Player Notes
Feb 14 11:53pm ET

Green Bay Packers TE Jimmy Graham has averaged 33.8 receiving yards and caught five total touchdowns in 32 games with the team.

Fantasy Spin: Graham's tenure with the Packers has to be considered a disappointment, and there is a good chance he will be cut this offseason. No matter where Graham ends up in 2020, he's unlikely to provide much help to fantasy owners.

From TheHuddle

Jan 24 1:20pm ET

Green Bay Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst said it's his understanding that tight end Jimmy Graham wants to play in 2020. Graham is under contract for one more year for $8 million, which is the final year of his three-year contract. The 33-year-old has clearly lost a step at this point in his career, catching just 38 passes (60 targets) for 447 yards and three touchdowns in 2019 with the Packers. He's no longer the focal point in the passing game, and he's more of a low-end, touchdown-dependent TE2 in fantasy circles.

Jan 24 12:53pm ET

Green Bay Packers TE Jimmy Graham wants to play in 2020, general manager Brian Gutekunst said Friday, Jan. 24.

Fantasy Spin: Graham, 33, is scheduled to earn $8 million on the final year of his three-year deal with the Packers, but is coming off the worst season (38 receptions for 447 yards and three TDs) since his rookie year of 2010 and it would be far from surprising if the Pack parts ways with the veteran tight end this offseason.

From TheHuddle

Jan 23 1:33am ET

Green Bay Packers TE Jimmy Graham is expected to be released during the offseason, in the opinion of The Green Bay Press-Gazette's Pete Dougherty, who called the prospective move a 'given.' Graham has one year remaining on his deal. Releasing him would free up $8 million in cap room.

Fantasy Spin: Graham posted a 38-447-3 line in his age-33 season, and despite playing well in the playoffs he has been a disappointment since signing with the Packers. Wherever he plays (if he does) in 2020, Graham's days as a TE1 seem far in the rear view.

From TheHuddle

Jan 19 11:40pm ET

Green Bay Packers tight end Jimmy Graham caught four of five targets for 59 yards in a 37-20 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Graham was a big disappointment this season in a year filled with disappointing tight ends. The 33-year-old put up the lowest numbers since his rookie season and never really put together a good stretch of play until very recently. Graham has one year left on his contract worth about 7.5 million dollars. Given how much of a bust he was, perhaps Green Bay cuts ties with him and goes younger at the position in 2020.

From RotoBaller

Jan 19 10:03pm ET

Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers completed 31 of his 39 passes for 326 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions and lost one of his three fumbles in a 37-20 loss to the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship Game Sunday, Jan. 19. RB Aaron Jones rushed 12 times for 56 yards and a touchdown and caught five passes for 27 yards and a score. WR Davante Adams caught nine of his 10 targets for 138 yards, TE Jimmy Graham hauled in four of his five targets for 59 yards, WR Allen Lazard added three catches for 36 yards, and TE Jace Sternberger caught two passes for 13 yards and a touchdown. LB Blake Martinez led the team with nine tackles, including six solo stops.

From TheHuddle

Jan 17 5:23pm ET

Green Bay Packers TE Jimmy Graham (non-injury) was limited during practice Friday, Jan. 17, but is not on the injury report for the NFC Championship game.

Fantasy Spin: Graham likely will see a handful of targets in the passing game against the San Francisco 49ers and could be a stating option in some fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Jan 17 3:50pm ET

Green Bay Packers tight end Jimmy Graham gets a tough matchup against the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship game. Graham has back-to-back 49-year receiving performances, but those games came against teams that struggle to defend the tight end position. The 49ers are not one of those teams. They allowed the sixth-fewest fantasy points to tight ends all season and were the league's stingiest pass defense. Maybe Graham makes a play in the red zone. Still, he's a cheaper DFS play but by no means a comfortable one.

From RotoBaller

Jan 16 5:23pm ET

Green Bay Packers TE Jimmy Graham (non-injury) was a limited participant in practice Thursday, Jan. 16.

Fantasy Spin: Graham has caught seven of 11 total targets across his last two games, recording 49 receiving yards in each game. He hasn't found the end zone since Week 7 and doesn't possess much touchdown upside, but the Packers have few better options in the passing game outside of WR Davante Adams. He could be a sneaky play at a thin position.

From TheHuddle

Jan 15 6:03pm ET

Green Bay Packers TE Jimmy Graham (non-injury) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Jan. 15.

Fantasy Spin: Graham will be ready to play this week and is coming off a decent performance in the Divisional Round playoff game. He probably will see a handful of targets and could be a No. 1 tight end in some leagues.

