Nov 22 5:00pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph will be without his two top weapons in Sunday's matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals. Both James Conner (shoulder) and JuJu Smith-Schuster (concussion, knee) will be out in Week 12, leaving Rudolph with an inexperienced bunch around him. After tossing four interceptions against the Browns a week ago, Rudolph has taken several steps back in his development. He should be nowhere near your lineups, which is saying something, considering the Bengals give up around 26 fantasy points per game to quarterbacks.

Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett's suspension appeal was upheld by the NFL, and he is suspended for the rest of the season and postseason. He can apply for reinstatement when the season ends. Garrett lost his cool at the end of last Thursday's game and hit Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph in the head with his own helmet. Garrett claimed in his appeal that Rudolph used a racial slur before the incident, but Rudolph is denying those allegations. Losing Garrett the rest of the way is a big blow to Cleveland's defense, but they'll remain a strong streaming consideration with the Dolphins coming to town in Week 12.

Nov 16 12:30pm ET

Cleveland Browns safety Morgan Burnett (Achilles) is officially done for the rest of the year after he tore his Achilles in the Thursday night win over the Steelers. The Browns also lost Myles Garrett to a season-ending suspension after he foolishly struck Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph with his own helmet at the end of regulation. Losing those two players for the rest of the season will make an impact for a Browns Defense that looked excellent against Pittsburgh's offense on Thursday night. Burnett had racked up 41 total tackles, two sacks and one interception on the season. Despite losing Garrett and Burnett, Cleveland's defense will again be on the streaming radar with the Dolphins coming to town in Week 12.

Nov 15 1:00pm ET

Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett has been suspended indefinitely by the NFL. Garrett was in the center of an ugly brawl at the end of the Pittsburgh-Cleveland game on Thursday night. He ripped quarterback Mason Rudolph's helmet off and then hit the signal-caller over the head with it. The suspension will run through the end of the season and possibly the playoffs if Cleveland makes even it. Garrett's absence leaves a massive hole in Cleveland's pass rush going forward. Because of the indefinite nature of his suspension, Garrett will have to meet with commissioner Roger Goodell before he can be reinstated. Defensive lineman Larry Ogunjobi will also be suspended for one game for his role. All suspended players have the right to appeal their suspensions.

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph struggled in Week 11 in the loss to the Browns, finishing with 221 yards on 23-for-44 passing to go along with four interceptions. While the 24-year-old did throw a touchdown, the four picks he threw offset any chance for an adequate fantasy performance. He hasn't played well over the last three weeks, however, compiling only 654 yards and three scores, while throwing five interceptions. There is light at the end of the tunnel for Rudolph, nonetheless, as the Steelers will look to get back on track against the Bengals in Week 12, with his stock increasing if either JuJu Smith-Schuster (concussion) or James Conner (shoulder) are able to play after suffering in-game injuries on Thursday night.

Nov 12 8:10pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph gets a favorable matchup for Thursday Night Football when the Steelers travel to take on the Cleveland Browns. Rudolph has been gaining more confidence with each start, and his 242 yards passing last week were the second highest of his short career. Against the Browns, the second-year signal caller faces a defense that allows an average of 23 fantasy points per game. Rudolph can be considered a low-end QB2, especially in the early game of the week. You could do worse, but you could certainly do better for a streaming option.

Nov 10 8:10pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph went 22 of 38 for 242 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's win over the LA Rams. The Steelers Defense stole the spotlight in this one, but Rudolph did enough to keep the team in a position to win. However, he did take a second-half safety for the second time in as many weeks. He will continue to have minimal fantasy relevance with similar performances the rest of the season. The Steelers travel to Cleveland in Week 11, which will be sure to make for an interesting AFC North matchup.

From RotoBaller

Nov 8 5:10pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph has another tough matchup in Week 10 with the LA Rams. Allowing an average of 20 fantasy points per game to quarterbacks, the Rams also have sacked the quarterback 23 times. Rudolph threw for just 191 yards on 26 completions in last week's wins over the Colts, so he's not exactly stretching the field. Combine Aaron Donald chasing him down with the dump-off style gameplan and Rudolph isn't a great streaming option for fantasy this week.

Nov 3 4:30pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph finished 26 of 35 for just 191 yards with a touchdown and an interception in Sundays 26-24 win over the Colts. Rudolph heavily favored shorter passes again in Week 9, and while he connected with James Washington for 40 yards, his next longest completion was just 17 yards. However, he did fumble in their own end zone, which resulted in a safety, so he will need to be more careful moving forward. Hes nothing but a low-end QB2 in Week 10 against the Rams, as he leads an offense that has struggled finishing off drives in 2019.

Nov 2 5:20am ET

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph will make his second start since returning from a concussion against the Colts on Sunday. Rudolph played decent against the Dolphins on Monday night by finishing with 251 yards and two touchdowns (one interception) on 20-for-36 passing. While the Colts Defense poses more of a challenge than his Week 8 opponents, Rudolph is an acceptable fill-in for those in need of a quarterback for whatever reason in Week 9.

