Arizona Cardinals QB Kyler Murray worked out with a number of his teammates Monday, June 29. WR DeAndre Hopkins, WR Christian Kirk, RB Kenyan Drake, RB Chase Edmonds and TE Maxx Williams are among the players participating in the workout.

Fantasy Spin: Murray has not been able to work out with his teammates this offseason, so this workout allows him to build chemistry with Hopkins and the other offensive players. He has the chance to be part of one of the top offenses in the NFL in 2020 and should be a No. 1 fantasy quarterback.

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk said his main goal this upcoming season is to stay healthy. He has missed seven games during his first two seasons.

Fantasy Spin: Kirk has played well when healthy since entering the NFL and will serve as the No. 2 receiver for the Cardinals in 2020 because of the addition of DeAndre Hopkins. Fantasy players can consider Kirk a No. 3 receiver because the Cardinals have the chance to be one of the top offenses this season.

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Christian Kirk, the former second-round pick out of Texas A&M in 2018, knows that the addition of stud wideout DeAndre Hopkins will mean that opposing defenses will focus less on him. Kirk missed the final three games of 2019 due to injury and finished with 68 catches for 709 yards and three touchdowns. He should see a lot more single coverage, but the fact remains that he'll see fewer consistent targets with both Hopkins and Larry Fitzgerald demanding looks from quarterback Kyler Murray. The 23-year-old could have some big games if teams focus all their attention on Nuk, but Kirk's fantasy stock is down entering the 2020 season.

The Cleveland Browns released veteran linebacker Christian Kirksey on Tuesday. The team had been trying to restructure his deal, which called for him to earn $7.75 million in 2020. Apparently the two sides could not come to an agreement, so the six-year linebacker will be free to sign with another team. Kirksey was regarded as a team leader but he struggled to stay on the field the past two seasons, missing 23 of 36 possible games. In all, Kirksey notched 484 tackles, 11.5 sacks, and two interceptions in his Cleveland career.
