The Los Angeles Rams Defense recorded three sacks and three fumble recoveries while allowing 17 points to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 10. They'll be a solid option in a good matchup against the Chicago Bears next week.

From RotoBaller

Nov 11 12:20am ET

Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald had five tackles (three solo), a half-sack and a safety in Week 10 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Donald is having a down year, but he has at least a half-sack in four straight games. He'll have a solid matchup against the Chicago Bears next week.

From RotoBaller

Nov 11 12:20am ET

Los Angeles Rams linebacker Cory Littleton had 14 tackles (nine solo) and recovered a fumble in Week 10 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Littleton has 66 total tackles, 1.5 sacks, two interceptions and two fumble recoveries on the season. He'll be in the LB1 mix against the Chicago Bears next week.

From RotoBaller

Nov 9 9:43pm ET

Los Angeles Rams DT Aaron Donald has recorded at last one sack in three straight games, logging nine solo tackles, four sacks and two forced fumbles in that span.

Fantasy Spin: Donald endured a slow start to the year, but he is back to delivering big plays on a weekly basis. Donald's IDP upside is unmatched from the defensive tackle spot.

From TheHuddle

Nov 8 10:20pm ET

The Los Angeles Rams Defense doesn't have a great matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers are conservative on offense, and they have just allowed four sacks and six turnovers the last four games. That doesn't give the Rams a lot of upside in the matchup, and they're a barebones play if a one-week play isn't on waivers.

Nov 8 5:03pm ET

Los Angeles Rams LB Bryce Hager (shoulder) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 10 versus the Pittsburgh Steelers. WR Brandin Cooks (concussion) was upgraded to a limited practice Friday, Nov. 8, but has also been ruled out. WR JoJo Natson (illness) was held out of practice for a second straight day Friday and is listed as questionable. RB Todd Gurley (non-injury) did not practice Friday but does not appear on the injury report. DT Tanzel Smart (illness), RB Malcolm Brown (ankle), LB Clay Matthews (jaw) and OT Andrew Whitworth (non-injury) practiced in full Friday and have been removed from the injury report.

Los Angeles Rams WR Brandin Cooks (concussion), LB Bryce Hager (shoulder) and WR JoJo Natson (illness) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 7. DT Tanzel Smart (illness), LB Clay Matthews (jaw) and OT Andrew Whitworth (non-injury) fully participated in practice.

Nov 6 8:13pm ET

Los Angeles Rams WR Brandin Cooks (concussion), LB Bryce Hager (shoulder) and DT Tanzel Smart (illness) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 6. LB Clay Matthews (jaw) and OT Andrew Whitworth (non-injury) were limited during practice.

From TheHuddle

Nov 6 6:50pm ET

Los Angeles Rams linebacker Clay Matthews (jaw) is back at practice on Wednesday, and head coach Sean McVay said Matthews will play in Week 10 against the Steelers if all goes well the rest of the week. The former long-time Packer hasn't played since Oct. 3 and has 19 total tackles, six sacks and two forced fumbles in five games in his first season in Los Angeles, so his return will be a boost to a Rams Defense that will be in play for fantasy owners on the road against Pittsburgh. Matthews' presence in the middle of the field would be bad news for Steelers running backs James Conner (if he plays) and Jaylen Samuels.

From RotoBaller

Nov 6 2:03am ET

Los Angeles Rams LB Clay Matthews (jaw) is expected to return to practice this week, according to head coach Sean McVay.

From TheHuddle

Oct 27 6:03pm ET

Los Angeles Rams DE Dante Fowler registered a total of four stops with 1.5 sacks, one tackle for loss and two quarterback hits in Week 8 against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 8.

From TheHuddle

Oct 27 5:40pm ET

The Los Angeles Rams Defense delivered five sacks and allowed just 10 points to the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 8. They didn't force any turnovers, though. The Rams are on a bye before a potential streaming play in Week 10 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

From RotoBaller

Oct 27 12:13pm ET

The Los Angeles Rams have declared DB Jake Gervase, RB Malcolm Brown, OG Jamil Demby, OG Austin Corbett, LB Bryce Hager, DL Greg Gaines and LB Clay Matthews inactive for Week 8.

From TheHuddle

Oct 25 4:10pm ET

The Los Angeles Rams Defense is worth scooping and streaming this week against the Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals have allowed 15 sacks, seven picks and lost four fumbles over the last five weeks. The Rams looked better on defense last week and are a midrange start.

From RotoBaller

Oct 25 3:13pm ET

Los Angeles Rams RB Malcolm Brown (ankle), LB Bryce Hager (shoulder) and LB Clay Matthews (jaw) did not participate in practice Friday, Oct. 25, and have been ruled out for Week 8. CB Troy Hill (hamstring) was limited during practice and is listed as questionable. OT Andrew Whitworth (non-injury) fully participated in practice and is not on the injury report.

Oct 23 5:03pm ET

Los Angeles Rams LB Bryce Hager (shoulder), CB Troy Hill (hamstring), LB Clay Matthews (jaw) and OT Andrew Whitworth (non-injury) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Oct. 23.

From TheHuddle

Oct 20 7:23pm ET

Los Angeles Rams DL Dante Fowler posted seven total stops with three sacks, three tackles for loss, a pass defensed and three quarterback hits in Week 7 against the Atlanta Falcons.

From TheHuddle

Oct 20 7:10pm ET

The Los Angeles Rams Defense had a big day against the Atlanta Falcons with five sacks, two fumble recoveries, one that went for a touchdown, an interception and just 10 points allowed. They have upside next week against the Cincinnati Bengals and are a midrange start for Week 8.

From RotoBaller

Oct 20 7:10pm ET

Los Angeles Rams linebacker Dante Fowler had seven tackles (six solo), three sacks and a pass defense against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 7. His tackles and sacks were both team highs. Fowler is a fringe player to own in individual defensive player leagues, but this might put him over the hump and onto rosters.
