Player Notes
Dec 9 3:50pm ET

Indianapolis Colts running back Marlon Mack, in his return from a hand injury, was inefficient in Week 14 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but he was able to get into the end zone to salvage his day. He finished with 13 carries for 38 yards and a touchdown. He didn't add anything in the passing game, but, in a big shootout, he wasn't utilized a ton. In the final weeks of the season, Mack won't be counted on for a ton of production, but he's still giving you an RB2 level of play on an every week basis.

From RotoBaller

Dec 8 8:23pm ET

Indianapolis Colts RB Marlon Mack (hand) ran 13 times for 38 yards and a touchdown in Week 14 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, playing in the stadium where he starred in college for South Florida.

Fantasy Spin: Mack didn't roll up huge yardage totals, but he had the score and he appears to be a decent fantasy option going into the Week 15 game against the New Orleans Saints on Monday night since he suffered no apparent setbacks.

From TheHuddle

Dec 6 6:13pm ET

Indianapolis Colts RB Marlon Mack (hand) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 6, and is not on the injury report for Week 14.

Fantasy Spin: Mack will return to the lineup after missing the last few games because of his fractured hand. He was one of the better running backs in the NFL before the injury and should receive plenty of carries this week. He can be a No. 2 running back in fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Dec 6 5:13pm ET

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (calf), CB Kenny Moore (ankle) and PK Adam Vinatieri (knee) were unable to practice Friday, Dec. 6, and have been ruled out for Week 14 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. CB Rock Ya-Sin (ankle) also did not practice Friday but is listed as questionable. S Malik Hooker (foot) took part in a full practice Friday and is also listed as questionable. DL Denico Autry (rest), OT Anthony Castonzo (rest), DE Justin Houston (rest) and LB Darius Leonard (rest) were held out of practice Friday but do not appear on the injury report. S Clayton Geathers (rest), RB Marlon Mack (hand), TE Mo Alie-Cox (thumb) and WR Parris Campbell (hand) practiced in full Friday and have also been removed from the injury report.

From TheHuddle

Dec 6 2:33pm ET

Indianapolis Colts RB Marlon Mack (hand) is not expected to be on a pitch count in Week 14 versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, according to head coach Frank Reich, who also indicated that he'll have all four of his running backs active for the game. The potential unlimited usage was probably what Mack's fantasy owners want to hear, although the idea that Reich is going to make all of his backs active - a rarity in today's NFL - makes him slightly less attractive for fantasy purposes, especially in a difficult matchup. Owners should have a more enticing flex option on the roster if they've survived the last couple of weeks without him.

From TheHuddle

Dec 6 2:10pm ET

Indianapolis Colts running back Marlon Mack is expected to be back on the field for a Week 14 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Mack hasn't played since Week 11 due to a broken hand, but according to Colts coach Frank Reich, Mack won't be limited or on any kind of a pitch count. While fantasy owners are likely thrilled that Mack is back, he has a rough matchup to welcome him. Tampa Bay features the league's best run defense and one of the league's worst pass defenses, so the Colts are more likely to take to the air than to rely on their running game. Mack is a low-floor RB2 for this one.

From RotoBaller

Dec 5 9:43pm ET

Indianapolis Colts RB Marlon Mack (hand) faces the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 14, and the Buccaneers have allowed a league-low 723 rushing yards to opposing backs while holding them to the second-fewest yards per carry (3.26).

Fantasy Spin: Mack picked a rough week to return from a hand injury, but he's been a workhorse for the Colts and should see enough volume to be a low-end RB2 or solid flex option against the Buccaneers.

From TheHuddle

Dec 5 4:53pm ET

Indianapolis Colts RB Marlon Mack (hand) fully participated in practice Thursday, Dec. 5.

Fantasy Spin: Mack should return to the starting lineup after missing some time because of the injury. He will be facing a tough Tampa Bay Buccaneers run defense but should still be a starting option in all leagues.

From TheHuddle

Dec 5 3:50pm ET

Indianapolis Colts running back Marlon Mack (hand) returned to a full practice on Thursday. Mack has been sidelined since Nov. 17, but he's well on his way to returning to action in Week 14 against the Buccaneers. In a tough matchup against Tampa's defensive front and possibly at risk of sharing touches with Jonathan Williams, Jordan Wilkins and Nyheim Hines, Mack will be more of a low-end RB2 this weekend if he makes his way back. Rookie wide receiver Parris Campbell (hand) has practiced in full the last two days as well, making it likely he makes his return this weekend. He should be in three-wide sets with Zach Pascal and Marcus Johnson, but Campbell is a fantasy dart throw the rest of the way in this run-first offense.

From RotoBaller

Dec 4 4:03pm ET

Indianapolis Colts RB Marlon Mack (hand) was limited in practice Wednesday, Dec. 4.

Fantasy Spin: It's an important step in the right direction for Mack. Jonathan Williams has been holding down the fort in his absence, but the Week 1 starter should return to a full workload as soon as he's able to take the field.

