But as a receiver, the rookie showed significant ability by producing 290 yards and two touchdowns on 50 receptions. It stands to reason the Bucs will continue to lean on the sophomore as a receiver. The bigger question surrounds what the team will do on early-down snaps with only Chase Edmonds, Ke'Shawn Vaughn, and rookie Sean Tucker behind him on the depth chart. Edmonds has been unable to parlay recent roles into upside production which could mean the Bucs will give White another chance to carry the load. Or, the team could consider a free-agent veteran. In either case, Rachaad White appears to possess value-on potential in 2023 as DLF's RB26.

The Buffalo Bills made a splash during the 2022 offseason by signing Von Miller to a massive six-year, $120 million deal. Miller made a great first impression in Buffalo, totaling eight sacks, 12 quarterback hits, and 21 tackles (10 for loss) in his first 11 games with the team.His defensive presence was massive for a playoff team hoping to get to the Super Bowl. But the veteran, unfortunately, suffered a torn ACL in Week 12, which ended his first season in Buffalo early.What's the outlook on Miller now? Will he be ready for Week 1? Let's dive in. Is Von Miller Injured or Healthy?Miller is almost seven months removed from the ACL tear he suffered on November 24, 2022. The Los Angeles Chargers remain in talks with Justin Herbert to extend the 25-year-old's contract. Herbert, the No. 6 overall draft pick in 2020, has two years left after the Chargers exercised his fifth-year option earlier this year. Last season, he suffered a cartilage fracture in Week 2 and a torn labrum in his left shoulder in Week 17, and the Chargers' top two wide receivers also missed multiple games with injuries. While Herbert completed 68.2% of his passes, a career-high, and threw interceptions at his lowest ever rate, his touchdown pass total and yard per attempt figure fell to their lowest levels yet. Now with new offensive coordinator Kellen Moore coming in, there is hope that Herbert can get back to the high-end of play he was showing for much of 2021.

The Dallas Cowboys are negotiating with star cornerback Trevon Diggs, in the last year of his rookie deal, on an extension that could be close to $20 million a year. Diggs will make $4.3 million this year. He ranks as a top-ten cornerback, according to PFF, and he has many years ahead of him. The 24-year-old has leads all cornerbacks with 17 interceptions over the past three seasons, including two that he returned for touchdowns. He has also made double-digit pass defenses and over 40 solo tackles every season, making him a quality starting DB in IDP fantasy football leagues and an essential asset for the Cowboys' defense that increases the value of their DST in fantasy football.

Indianapolis Colts cornerback Isaiah Rodgers Sr. is under investigation for possible violations of the league's gambling policy, according to sources with knowledge of the situation. Rodgers was drafted by the Colts in the sixth round (211th overall) in 2020 out of Massachusetts. The 25-year-old has played 1,500-plus snaps in three NFL seasons and started nine games last year for the Colts. He has returned 71 punt/kickoff returns in the last three years, as well as recording 90 tackles (68 solo), three interceptions, 10 passes defensed, a forced fumble and four fumble recoveries. If Rodgers is found guilty of gambling, he could be suspended for up to the entire 2023 campaign.

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has not ruled out a return for free-agent running back Ezekiel Elliott. Both Elliott and the Cowboys are evaluating their respective futures, according to Jones. Dallas released Elliott in March after seven seasons with the team, including four 1,000-yard campaigns. It would make sense if Zeke returned, as Tony Pollard (ankle, leg) is returning from a serious injury, and the trio of Malik Davis, rookie Deuce Vaughn and Ronald Jones doesn't have a ton of experience or upside. The tread on Elliott's tires is running thin at this point in his career, but he proved in 2022 that he can be an effective short-yardage/goal-line back, carrying the ball 231 times for 876 yards and 12 touchdowns in 15 games (14 starts). The 27-year-old back is unlikely to be much more than a TD-dependent RB4/flex in fantasy no matter where he lands.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White said on Sirius XM NFL Radio on Monday that he expects a lot of passes to come his way in the passing game this season. Although Chase Edmonds and Ke'Shawn Vaughn will also have roles in Tampa's backfield in 2023, White entered the offseason as the clear leader for touches with Leonard Fournette no longer on the team. The Bucs offense certainly won't be as intriguing with either Baker Mayfield or Kyle Trask taking over under center for the retired Tom Brady, but White's role increase can't be overlooked in fantasy. The former third-rounder had 129 carries for 481 yards and a score and added 50 receptions for 290 yards and two more TDs in 17 games (eight starts) in his rookie season last year. White's fantasy stock is definitely on the rise. Consider him on the RB2/3 borderline in fantasy drafts.

Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert (shoulder) said the plan is for him to work back into 7-on-7 drills this week at organized team activities. It would be his first team drills of the offseason after rehabbing from labrum surgery that he had in January on his left, non-throwing shoulder. The 25-year-old has already resumed throwing as well, but the Chargers are understandably going to take it slow with their franchise signal-caller in the offseason. He should be fully healthy for training camp and the start of the 2023 season, where he'll be looking to bounce back as a midrange QB1 for fantasy managers after a disappointing 2022 campaign in which he battled through a rib injury. Herbert's top-two receivers, Keenan Allen and Mike Williams, also missed time with injuries.

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy (elbow), who has gone through his first week of throwing a football, is the clear favorite to open the 2023 season as the team's starting quarterback. Purdy had surgery to fix a torn UCL in his right elbow on March 10. If he is ready to play football when the season kicks off, the starting job will be his to lose after a strong rookie season. If his road to a full recovery stays true to his 12-week timeline, Purdy should receive full medical clearance to play around Aug. 21, 20 days before the start of the season. In 2022, the 23-year-old completed 67.4% of his passes for 1,877 yards with 16 TDs and three interceptions, including the playoffs. Purdy definitely impressed last year, but fantasy managers should want to see more before considering him as anything more than a low-end QB2 in superflex leagues, especially coming off significant surgery.

The Baltimore Ravens agreed to terms on an undisclosed one-year deal with former Minnesota Vikings first-round wide receiver Laquon Treadwell on Monday, according to his agent, Michael Portner. The Ravens continue to beef up their receiving depth heading into the 2023 season, but Treadwell is likely to be buried on the depth chart. The 27-year-old caught just six of 10 targets for 42 yards in six games for the Seattle Seahawks in 2022, a year after posting 33 receptions for a career-high 434 yards and a touchdown in 12 games (seven starts) for Jacksonville in 2021. Treadwell is unlikely to have any kind of fantasy appeal, even in deeper leagues, while he's behind the likes of Rashod Bateman, Odell Beckham Jr. and rookie first-rounder Zay Flowers. He'll have to compete with Devin Duvernay, Nelson Agholor and James Proche II, among others.

Minnesota Vikings running back Dalvin Cook was nearly traded to the Miami Dolphins in March, but it didn't get done, and the Dolphins drafted Texas A&M running back De'Von Achane in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft a month later. Cook has been rumored to be cut or traded this offseason, with Miami being one of the top rumored suitors. It appears Miami made a run at him, but it's unclear whether the selection of Achane will prevent them from discussing a potential trade for Cook before the 2023 NFL season begins. According to Albert Breer, the trade was awfully close to happening and there is reported interest from both Cook and Miami at this point in the offseason. That said, the Dolphins may be out on trading for him but would sign him if released. This will be a story to follow as the offseason rolls on.

Free Agent wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins is looking for a new home and the Dallas Cowboys have been rumored to be a potential suitor. However, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said the signing of Hopkins is "unlikely." The team is looking to extend CeeDee Lamb in the near future and traded for Brandin Cooks this offseason, so bringing in the 30-year-old receiver isn't a priority for America's team. Lamb and Cooks should be locked in as the top two wideouts for Dak Prescott, but it's unclear whether the No. 3 wideout will be Michael Gallup and 2022 third-round pick Jalen Tolbert. One of the two will have fantasy football intrigue, at least in deep leagues.

Las Vegas Raiders running back Zamir White handled just 17 total touches in his rookie season as Josh Jacobs' backup, but he could be in line for a breather back role in 2023. According to Levi Edwards of Raiders.com, the Georgia product has lost weight and added speed and quickness heading into the 2023 season. White weighed 214 pounds and ran a 4.40 at the 2022 NFL Combine, so if he's actually gotten faster, it's an exciting development for the 23-year-old back. Either way, Jacobs remains the starter in 2023 after being franchise tagged and he'll likely command workhorse volume once again. White could see more touches to ease some of Jacobs' workload, but he won't be worth fantasy consideration unless Jacobs has to miss time.

