New England Patriots WR Phillip Dorsett caught two passes for 13 yards against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 9.

Fantasy Spin: Dorsett has had some decent games this season, but there's no consistency to his involvement offensively. He's a desperation play at best.

From TheHuddle

Nov 4 12:40am ET

New England Patriots wide receiver Phillip Dorsett caught only two passes for 13 yards in the Patriots 37-20 loss to the Ravens in Week 9. Dorsett came into the game with a modest six catches for 89 yards over his last two games but he took a backseat to other offensive options in this one. The acquisition of receiver Mohamed Sanu certainly should cut into Dorsett's opportunities moving forward and the activation of rookie N'Keal Harry from injured reserve further complicates Dorsett's limited value. The Patriots will return to action in Week 11 after their bye this week.

From RotoBaller

Nov 1 4:30pm ET

New England Patriots wide receiver Phillip Dorsett will go up against a Ravens Defense that is allowing the 13th most fantasy points to opposing receivers this season. Dorsett has stepped in and made some timely plays this season for the Patriots but his target-share is capped with so many weapons in the New England passing game. The Ravens have given up at least eight fantasy points to 12 different receivers this season, a number that Dorsett could easily reach. But the receiver will be no more than a WR5 as a touchdown-dependent option against the Ravens.

From RotoBaller

Oct 27 8:00pm ET

New England Patriots wide receiver Phillip Dorsett caught three passes for 43 yards in the Patriots 27-13 win over the Browns. Dorsett was limited at times in practice this week with a hamstring injury but was able to suit up and contribute. Dorsett caught a beautiful 33-yard pass from quarterback Tom Brady in the first half and saw six targets in the game. Dorsett has been a solid complementary role player in a versatile Patriots offense and now has 40-plus receiving yards in three of his last four games. The receiver, however, belongs on the fantasy bench in most formats moving forward as he sits fairly far down the Patriots pecking order in the passing game.

From RotoBaller

Oct 25 4:23pm ET

New England Patriots WR Phillip Dorsett (hamstring) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 25, and is not on the injury report for Week 8.

Fantasy Spin: Dorsett should continue to see a solid amount of targets in the passing game even with the addition of Mohamed Sanu. Dorsett can be considered a flex option in fantasy leagues this week.

From TheHuddle

Oct 24 7:03pm ET

New England Patriots WR Phillip Dorsett (hamstring) fully participated in practice Thursday, Oct. 24.

Fantasy Spin: Dorsett will still have a role in the passing game even with the team's addition of Mohamed Sanu. He has caught four touchdowns in five games this season and can be at least a flex option in fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 24 4:53pm ET

New England Patriots TEs Ryan Izzo (concussion) and Matt LaCosse (knee) did not practice Thursday, Oct. 24. OL Shaquille Mason (ankle), RB Rex Burkhead (foot), S Patrick Chung (heel, chest), WR Julian Edelman (chest) and WR Gunner Olszewski (ankle, hamstring) were limited. WR Phillip Dorsett (hamstring) was upgraded to a full practice.

From TheHuddle

Oct 24 4:30pm ET

New England Patriots wide receiver Phillip Dorsett (hamstring) was limited in practice and is expected to be listed as questionable heading into Week 8. Dorsett has been battling the injury for a few weeks but still managed to rack up 46 yards with one touchdown in Week 7. The Patriots will face a Browns Defense that is allowing the 14th fewest fantasy points to receivers this season. All signs point to Dorsett suiting up in Week 8 but he will have to fight for targets with Julian Edelman, James White and the newly acquired Mohamed Sanu.

From RotoBaller

Oct 23 4:33pm ET

New England Patriots WR Phillip Dorsett (hamstring) was limited in practice Wednesday, Oct. 23.

Fantasy Spin: Dorsett was limited through most of last week but ended up drawing the start and caught three of four targets for 46 yards and a touchdown. He's a reliable fantasy option whenever either or both of Josh Gordon and Julian Edelman are out of the lineup.

From TheHuddle

Oct 22 3:10am ET

New England Patriots wide receiver Phillip Dorsett caught three passes for 46 yards, including a 26-yard touchdown, in the Patriots Week 7 blowout of the Jets 33-0. Dorsett came into the game questionable but was able to deliver in a game that was over from the beginning. Dorsett made a nice catch in the first quarter for the touchdown to put the Patriots up 17-0 at the time. Dorsett now has four touchdowns on the season but has struggled with nagging injuries. If he can get healthy, Dorsett could have promising stash value in deeper fantasy formats as an offensive weapon that quarterback Tom Brady trusts.