From TheHuddle

Jan 13 12:20pm ET

Green Bay Packers tight end Jimmy Graham hauled in three of four targets for 49 receiving yards in a 28-23 victory over the Seattle Seahawks. Graham's night included a third-down catch late in the fourth quarter that helped the Packers seal the win. The veteran has posted back-to-back games with 49 receiving yards and seems to be more involved as of late. He may have trouble staying involved next week in an NFC Championship game matchup with the league's best pass defense, the 49ers.

From RotoBaller

Jan 12 10:23pm ET

Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers finished 16-of-27 for 243 yards and two touchdowns as the team raced out to a 21-3 lead before holding on for a 28-23 victory in Sunday's NFC Divisional Round playoff game. RB Aaron Jones ran for 62 yards and two touchdowns on 21 carries, while Rodgers added 14 more yards on the ground. WR Davante Adams hauled in eight catches for 160 yards and two touchdowns, while TE Jimmy Graham was the only other Packer with more than one catch, tallying three receptions for 49 yards. LBs Preston Smith and Za'Darius Smith each recorded two of Green Bay's five sacks, while LB Blake Martinez led all tacklers with 10 stops (seven solo).

From TheHuddle

Jan 10 6:33pm ET

Green Bay Packers TE Jimmy Graham (non-injury, wrist) was limited during practice Friday, Jan. 10, but is not on the injury report for the Divisional Round playoff game.

Fantasy Spin: Graham has not been a big part of the passing game this season and post posted at least 50 yards in only three games in 2019. He can be benched in fantasy leagues if better tight ends are available.

From TheHuddle

Jan 9 8:00pm ET

Green Bay Packers tight end Jimmy Graham gets a good matchup against the Seattle Seahawks in the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs. Unfortunately, Graham has been too inconsistent to count on. He did see his second-highest target total of the year in Week 17 but hasn't been a factor in fantasy since Week 7. Graham has the height to win any matchup on the field, though the consistency hasn't been there. Don't rely on him in DFS tournaments this weekend.

From RotoBaller

Jan 9 5:13pm ET

Green Bay Packers TE Jimmy Graham (wrist, non-injury) participated in a limited practice Thursday, Jan. 9.

Fantasy Spin: Graham caught four of seven targets for 49 yards in the regular-season finale against the Detroit Lions for one of his more productive games of the year. He's a risky play in all fantasy formats without much touchdown potential.

From TheHuddle

Jan 8 5:43pm ET

Green Bay Packers TE Jimmy Graham (non-injury, wrist) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Jan. 8.

Fantasy Spin: Graham has been on the injury report for most of the season but will be able to play in the playoff game. Graham has been held to under 50 yards in each of the last six games and can be benched if better options are available.

From TheHuddle

Jan 2 1:23pm ET

Green Bay Packers TE Jimmy Graham (undisclosed) was not seen during the team's practice Thursday, Jan. 2.

Fantasy Spin: No worries as the Pack's first playoff game is still more than a week away, and it could just be a rest day for the 33-year-old tight end. Just beware, though, of putting too much fantasy stock in Graham, who failed a catch a TD pass over his final nine games with his 8.9 PPR points (4 catches for 49 yards) in Week 17 serving as his high-water mark during that span.

From TheHuddle

Dec 29 9:10pm ET

Green Bay Packers tight end Jimmy Graham saw seven targets and caught four of them for 49 yards in a 23-20 win over the Detroit Lions. It's the most targets Graham has seen in a game this year since Week 4 against the Eagles. Green Bay may have made more of an effort to get him involved after just one catch last week, though a favorable matchup with Detroit certainly helped. The 33-year-old has been very inconsistent this year. There's no way to count on him for steady production unless the coaching staff commits to more looks for him during their first-round playoff bye.

From RotoBaller

Dec 27 6:23pm ET

Green Bay Packers TE Jimmy Graham (non-injury) was limited during practice Friday, Dec. 27, but is not on the injury report for Week 17.

Fantasy Spin: Graham has posted at least 50 yards in only three games this season and likely will only see a few targets this week. He can be avoided in all fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Dec 27 4:53pm ET

Green Bay Packers S Will Redmond (hamstring), FB Danny Vitale (knee) and RB Jamaal Williams (shoulder) will held out of practice all week and are listed as doubtful for Week 17 versus the Detroit Lions. WR Jake Kumerow (illness) did not practice Friday and is listed as questionable. DL Kenny Clark (ankle), LB Rashan Gary (shoulder), TE Jimmy Graham (rest), WR Allen Lazard (ankle), TE Marcedes Lewis (rest), DL Dean Lowry (ankle) and CB Tramon Williams (rest) were limited in practice Friday, Dec. 27, and no longer appear on the injury report. OT Bryan Bulaga (groin), LB Oren Burks (shoulder), C Corey Linsley (back), LB Blake Martinez (hand) and OL Billy Turner (hamstring) practiced in full Friday and have also been removed from the injury report.
