The return of Andrew Luck was a huge plus for Hilton last year, leading to his fifth 1,000-yard season. Hilton was 14th overall in fantasy receiver scoring despite missing two games. He had five 100-yard games. The big knock on Hilton continues to be a lack of scores, having six touchdowns last year. His career high in touchdowns is seven. Hilton has 1,000-yard seasons five of his last six. Hilton is the No. 1 receiver in the Colts pass-first offense. Hilton is a small receiver that lacks some strength and size, but makes up for that with plus hands and big-play ability. Hilton is an explosive player with big-play ability whenever he touches the ball. Fantasy Outlook: His lack of scores holds him back from being an elite fantasy receiver but he is just outside that group. You could still take him as a low-end No. 1 and get good production from him. He will get his catches and yards in this offense. Expect around 85 receptions for 1,300 yards and eight touchdowns.

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (calf) didn't participate in practice Saturday, Dec. 14, and is officially listed as questionable for the game Monday, Dec. 16, against the New Orleans Saints.
Fantasy Spin: Hilton's availability for the remainder of the season remains a question mark. He was a limited participant in practice Thursday and Friday but now seems like a true game-time decision. Fantasy managers with options from Sunday's games should go ahead and plug them in instead of taking the risk on Hilton.
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (calf) is a game-time decision for Monday Night Football against the New Orleans Saints. The 30-year-old is closer to a return this week after being limited in practice, compared to DNPs last week. Even if he does suit up, it's risky to play him, considering it's a Monday night game plus he may see a lot of Saints star corner Marshon Lattimore. It's also worth noting that the team did limit him earlier in the year when he first attempted to return from this injury. If he's unable to go, receivers Zach Pascal and Marcus Johnson, as well as tight end Jack Doyle, would see upticks in targets.
Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (calf) was a limited participant in practice Saturday, Dec. 14, and his status for Week 15 Monday, Dec. 16, in New Orleans will come down to a game-time decision, head coach Frank Reich said. Reich added that Hilton has put in 'good work' in practice, and if he plays he won't be on a pitch count.
Fantasy Spin: Hilton only has played in one game (three catches for 18 yards on six targets and 25 offensive snaps in Week 12) since Week 8, but this will be awfully tricky for Hilton's fantasy owners with the contest not until Monday night. If you're desperate to use Hilton, though, have a backup WR plan at the ready Monday in case he doesn't wind up playing.
Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (calf) was limited during practice Friday, Dec. 13.
Fantasy Spin: Hilton appears to have a good chance to play in Week 15 but is a risky option since the Colts play on Monday Night Football. Fantasy players should monitor the situation over the next few days to see if he suffers any setbacks. Players should have other options available if they want to use Hilton in their starting lineups.
Indianapolis Colts OL CB Kenny Moore II (ankle) and OL Le'Raven Clark (non-injury) did not participate in practice Friday, Dec. 13. CB Pierre Desir (groin) and WR T.Y. Hilton (calf) were limited.
Updating a previous report, Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (calf) was officially limited during practice Thursday, Dec. 12.
Fantasy Spin: Hilton appears to have a chance to play in Week 15 but will be a risky option since the Colts play on Monday Night Football. Fantasy players should monitor the situation over the next few days to have a better idea of Hilton's status.
Indianapolis Colts CB Kenny Moore II (ankle) did not practice Thursday, Dec. 12. CB Pierre Desir (groin) and WR T.Y. Hilton (calf) were limited.
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (calf) is returning to practice on Thursday. It gives him a chance to suit up on Monday night against the Saints. Hilton hasn't seen game action since Nov. 21 against the Texans, though, so he could have his snaps limited if he returns against New Orleans. That would obviously make him a pretty risky fantasy option, especially on a Colts team that is usually run-first. Making the decision even tougher for fantasy owners is that the game is on Monday. Zach Pascal is Indy's No. 1 receiver with Hilton out, so he'd be the plug-and-play option if you take your decision all the way to Monday.
Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (calf) is expected to be a limited participant in practice Thursday, Dec. 12, as the Colts return to the field. Head coach Frank Reich said the team plans to take it careful with Hilton, and he will play in Week 15 on Monday night only if the Colts feel he's 100 percent.
Fantasy Spin: Hilton has played in only one game with three receptions for 18 yards since Week 8, and it would be a nice early Christmas for his fantasy teams if he were able to return. That still seems like more of a longshot at this point, but we'll have to monitor Indy's practice reports over the next few days to get a better gauge.
Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (calf) said the team's playoff eligibility won't be a factor on if he returns this season. 'I would never quit on my team,' Hilton said. 'I signed up for 16 games. Some guys may shut it down and call it quits. I don't do that.'