From RotoBaller

Oct 21 7:13pm ET

New England Patriots WR Phillip Dorsett (hamstring) is officially active for the team's Week 7 game.

Fantasy Spin: Dorsett should see a solid amount of targets in the passing game with Josh Gordon sidelined and can be at least a flex option in fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 19 5:13pm ET

New England Patriots WR Phillip Dorsett (hamstring) was limited in practice Saturday, Oct. 19, and is considered questionable for Monday, Oct. 21's games against the New York Jets.

Fantasy Spin: Dorsett is at risk of missing a second straight game after he left the Week 5 contest against the Washington Redskins with just four snaps played. WR Josh Gordon (ankle) has already been ruled out and WR Julian Edelman (chest) is also questionable. Expect plenty of work for RBs James White and Sony Michel in the passing game.

From TheHuddle

Oct 18 7:03pm ET

New England Patriots WR Phillip Dorsett (hamstring) was limited during practice Friday, Oct. 18.

Fantasy Spin: Dorsett appears to have a solid chance to win, but fantasy players will know more about his status in the next day or two. He has posted 197 yards and three touchdowns in four games and could be a flex option in fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 18 4:33pm ET

New England Patriots WR Josh Gordon (knee, ankle), TE Matt LaCosse (knee) and TE Ryan Izzo (concussion) did not practice Friday, Oct. 18. RB Rex Burkhead (foot), S Patrick Chung (heel, chest), WR Phillip Dorsett (hamstring) and WR Julian Edelman (chest) were limited.

From TheHuddle

Oct 17 5:03pm ET

New England Patriots WR Phillip Dorsett (hamstring) was limited during practice Thursday, Oct. 17.

Fantasy Spin: Dorsett may have a chance to play against the New York Jets, but fantasy players will know more about his status later in the week. He was targeted 16 times in his last two games but only posted 63 yards in those games. He could be a flex option in some leagues but is not a must-start option.

From TheHuddle

Oct 17 1:30pm ET

New England Patriots wide receiver Phillip Dorsett (hamstring), who missed last Thursday's game, was moving around well at practice on Thursday. Dorsett is on track to play on Monday night against the Jets. It's welcomed news, too, as Josh Gordon (knee) is questionable to play after getting injured last Thursday. It's looking like Julian Edelman and Dorsett will be New England's top two receivers for this week. Dorsett will have sneaky flex appeal for fantasy owners in a good matchup if Gordon doesn't play.

From RotoBaller

Oct 15 1:33pm ET

New England Patriots WR Phillip Dorsett (hamstring) practiced Tuesday, Oct. 15.

Fantasy Spin: Dorsett would be a flex candidate if he's able to return against the New York Jets this week.

From TheHuddle

Oct 10 7:03pm ET

The New England Patriots have declared OL Korey Cunningham, DL Byron Cowart, RB Rex Burkhead, RB Damien Harris, QB Cody Kessler, WR Phillip Dorsett and CB Joejuan Williams inactive for Week 6.

From TheHuddle

Oct 10 6:23pm ET

New England Patriots WR Phillip Dorsett (hamstring) isn't expected to miss more than one game after being ruled out for Thursday, Oct. 10's game against the New York Giants, according to a source.

Fantasy Spin: Dorsett is having an up-and-down season and has needed to reach the end zone in order to return full fantasy value, but he remains a frequently-used piece of one of the league's best offenses. He had received a total of 16 targets in Weeks 3 and 4 before leaving last week's game against the Washington Redskins after just four snaps.

From TheHuddle

Oct 10 4:50pm ET

There's optimism that New England Patriots wide receiver Phillip Dorsett (hamstring) will miss just Thursday night in Week 6, according to a source. It's a shame that Dorsett won't be able to take the field against the Giants terrible secondary, but at least it looks like he won't also miss Week 7. Dorsett has 15 catches on 23 targets for 197 yards and three touchdowns on the year as the third wideout for New England. He can be a WR4/flex option for owners when he's healthy. Rookie Jakobi Meyers will have a bigger role on Thursday night without Dorsett, but the Pats probably won't need to throw all that much in a game they should win easily.
