Green Bay Packers wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling (ankle, knee) put in a full practice on Wednesday after being questionable for Week 7 against the Raiders. MVS ultimately played, albeit limited snaps, and finished with over 100 yards and a touchdown with No. 1 wideout Davante Adams (toe) sidelined again. Adams missed practice on Wednesday and could very well sit out again this Sunday night against the Chiefs. Against a porous secondary, Valdes-Scantling would be a boom/bust WR3/flex. Geronimo Allison, Jake Kumerow and Allen Lazard should all continue to see more run if Adams misses anymore time, but they're all hard to trust as anything more than low-ceiling flexes in deeper formats.

From RotoBaller

Oct 23 8:03pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (ankle, knee) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Oct. 23.

Fantasy Spin: Valdes-Scantling is coming off his first 100-yard game of the season and has become the team's No. 1 receiver while Davante Adams is out. He can be considered at least a No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues this week.

From TheHuddle

Oct 20 9:33pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling posted two grabs for 133 yards and a touchdown on three targets in Week 7 against the Oakland Raiders.

Fantasy Spin: MVS had a grab for 59 yards and then a 74-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter on his two touches. He is a solid low-end WR3 or flex fantasy option heading into Week 8 against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday Night Football.

From TheHuddle

Oct 20 5:30pm ET

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling streaked downfield on a 74-yard touchdown in the team's victory over the Oakland Raiders. Valdes-Scantling finished the game with two receptions from three targets for 133 yards and a touchdown. Valdes-Scantling has struggled in the games that Davante Adams(toe) has missed due to injury and hasn't been able to command a large target share. Even in a game that saw receiversJake Kumerow and Allen Lazard playing, he only had three targets. While he was able to finish with the most receiving yards in the game, fantasy owners need to consider the boom-or-bust nature of his play for the next matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.

From RotoBaller

Oct 20 4:30pm ET

Packers' WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling had 2 receptions for 133 yards with one touchdown in Sunday's win against the Raiders.

Oct 20 12:20pm ET

Green Bay Packers wide receivers Marquez Valdes-Scantling (ankle, knee) and Geronimo Allison (concussion) are both active for Week 7 against the Raiders after testing themselves in pre-game workouts. It's a bit of surprise that both are inactive, but quarterback Aaron Rodgers isn't complaining since he'll be without top receiver Davante Adams (toe) for the third straight game. MVS and Allison really haven't done much with Adams out, so they make for low-ceiling flex plays again this weekend, with MVS being the better target. Both receivers being active hurts the value of tight end Jimmy Graham, although he still has TE1 potential in this game. Rodgers remains a low-end QB1 until Adams returns. Allen Lazard and Jake Kumerow can now be avoided in DFS.

From RotoBaller

Oct 20 12:13pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (ankle, knee) is officially active for the team's Week 7 game.

Fantasy Spin: Valdes-Scantling likely will serve as the top option in the passing game for the Packers this week despite the injuries. He can be considered a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 20 9:20am ET

The Green Bay Packers could have at least one of their injured wide receivers back for Sunday's meeting with the Oakland Raiders. Marquez Valdes-Scantling (ankle/knee) and Geronimo Allison (concussion/chest) will be tested pregame, with the hopes being that at least one can suit up. With Davante Adams (turf toe) out, the Packers need all the help they can get. It'll be tough to trust either guy if they play as they could be limited, but they'd be better fantasy options than the current crop of Packers receivers who've been getting inserted into DFS lineups this week, Allen Lazard and Jake Kumerow.

From RotoBaller

Oct 20 9:03am ET

Green Bay Packers WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (ankle, knee) hopes to be able to play in Week 7's game against the Oakland Raiders despite being listed as questionable on the injury report, according to a source.

Fantasy Spin: Valdes-Scantling did not practice at all during the week and should be viewed as a risky flex option in fantasy leagues based on his health and recent performance, having posted fewer than 50 receiving yards in each of his last three contests.

From TheHuddle

Oct 18 4:23pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (toe) and S Darnell Savage (ankle) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 7 versus the Oakland Raiders. WR Geronimo Allison (concussion, chest) and TE TE Robert Tonyan (hip) did not practice Friday, Oct. 18, and are listed as doubtful. CB Tony Brown (hamstring), DL Kenny Clark (calf/back) and WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (ankle, knee) were limited in practice Friday and are listed as questionable. TE Jimmy Graham (ankle), QB Aaron Rodgers (knee) and CB Tramon Williams (knee) were also limited Friday but no longer appear on the injury report. OT Bryan Bulaga (non-injury), LB Oren Burks (chest), RB Aaron Jones (shoulder), CB Kevin King (knee, groin), S Will Redmond (shoulder, ankle) and LB Za'Darius Smith (knee) fully participated in practice Friday and have also been removed from the injury report.

From TheHuddle

Oct 18 2:23pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (knee, ankle) and Geronimo Allison (concussion) did not practice Friday, Oct. 18, and are listed as questionable for Week 7. Packers coach Matt LaFleur said the team 'will see if they come around' over the next 48 hours.

