Player Notes
Dec 15 9:10pm ET

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray was an efficient 19-for- 25 for 219 yards, one touchdown and one interception in the win over the Cleveland Browns Sunday. He also rushed eight times for 56 yards. Murray spread the ball around to nine different targets, and no one had more than six looks. Murray isn't setting the world ablaze, but he is producing enough to be worthy of a low-end QB1 play against the Seattle Seahawks next week.

From RotoBaller

Dec 13 8:10pm ET

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray has been spotty of late, and his matchup against the Cleveland Browns isn't a particularly good one. Murray has averaged 207.8 yards, 1.8 passing touchdowns, 1.3 interceptions, 33.8 rushing yards and 0.5 rushing touchdowns per game over the last five weeks. Meanwhile, the Browns have allowed 235 passing yards, 0.8 passing touchdowns and picked off 1.6 passes per game during the stretch. On the surface, that looks like a rough matchup, but they've allowed three rushing touchdowns to quarterbacks in those five games. That makes them a midrange matchup. Murray is a low-end QB1, but if you're in the fantasy playoffs, he's a risky proposition.

Dec 8 8:00pm ET

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray was 20-for-30 for 194 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions against the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday. The third pick came late in the fourth quarter to ice the game for Pittsburgh. He was sacked five times and led the league in sacks taken entering the game. Murray faces the Cleveland Browns, Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams to close out the season, and he'll remain a low-end QB1.

From RotoBaller

Dec 6 7:10pm ET

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray has thrown for a combined 313 yards in the last four games, but he's still ranked sixth at the position in fantasy points over the stretch. He has thrown seven touchdowns and two interceptions, but he rushed for two more scores. The matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers isn't a good one. They're sixth best against opposing quarterbacks over the last five weeks. Murray, if he's over the hamstring ailment as assumed, could test them this week. He's a low-end QB1 option in fantasy.

From RotoBaller

Dec 1 9:20pm ET

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray (hamstring) folded under constant pressure against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 13. He popped up on the injury report Friday with a hamstring issue, and he didn't appear to have his usual mobility. Murray was 19-for-34 for 163 yards, no touchdowns and an interception. He did add a late rushing touchdown, but the game was well out of reach. Murray had four rushes for 28 yards. He was sacked six times, and the Cards couldn't get anything going on the ground or through the air in the 34-7 defeat. He'll have another tough matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers next week, and he'll be a risky low-end QB1.

From RotoBaller

Dec 1 12:10pm ET

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray (hamstring) will start on Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams. Murray's fantasy numbers have been strong during his rookie campaign and over the last few games he's been increasing his efficiency in the passing game while running less, so the impact of a hamstring issue on his foot speed shouldn't be too much of an issue. He's a low-end QB1 this week, with solid upside against a Rams Defense that just got carved up by Lamar Jackson and the Ravens.

Nov 29 6:40pm ET

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray (hamstring) was added to the Week 13 injury report on Friday, although he got in a full practice. He's questionable to face the Rams this Sunday. We'd be surprised if Murray doesn't play, but his status is worth watching leading into Sunday. Already in a tough matchup, Murray will be a little more risky as a low-end QB1 if he's active. If for some reason the Cardinals don't feel comfortable throwing the rookie out there this weekend, Brett Hundley would be under center. That would be an obvious downgrade for all of the Cardinals skill players and a boost to LA's defense.

Nov 17 9:30pm ET

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray went 24-for-33 for 150 yards, two touchdowns, no interceptions and rushed for a score in the 36-26 loss to the San Francisco 49ers in Week 11. He rushed eight times for 67 yards. It was a great performance considering it was against one of, if not the best defense in the league. Murray has now played two solid games against them, which is an outstanding sign for his development. He has established himself as a QB1, and he should be stashed through his bye next week.

From RotoBaller

Nov 15 6:30pm ET

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray may be relegated to the fantasy bench this week against the beefy San Francisco 49ers Defense. The Niners have been the best defense against the quarterback position the last five weeks, and they have consistently tortured them all season. Opposing signal callers averaged just 157.2 passing yards per game over the last five games, and QBs tossed three touchdowns and four interceptions as a whole. Murray was decent against them a couple of weeks ago with 241 passing yards, two scores and no picks in a 28-25 loss. He's a low-end QB1 on his own merits, but you really have to be in a jam to throw him out there against this squad. Seek a one-week play with a great matchup off waivers.