New England Patriots tight end Mike Gesicki has been utilized more as a wide receiver than a tight end throughout his career, and like many have speculated, the team is getting him work with the wideouts during organized team activities. According to ESPN's Mike Reiss, Gesecki was seen running drills with the Patriots' wide receivers while the other tight end on the roster worked on run blocking on a separate field. It looks like Hunter Henry will operate as the traditional tight end, while Gesicki could be split out wide and in the slot alongside wideouts Tyquan Thornton, JuJu Smith-Schuster, DeVante Parker, and Kendrick Bourne. If Gesicki can become one of the top two receiving options for Mac Jones, he'll have TE1 upside considering the scarcity of the position in fantasy football.

Unranked on DLF's receiver rankings, he won't be guaranteed to make it out of camp and, if he does, likely won't garner enough targets to be worthy of addition.

Las Vegas Raiders head coach Josh McDaniels said that he isn't concerned about reports and rumors that quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo (foot) might not be able to play this year. "I have no anxiety," McDaniels said. "You guys may have anxiety. I have no anxiety." Garoppolo signed a three-year, $72.75 million free-agent deal with the Raiders on March 17 and also signed a waiver/release because of his injured left foot. He had surgery on his foot after signing with the Raiders, and he hasn't been able to practice during OTAs. The Raiders are hoping to have Jimmy G available for the start of training camp, but they also aren't putting a timeline on his return. Veteran Brian Hoyer, who has plenty of experience in McDaniels' system from his time with the Patriots, has been taking first-team reps so far this offseason.

The Indianapolis Colts signed free-agent wide receiver Breshad Perriman to an undisclosed deal on Monday and waived wide receiver Tyler Adams in a corresponding move. The signing comes after the Colts worked out Perriman on Friday. The 29-year-old pass-catcher was a first-round pick (26th overall) by the Baltimore Ravens in 2015. Perriman only lasted two years in Baltimore and has played for four different NFL teams in his seven seasons so far. In the last two years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he's caught 20 of 37 targets for 277 yards and two touchdowns in 17 games (three starts). Perriman caught nine of 19 targets in 2022 for 110 yards and a score in 11 games. He'll provide veteran big-play depth behind Michael Pittman Jr. in Indy, but playing time will likely be limited.

Carolina Panthers cornerback Jaycee Horn (wrist), the eighth overall pick of the 2021 NFL draft, has played in only 16 games in his first two NFL seasons due to injury. But he's still only 23 and made NFL.com analyst and former NFL scout Bucky Brooks' all-breakout team for 2023. Horn led the Panthers with three interceptions and tied for the team lead with seven pass breakups last year despite missing the last two games with a broken wrist. He played in just three games his rookie year due to a broken right foot. The 23-year-old has been a full participant in workouts this spring, and he said he's "in a good spot right now." A fully healthy Horn in 2023 would be a huge boost to Carolina's secondary this year.

The Buffalo Bills signed free-agent linebacker Leonard Floyd to an undisclosed one-year deal on Monday, according to sources. Floyd was originally the ninth overall pick of the Chicago Bears in 2016 out of Georgia. He spent the first four years of his career in Chicago before playing for the Los Angeles Rams the last three seasons, where he totaled 29 sacks and 99 solo tackles in 50 starts. The move to sign Floyd reunites him with Von Miller. The two pass-rushers combined for six sacks in the playoffs on their way to a Super Bowl title with the Rams two seasons ago. Floyd will bring more experience depth to an already impressive pass-rushing group in Buffalo, and he hasn't missed a regular season game since 2017.

Washington Commanders tight end Cole Turner put on a show at last year's training camp and is once again impressing the coaching staff during offseason workouts this year as he looks to earn himself a bigger role in 2023. Turner was a fifth-round selection out of Nevada last year, but he played in only 10 games (two starts) and caught two of nine targets for 23 yards in his first NFL season. Logan Thomas is the team's top pass-catching tight end, but he hasn't been able to stay healthy consistently, so there could be opportunity behind him for Turner, John Bates and rookie Armani Rogers. The 23-year-old will need to continue developing, but he could be one to watch in fantasy leagues if Thomas misses more time with injuries in 2023.