Fantasy Spin: Both seem to be on the wrong side of questionable having not practiced all week, and Allison has yet to clear the concussion protocol. With No. 1 WR Davante Adams out another week with a turf-toe injury, Allen Lazard, Jake Kumerow and Darrius Shepherd are shaping up to be the Pack's top wideouts vs. the Raiders.

From TheHuddle

Oct 18 2:00pm ET

Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said wide receivers Marquez Valdes-Scantling (ankle, knee) and Geronimo Allison (chest, concussion) have 48 hours to "see if they come around" for Week 7 against the Raiders. The Packers are holding out hope, but MVS and Allison are extremely risky flex options in deeper leagues. MVS hasn't really taken advantage of Davante Adams (toe) being out the last couple weeks. If MVS and Allison are out on top of Adams, it'll be Jake Kumerow and Allen Lazard as quarterback Aaron Rodgers' top two receiving options. Kumerow and Lazard will be DFS sleepers and flex plays in deeper leagues, but the Packers will likely continue to lean heavily on the run.

From RotoBaller

Oct 17 5:20pm ET

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling(ankle, knee) is a borderline WR3 this week against the Oakland Raiders. He'll need to get in at least a limited practice on Friday in order to have a shot at playing. Valdes-Scantling has struggled to be an effective fantasy receiver without Davante Adams(toe) in the lineup. In the past two weeks, Valdes-Scantling has seen just six targets, catching three of them for 66 yards. The Raiders are a team that has been exposed through the air this season, giving up an average of 27.8 points to the position. However, even as the Packers lead receiver in recent weeks, his target share limits his upside in the matchup as a WR3.

From RotoBaller

Oct 17 2:23pm ET

Green Bay Packers WRs Davante Adams (toe), Marquez Valdes-Scantling (knee, ankle) and Geronimo Allison (concussion) were sidelined at practice Thursday, Oct. 17.

Fantasy Spin: Allen Lazard, Jake Kumerow, Darrius Shepherd and Ryan Grant were the only wideouts available to work Thursday, and it's looking as if that's going to be the case against the Oakland Raiders on Sunday as well. Lazard is shaping up as a potential high-upside WR3 option, while the others will be little more than desperation plays in fantasy.

From TheHuddle

Oct 17 2:20pm ET

Green Bay Packers wide receivers Davante Adams (toe), Marquez Valdes-Scantling (ankle, knee) and Geronimo Allison (concussion) remain sidelined at practice for the second straight day this week on Thursday. Adams has missed the last two games with turf toe and seems doubtful to play in Week 7 against the Raiders. MVS and Allison are also on the wrong side of questionable right now, so they must practice on Friday to have a chance to play. Green Bay would be down to Jake Kumerow, Allen Lazard and rookie Darrius Shepherd if all three of Adams, MVS and Allison are inactive. That'd obviously be terrible news for quarterback Aaron Rodgers this weekend. No matter what, expect Green Bay to lean on both running backs Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams in this one.

From RotoBaller

Oct 16 8:13pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (ankle, knee) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Oct. 16.

Fantasy Spin: Fantasy players will need to check later in the week to see if Valdes-Scantling is in any danger of missing the Week 7 game. He has been held to under 50 yards in each of the last three games but still be a flex option in some leagues if he plays.

From TheHuddle

Oct 16 7:40pm ET

Green Bay Packers wide receivers Davante Adams (toe), Marquez Valdes-Scantling (ankle, knee) and Geronimo Allison (chest, concussion) all were listed as out of practice in the estimated report on Wednesday. Tight end Jimmy Graham (ankle) was also listed as did not participate. Green Bay's receivers are really banged up, which led them to sign Ryan Grant off the street. Adams is in danger of missing his third straight game with turf toe. Allison left the game on Monday night and didn't return, so he's also a big question mark. If neither play and MVS is quarterback Aaron Rodgers' top option, he'll be in flex consideration against Oakland. Jake Kumerow and Allen Lazard, who had a touchdown Monday, would also see their roles expanded.

From RotoBaller

Oct 15 7:20am ET

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling finished with two catches for 48 yards in the win over the Lions on Monday night. Valdes-Scantling would briefly exit this one after injuring his leg but would return to haul in a 46-yard catch to offset his lack of fantasy progress up to that point. With Davante Adams (toe) and Geronimo Allison (concussion, chest) potentially not playing against the Raiders on Sunday, the 25-year-old could see an increased role in Week 7.

From RotoBaller

Oct 15 12:43am ET

Green Bay Packers WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling finished with two catches and 48 yards in Week 6 against the Detroit Lions. He left the game briefly due to an undisclosed injury, but was able to return and finish.

Fantasy Spin: Valdes-Scantling made a highlight-reel catch in the victory, but it was Allen Lazard who actually found the end zone while stepping up for Geronimo Allison, who left injured. MVS might operate as the No. 1 wideout in Week 7 against the Oakland Raiders if Allison and Davante Adams are each sidelined.

From TheHuddle

Oct 12 5:13pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (calf, hamstring) fully participated in practice Saturday, Oct. 12, and is not on the injury report for Week 6.

Fantasy Spin: Valdes-Scantling should be one of the main targets in the passing game with Davante Adams ruled out. He can be a flex option in some fantasy leagues this week.