From RotoBaller

Nov 10 10:50pm ET

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray went 27-for-44 for 324 yards, three touchdowns and an interception in the shootout loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He also rushed three times for 38 yards, but the Cards could do nothing on the ground. Murray's interception was costly late in the game. Murray will have a really tough matchup next week against the San Francisco 49ers, but he played well against them earlier in the season. He remains a low-end QB1.

From RotoBaller

Nov 8 7:00pm ET

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray has cooled off of late, but he has still remained a top-10 quarterback in fantasy the last five weeks. That's a little surprising considering that he had games of 220 yards and 104 yards passing, with no touchdowns in the stretch, and his rushing numbers have fallen off. This might be another binge week as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have allowed third-most fantasy points to the position on average over the last five weeks. Opposing QBs have thrown 14 touchdowns to one interception in the stretch. Lock in Murray as a midrange QB1 this week.

From RotoBaller

Nov 1 7:00am ET

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray was 17-for-24 for 241 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions against the San Francisco 49ers Thursday night. He also rushed five times for 34 yards. It was his fifth straight game without an interception. Murray is avoiding mistakes, but he has just nine touchdown passes in as many games. The Cardinals will have some extra rest before taking on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers next week. Murray will have a good matchup and could be a low-end QB1 for the slate.

From RotoBaller

Oct 30 6:10pm ET

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray hasn't done much the last couple of weeks, and the road ahead of him doesn't get any easier. The San Francisco 49ers are the best team against the position over the last five weeks. The Niners have allowed a miniscule 103.3 passing yards per game during that stretch. They haven't allowed a touchdown to a quarterback and have five interceptions. Murray's struggles and the Niners' dominance make him an option only in two-quarterback leagues.

From RotoBaller

Oct 25 7:00pm ET

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray sputtered in a great matchup last week as running back Chase Edmonds stole the show. The New Orleans Saints are a stout defense, but they bend to quarterbacks a bit. The Saints have been a midrange defense to the position the last five weeks. Murray is 10th among quarterbacks in fantasy points this season and eighth over the last five weeks. He'll be a low-end QB1 option, but he doesn't have a lot of upside in the matchup.

From RotoBaller

Oct 23 6:40pm ET

Arizona Cardinals rookie quarterback Kyler Murray has the 12th lowest interception percentage in the NFL and yes yet to lose a fumble in his rookie season. Murray has gone three straight games without a turnover, and the Cardinals offense only has four giveaways on the year. He has 121 rushing/passing attempts in the last three weeks and doesn't have a single turnover. It's a good trait to have, especially in your rookie season in an offense that likes to throw a lot. While Murray has been solid of late, he has an unappealing matchup in Week 8 against a Saints Defense that has shut down quarterbacks in recent weeks. Murray will be a low-end QB2 for that matchup.

From RotoBaller

Oct 20 6:20pm ET

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray didn't do much in the victory over the New York Giants in Week 7. He was 14-for-21 for 104 yards, with no touchdowns or interceptions, and he rushed 10 times for 28 yards. It was a disappointing day after the momentum he built the last couple of games and the good matchup. He'll have a tough matchup against the New Orleans Saints next week, and he'll be on the fringe of the low-end QB1 and high-end QB2 area.

From RotoBaller

Oct 18 8:20pm ET

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray has a good matchup against the New York Giants in Week 7. Murray has been hot lately, and he's fifth in fantasy points among quarterbacks over the last three weeks. Murray has tossed for 834 yards, three touchdowns and one interception, but his legs have been the difference. He has rushed 25 times for 152 yards and two touchdowns during that stretch. The Giants allow the eighth-most fantasy points to the position on average over the last five weeks. Murray is a mid-to-low QB1 this week.

From RotoBaller

Oct 15 4:05pm ET

Cardinals' QB Kyler Murray scored an impressive 32.20 fantasy points in Sunday's Week 6 win against the Falcons. Murray threw for 340 yards on 27-of-37 with three touchdowns.

Oct 14 12:30am ET

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray was 27-for-37 for 340 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 6. He also added 32 rushing yards on 11 carries. Murray took some rare shots down the field as he connected on passes of 58 yards and 38 yards. Murray has placed himself in the low-end QB1 range, and he'll have a great matchup against the New York Giants next week.

From RotoBaller

Oct 13 7:30pm ET

Cardinals' QB Kyler Murray passed for 340 yards on 27-of-37 with three touchdowns in Sunday's win against the Falcons.
