster. Terms of the contracts were not disclosed.

    From TheHuddle

Younghoe Koo Sep 24 8:00pm ET

Atlanta Falcons kicker Younghoe Koo has started off the season strong. Koo has made all six field-goal attempts and 4 of 5 extra-points, including four kicks from at least 40 yards out. The 26-year-old is currently tied for second in the NFL with 22 points and plays for a high-powered offense that has exceeded 25 points in both contests this season. Chicago may be a more stout defense than Atlanta has faced so far, but they still rank 23th in fantasy points allowed to kickers. Koo has a good chance of finishing as a top-12 option at the kicking position.

    From RotoBaller

Atlanta Falcons Sep 24 8:00pm ET

The Atlanta Falcons Defense should not be started in Week 3 against the Chicago Bears. There's good news and bad news for the Falcons defense. The good news is, they've registered four sacks and three fumble recoveries in two games. The bad news is they've allowed the most points-scored and the second-most yards allowed to opposing offenses. That is not a recipe for success when choosing a fantasy defense. Leave Atlanta's defense on the waiver wire.

    From RotoBaller

Hayden Hurst Sep 24 7:50pm ET

Atlanta Falcons tight end Hayden Hurst gets a favorable matchup in Week 3 against the Bears. Though the defense has been good against the pass overall, they have struggled against tight ends so far, ranking 21st in the league in fantasy points allowed to the position. Hurst is coming off his best effort so far, an eight-target game that yielded five catches, 72 yards and a score. The former Raven should continue to improve within the offense with each game and his already-decent chemistry with Matt Ryan is a good sign. Fire up Hurst as a low-end TE1, with upside for more.

    From RotoBaller

DeAndre Hopkins Sep 24 7:43pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR DeAndre Hopkins (non-injury) fully participated in practice Thursday, Sept. 24.

Fantasy Spin: Hopkins has been one of the best receivers during the first two weeks of the season and is a must-start option in all leagues.

    From TheHuddle

Larry Fitzgerald Sep 24 7:43pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) fully participated in practice Thursday, Sept. 24.

Fantasy Spin: Fitzgerald may receive a few more targets this week if Christian Kirk is not able to play. He has posted decent numbers over the first two weeks but probably is only a flex option in deeper leagues.

    From TheHuddle

Russell Gage Sep 24 7:40pm ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Russell Gage has been a pleasant surprise through two weeks of the 2020 season. Gage has taken the Mohamed Sanu role to new heights, as he ranks in the top-10 so far in targets and receptions. However, Week 3 brings a tougher matchup against the Bears, who have yet to allow 100 yards to any receiver this year. If Julio Jones (hamstring) doesn't play, Gage would see a slight boost in value, though he would also be going up against a more skilled defensive back, potentially lowering his efficiency. He is best looked at as a WR4, who could have the upside to finish as a WR3.

    From RotoBaller

Tyrod Taylor Sep 24 7:33pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers QB Tyrod Taylor (chest, ribs) did not participate in practice Thursday, Sept. 24.

Fantasy Spin: It seems like Taylor will not be able to play in Week 3, so Justin Herbert is in line to receive his second career start. He had a terrific NFL debut last week and would have a favorable matchup this week. He should be a starting option in two-quarterback leagues but can be avoided in standard leagues.

    From TheHuddle

Hunter Henry Sep 24 7:33pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers TE Hunter Henry (ankle) fully participated in practice Thursday, Sept. 24.

Fantasy Spin: Henry has played well during the early part of the season and showed good chemistry with Justin Herbert last week. He is a must-start option in all fantasy leagues.

    From TheHuddle

Calvin Ridley Sep 24 7:20pm ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley has been the number-one wideout in fantasy football through two weeks. Ridley is tied for the league-lead in receiving yards with 239, ranks sixth with 23 targets and has scored two touchdowns in consecutive games. Week 3 brings a matchup against the Bears, who have yet to allow a 100-yard receiver, though it should be noted they haven't played a passing offense with Atlanta's firepower. Ridley is on fire right now and very well could be the first 100-yard receiver against this unit. If teammate Julio Jones (hamstring) sits out, Ridley would see even more targets in Week 3. Either way, he should be in lineups as a WR1.

    From RotoBaller

Anthony Miller Sep 24 7:03pm ET

Chicago Bears WR Anthony Miller (calf) fully participated in practice Thursday, Sept. 24.

Fantasy Spin: Miller was held off the stat sheet last week despite being targeted three times during the game. He should see a decent amount of targets this week and could be a flex option in some leagues.