Fantasy Spin: We still view him on the wrong side of questionable to return this season. If he's able to, he'd be a WR2 option. Zach Pascal should be a WR3 in the interim.
Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (calf) still has a chance to play this season even if the team is eliminated from playoff contention, according to head coach Frank Reich.
Fantasy Spin: Hilton has missed the last several games because of the calf injury and is uncertain for the final three games of the season. Fantasy players can monitor the situation but probably should look for other options and keep Hilton on the bench.
Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (calf) did not participate in practice Friday, Dec. 6, and has been ruled out for Week 14.
Fantasy Spin: There is no timetable for Hilton, so fantasy players should keep an eye on his status moving forward. Zach Pascal will continue to be the main option in the passing game and can be at least a flex option in fantasy leagues.
Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (calf), CB Kenny Moore (ankle) and PK Adam Vinatieri (knee) were unable to practice Friday, Dec. 6, and have been ruled out for Week 14 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. CB Rock Ya-Sin (ankle) also did not practice Friday but is listed as questionable. S Malik Hooker (foot) took part in a full practice Friday and is also listed as questionable. DL Denico Autry (rest), OT Anthony Castonzo (rest), DE Justin Houston (rest) and LB Darius Leonard (rest) were held out of practice Friday but do not appear on the injury report. S Clayton Geathers (rest), RB Marlon Mack (hand), TE Mo Alie-Cox (thumb) and WR Parris Campbell (hand) practiced in full Friday and have also been removed from the injury report.
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (calf) won't be suiting up for a Week 14 matchup against the Tampa Bay. Hilton had another setback in practice a few weeks ago and wasn't able to practice at all this week. He has already stated that he's not sure if he'll be able to play again this season. At this point, fantasy owners should not be expecting anything from the speedy wide receiver. Zach Pascal will benefit the most from Hilton's absence, especially against a soft Tampa Bay secondary.
Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (calf) did not participate in practice Thursday, Dec. 5.
Fantasy Spin: Hilton probably will not be able to play this week, so Zach Pascal will continue to be the top option in the passing game for the Colts. Pascal is coming off his second 100-yard game of the season and can be at least a flex option in all fantasy leagues.
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (calf) and kicker Adam Vinatieri (knee) did not practice on Thursday. Hilton is holding out hope to play again this year, but at this point there's probably a greater chance that he's put on Injured Reserve. Zach Pascal is the team's top wideout with Hilton sidelined, and he has streaming appeal this weekend against a weak Tampa secondary. Marcus Johnson and Parris Campbell (hand) could fill out three-receiver sets. Don't count on Hilton the rest of the way. Vinatieri might find a similar fate as Hilton after the team claimed Chase McLaughlin on Wednesday. He's unlikely to play this weekend and has been a disaster in 2019 with 14 missed kicks. McLaughlin might be worth a flier the rest of the way in deeper leagues.
Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (calf) didn't participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 4.
Fantasy Spin: Hilton has said he's not sure if he'll be able to play against this season after last suiting up against the Houston Texans in Week 12. Fantasy managers need to hold onto him but don't expect much at this point.
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (calf) is unsure if he'll return this season after re-injuring his leg at last Wednesday's practice. He first injured his calf in practice on Oct. 30 and didn't practice again until last week after playing 25 snaps in the loss to the Texans on Nov. 21. Hilton is listed as week-to-week for now and looks unlikely to suit up in Week 14 against the Buccaneers. The team's No. 1 wideout has missed five games this year, and fantasy owners shouldn't count on having him in the fantasy playoffs at all. Hilton said surgery isn't an option right now. Zach Pascal has become the top wideout in this run-first offense, and he has some serious upside as a flex play against Tampa's secondary this weekend.
Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (calf) is unsure he'll be able to return this year, but surgery isn't required. He won't practice Wednesday, Dec. 4.
Fantasy Spin: He can't be counted on to play this week. Zach Pascal had seven grabs for 109 yards last week, and he'll be a flex option against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Indianapolis Colts head coach Frank Reich said that T.Y. Hilton (calf) will not practice on Wednesday. Hilton has been hurt for the majority of the season and has really left his fantasy owners out in the cold. Consider him questionable, at best, to return in Week 14 against the Buccaneers. If he were to play in this great matchup, Hilton would be more of a risky WR2/3 given the chances of him seeing limited snaps or aggravating his injury. Zach Pascal is the receiver you want to target in fantasy as the team's No. 1 wideout if Hilton continues to be sidelined. Marcus Johnson and Ashton Dulin will likely fill out three-receiver sets after Chester Rogers (knee) just landed on Injured Reserve.