From TheHuddle

Dec 4 1:33pm ET

Indianapolis Colts RB Marlon Mack (hand) will practice Wednesday, Dec. 4.

Fantasy Spin: Mack figures to rumble against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, which has been stout against opposing RBs the last five weeks. They've allowed one rushing score to them during the stretch. Mack is a high-end flex candidate.

From TheHuddle

Dec 4 1:10pm ET

Indianapolis Colts head coach Frank Reich said that running back Marlon Mack (hand) will return to practice on Wednesday. It gives Mack a shot at playing in Week 14 against the Buccaneers for the first time since Nov. 17 against the Jaguars. The Colts have been using a committee of Jonathan Williams, Jordan Wilkins and Nyheim Hines in Mack's absence. Mack should be the lead back if he returns to action this weekend, but he'd be facing a surprisingly stout Tampa defensive front if that's the case. Mack will be a riskier RB2 for fantasy owners if he gets clearance for Week 14. He could share more touches with the rest of Indy's backfield if he's not 100 percent.

From RotoBaller

Nov 30 7:53pm ET

Indianapolis Colts RB Marlon Mack (hand) is hopeful for a Week 14 return against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, according to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN on Saturday, Nov. 30.

Fantasy Spin: Mack has been sidelined since Week 11 when he rushed for 109 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries. Jonathan Williams has played well in his absence, but Mack can be assured to return to a full workload once cleared.

From TheHuddle

Nov 30 2:00pm ET

Indianapolis Colts running back Marlon Mack (hand) is hopeful of returning to action in Week 14 against the Buccaneers. Mack has been out since Nov. 17, but he got in some practice this week and has a realistic chance of making it back next weekend to face the Bucs. Jonathan Williams has been the man on early downs the last couple weeks with Mack sidelined, so he'll continue to have RB2 upside this Sunday in the matchup with the Titans at home. Nyheim Hines continues to handle passing duties on third downs. Mack has been the guy when healthy, but he'll be a bust candidate next week if he returns against a Tampa defensive front that has been stingy against the run in 2019.

From RotoBaller

Nov 29 6:03pm ET

Indianapolis Colts RB Marlon Mack (hand) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 13 against the Tennessee Titans. WR T.Y. Hilton (calf) did not participate in practice for a second straight day Friday, Nov. 29, and has also been ruled out. WR Parris Campbell (hand) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable. TE Mo Alie-Cox (thumb), S Khari Willis (concussion) and CB Rock Ya-Sin (ankle) fully practiced Friday and are also listed as questionable. S Clayton Geathers (rest), DL Denico Autry (rest), OT Anthony Castonzo (rest) and DE Justin Houston (rest) did not practice Friday but no longer appear on the injury report. OG Quenton Nelson (hip) and DE Jabaal Sheard (rest) were upgraded to a full practice Friday and have also been taken off the injury report.

From TheHuddle

Nov 29 5:50pm ET

Indianapolis Colts running back Marlon Mack (hand) missed practice all week and has officially been ruled out for Week 13 against the Titans. Mack wasn't expected to return this weekend, but he'll have a chance to return as the lead back in Week 14. With Mack sidelined last Thursday, Jonathan Williams was the clear lead back on early downs over Jordan Wilkins. There's no reason to expect that to change against Tennessee this Sunday, making Williams an RB2 in Week 13. Nyheim Hines should continue to serve as the pass-catching back for Indy, and he has some RB3/flex appeal in PPR leagues.

From RotoBaller

Nov 28 2:53pm ET

Indianapolis Colts TE Mo Alie-Cox (thumb), RB Marlon Mack (hand), WR T.Y. Hilton (calf), OL Quenton Nelson (hip) and Jabaal Sheard (rest) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 28. WR Parris Campbell (hand) and CB Rock Ya-Sin (ankle) were limited. S Clayton Geathers (rest) and S Khari Willis (concussion) fully participated in practice.

From TheHuddle

Nov 27 4:40pm ET

Indianapolis Colts running back Marlon Mack (hand) remains out of practice on Wednesday. Mack is recovering from a fractured hand, but it's likely that he misses at least one more week. Plan to be without him again this weekend against the Titans. Jonathan Williams was the clear lead back on early downs in last week's loss to the Texans, and he'll be an RB2 in Week 13. Nyheim Hines should remain the primary pass-catching back, while Jordan Wilkins can be ignored as Williams' backup until Mack returns from his hand injury.

From RotoBaller

Nov 27 4:13pm ET

Indianapolis Colts RB Marlon Mack (hand) didn't practice Wednesday, Nov. 27.

Fantasy Spin: Mack sat out Week 12 due to the injury. He was coming off one of his best performances of the season in Week 11 when he ran for 109 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries. Jonathan Williams has been a must-start in Mack's stead, and Mack won't be rushed back into the lineup.

From TheHuddle

Nov 25 4:53pm ET

Indianapolis Colts RB Marlon Mack (hand) will not be available to play in the team's Week 13 game.

Fantasy Spin: Jonathan Williams played well as the starter in the last game and likely will receive the start again this week. He can be considered at least a flex option in fantasy leagues.
