Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown apologized on Thursday for his social media outburst this week and denied that he wanted to be traded. "Obviously I don't want to be traded. I'm still grateful to put on my uniform, grateful to be part of this organization. I don't take it for granted. Obviously it was a stupid remark online. I just got to stay away from online and the distractions," Brown said. Sometimes Brown can be a primadonna, but he should remain an elite WR1 this weekend and should break out in a great matchup against Tampa Bay on Monday night. Brown is the most targeted receiver after two weeks of the season.

Sep 19 7:30pm ET

Despite being disciplined by Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin on Wednesday, wide receiver Antonio Brown is expected to be in the game plan in Week 3 against the Buccaneers on Monday night as the team seeks its first win of the season. Tight end Jesse James said Brown practiced fully on Wednesday and is in the game plan. Tomlin is keeping the discipline in house after the star receiver didn't show up to meetings on Monday. Brown hasn't made his signature plays down the field yet this year, but he still leads the NFL with 33 targets and remains an elite WR1 against Tampa's soft secondary.

Sep 19 10:30am ET

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown was back with the team on Wednesday after missing meetings on Monday. Brown's absence on Monday caused concern around the league that the star wideout was upset with the franchise after he was seen arguing with members of the coaching staff during Sunday's loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Brown's now famous "trade me let's find out" tweet on Monday then added fuel to the fire. All that being said, Brown's presence at practice on Wednesday can put any concerns over his availability to rest. Look for him to be active and ranked as a top-three fantasy wide receiver when the Steelers take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday night.

Sep 19 9:03am ET

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown is expected to be in the facility Wednesday, Sept. 19.

Fantasy Spin: There is a chance coach Mike Tomlin disciplines him after AB missed meetings Monday. Keep tabs on his status throughout the week.

Sep 18 1:53pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown's agent Drew Rosenhaus released a statement Tuesday, Sept. 19, explaining his client's recent actions, including a 'trade me' tweet and missing team meetings Monday, Sept. 17. 'The tweet yesterday was not in reference to anything other than Antonio responding to a person he knows,' Rosenhaus said in his statement. 'It was not directed towards a trade, or wanting to be traded. Any idea he was asking for a trade is not accurate. Antonio had a personal matter. I talked to the team about it. His issue was unrelated to the tweet or his relationship with the team. Third, AB has an incredible drive to win. He just wants to win. That's all that that is. That's not anything more than him encouraging his coaches and teammates to win. And that's what his entire focus is on. Any notion, any speculation otherwise, can be put to bed. This is a non-story that has been blown out of proportion. We can end this right here and now.'

Fantasy Spin: Brown and coach Mike Tomlin are set to meet Tuesday, and the expectation is this issue will amount to nothing and blow over quickly in time for the next Steelers dramatic incident.

Sep 18 1:40pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said his client is not formally asking for a trade after a Tweet was sent out on Monday from Brown's social media account. "The tweet yesterday was not in reference to anything other than Antonio responding to a person he knows. It was not directed towards a trade, or wanting to be trading. Any idea he was asking for a trade is not accurate," Rosenhaus stated. Brown also missed Monday meetings due to a personal matter. While Brown was upset with the offense in the Week 2 loss to the Chiefs, he's not going anywhere and will be on the field as an elite WR1 in Monday's matchup against the soft Buccaneers defense.

Sep 18 12:43pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown was absent from team meetings and film review Monday, Sept. 17, head coach Mike Tomlin confirmed Tuesday, Sept. 18, but did not say whether the absence was excused or not. As for Brown's 'trade me' tweet Monday, Tomlin said, '(I'm) not going to talk about much social media. I'll address that with him. I'll leave that between he and I.'

Fantasy Spin: Brown fired off his tweet in response to a critical jab by a former Steelers PR staff member, but his absence Monday may indicate that there could be a little more here going on behind the scenes. The best guess, though, is that Tomlin and Brown will be able to smooth things out, and the latter will remain locked into his customary elite WR1 status.

Sep 18 12:00pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown did not show up for meetings on Monday after he was upset on the field and in the locker room during and after the team's Week 2 loss to the Chiefs, according to several team sources. It's unclear if his absence was cleared by head coach Mike Tomlin. Brown responded to a message on Twitter from a former Steelers employee who suggested that Brown wouldn't have the same success if he wasn't playing with quarterback Ben Roethlisberger by saying, "Trade me let's find out." Brown may just be frustrated after the team's surprising 0-1-1 start, but it's something to keep an eye on. He has 18 catches (33 targets) for 160 yards and a score through two games. Keep rolling him out there as an elite WR1 in Week 3 against the Buccaneers soft secondary.

Sep 18 11:43am ET

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown was absent from meetings and film review Monday, Sept. 17, and it's not known whether it was excused or not.

Fantasy Spin: A former Steelers employee was critical of AB on social media saying he was a product of the positive circumstances the team had when he was drafted. Brown fired back: "Trade me and let's find out." Clearly, there is a disconnect of some sorts here. Keep tabs on this when practice opens Wednesday to see if there is potential punishment for the elite WR1.

Sep 17 8:50pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown finally let his frustrations boil over this week against the Chiefs. In the fourth quarter, Brown got into a shouting match with what appeared to be the offensive coordinator, Randy Fichtner. Despite that, Brown was still fairly productive in Week 2. The star wideout caught nine balls for 67 yards on a whopping 17 targets. Unfortunately, Brown is held to a higher standard than most and without a touchdown, that performance is pretty underwhelming. With drama becoming commonplace among the Steelers these days, we wouldn't look too much into it. Expect Brown to rebound in Week 3 against the Buccaneers in a great matchup against an injured secondary.

From RotoBaller

Sep 16 7:03pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown snagged nine receptions for 67 yards on 17 targets in Week 2 against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Fantasy Spin: It wasn't a terrible game for Brown, but he was third in receiving yardage during the game and he failed to score. It certainly wasn't from lack of training, as Brown's 17 targets were second to JuJu Smith-Schuster (19). Fantasy owners have no reason to be concerned heading into Week 3 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Sep 13 5:20pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown is the ultimate start this week. Brown should have no issue taking advantage of a great matchup against Kansas City. The Chiefs defense struggled in Week 1, and this matchup is even worse. The game has shootout written all over it and Pittsburgh, along with quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, should really rebound offensively. If you have Brown, expectations should be sky-high for the overall WR1.

From RotoBaller

Sep 9 8:20pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown caught 9-of-16 targets for 93 yards and a touchdown in his team's 21-21 tie against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. Brown got off to a slow start in the game, catching just two passes in the first half. He came alive in the second half, however, catching a 22-yard score in the third quarter. Brown remains one of the top fantasy wideouts in football and will find himself in a fantastic spot against the Kansas City Chiefs' leaky pass defense at home in Week 2.

From RotoBaller

Sep 9 6:53pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown posted a game-high nine receptions in the Week 1 tie against the Cleveland Browns while racking up 93 yards and a touchdown on 16 targets.

Fantasy Spin: Brown was busy on the short and intermediate routes during sloppy conditions at FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland. Despite the fact JuJu Smith-Schuster is emerging as a solid fantasy option in his own right, Brown remains an obvious stud across all formats. The Steelers host the Chiefs in Week 2.

Sep 5 4:50pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown (quadriceps) is not listed on the team's Week 1 injury report. Brown was never in danger of missing the season opener against the Browns and should be considered the top fantasy wideout in Week 1.

From RotoBaller

Sep 4 1:33pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown (quadriceps) is expected to a 'full go' in the season opener against the Cleveland Browns, head coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday, Sept. 4.

Fantasy Spin: Awesome news for the owners of fantasy's No. 1 wideout after he missed the preseason. Brown's 1,312 receiving yards and seven TDs in 12 career games against Cleveland are his most against any opponent.

Sep 4 11:40am ET

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown (quad) returned to practice on Monday after missing much of the preseason with a quad injury. Brown was unlikely to play much, if at all, during the preseason games anyway. The star wideout draws a favorable Week 1 matchup against a familiar foe in the Cleveland Browns. Brown appears likely to do battle against either Terrance Mitchell or rookie Denzel Ward in the season opener. No matter who covers Brown, it still shapes up as a plus matchup for the best wide receiver in football. Brown is a must-start in Week 1 and can also be considered for daily fantasy contests if you can afford his high salary.

From RotoBaller

Sep 3 2:33pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown (quad) was back at practice Monday, Sept. 3.

Fantasy Spin: Brown was cleared to practice about two weeks ago but was held back for precautionary reasons. Owners can and should select him with confidence in the middle part of the first round in drafts.

Sep 3 2:30pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown (quadriceps) returned to practice on Monday. Brown will be fine for the Week 1 game against the Browns. He's a top-three fantasy wide receiver and is a must-start every time he's active.

From RotoBaller

Aug 25 3:43pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers QB Antonio Brown (quadriceps) will not play in the preseason game Saturday, Aug. 25.