Oct 28 11:40pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph finished 20 of 36 for 251 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception in Mondays win over the Dolphins. In his first game back from suffering a concussion, Rudolph threw a pick on the second play of the game. However, he worked his way back to have a solid game against the distraught Dolphins. The second-year signal caller may have just needed a few plays to get the dust off, but it wound up a solid performance. In Week 9 against the Colts, Rudolph isnt a recommended start against a Colts Defense that has allowed and average of 20.4 fantasy points to quarterbacks.

Oct 25 3:50pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph has been a full participant in practice this week, marking his official return to the field after suffering a concussion in Week 5. The second-year signal caller gets a prime Monday Night Football matchup against the Miami Dolphins at home. The Dolphins allow the third most fantasy points to quarterbacks and have forced just one interception all season. While it's possible the Steelers get ahead early and focus on grinding out the clock, they may let the 24-year-old air it out in order to get him back up to game speed. However, he's nothing more than a low-end QB2 until we see him back and capable of leading the offense.

Oct 16 5:40pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph (concussion) has cleared the league's concussion protocol and can return in Week 8 against the Dolphins after the team's Week 7 bye. It looks like Rudolph will miss just one game after a scary collision in Week 5. Rudolph's return will be good news for all of the Steelers skill players, most notably wide receivers JuJu Smith-Schuster and Diontae Johnson. If Rudolph does indeed suit up after the Week 7 bye, he'll be a QB2 streamer against the lowly Dolphins.

From RotoBaller

Oct 11 4:20pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 6 on Sunday night against the Chargers. Rudolph returned to practice this week somehow, but it was always a long shot he'd play after taking a very scary hit in Week 5's loss to the Ravens. There's a chance that Rudolph makes it back next week, but that will be up in the air. Rookie Devlin Hodges will get the nod under center against a solid Chargers Defense on the road. You'll want to avoid him at all costs, and all Steelers skill players should be downgraded as a result. Fire up the Bolts defense/special teams as a top option this week.

From RotoBaller

Oct 10 2:30pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph (concussion) continues to work through the league's concussion protocol, and offensive coordinator Randy Fichtner said he's not sure who will start at quarterback on Sunday night against the Chargers. It's highly unlikely that Rudolph will get the go-ahead after a devastating head injury in Week 5, but the Steelers aren't ruling it out, most likely to keep the Chargers in the dark. If Rudolph isn't cleared, it'll be rookie Devlin Hodges under center. That would mean that fantasy owners need to downgrade all Steelers skill players, especially receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster.

From RotoBaller

Oct 9 3:10pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph (concussion) practiced on Wednesday, but he remains in the league's concussion protocol. Rudolph was knocked unconscious in Week 5 and had to be helped off the field. It's a good sign that he's making progress, but it still seems doubtful that he'll be allowed to play on Sunday night against the Chargers on the road. Rookie Devlin Hodges replaced Rudolph under center against the Ravens and would get the nod this weekend if Rudolph isn't clear. He'd be a desperation low-end QB2 against Los Angeles.

From RotoBaller

Oct 6 5:00pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph was forced from Sunday's game against the Ravens after taking a scary hit to the head. After getting hit, Rudolph laid motionless on the field before eventually being able to walk off under his own power. Prior to the injury, he was 13 of 20 for 131 yards and a touchdown. There's no telling if and how long Rudolph will be out, but in the meantime Devlin Hodges performed admirably in backup duty, going 7 of 9 for 68 yards. If the rookie is forced to start in Week 6 against the Chargers, he shouldn't be considered for fantasy rosters.

From RotoBaller

Oct 4 12:30pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph apologized to wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster for not going to him more in the Week 4 win over the Bengals. Smith-Schuster finished with only three catches for 15 yards, the fewest receiving yards that he's had in a game since he went without a catch in his NFL debut in 2017. Second-year receiver James Washington also had no catches on only one target. Washington, who played with Rudolph at Oklahoma State, has caught three passes for 25 yards since Rudolph took over in Week 2. Offensive coordinator Randy Fitchtner blames Smith-Schuster's toe injury on his disappearing act last Monday. He's expected to play in Week 5 against the Ravens, and Rudolph plans to get Smith-Schuster more involved. Got to get the ball to your best players, and thats something you look forward to every week in the game plan, so its just an emphasis on my end, Rudolph said. Baltimore has the league's 30th-ranked passing defense after four games, so the Steelers may let Rudolph attack them deep down the field. However, Smith-Schuster may be at less than 100 percent with his toe injury and will be shadowed by cornerback Marlon Humphrey. Consider JuJu more of a WR2 moving forward.

From RotoBaller

Sep 30 11:30pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph finished 24 of 28 for 229 yards and two touchdowns in Monday's 27-3 win over Cincinnati. The performance earned Rudolph his first career win. While the stat line looks great, Rudolph relied heavily on check-downs early on in the game; however, his options opened up more as the game went on. Up next for Rudolph and the Steelers, is the Ravens on Sunday afternoon at home. While he won't get the luxury of playing the Bengals every week, if he can continue to avoid mistakes, he will be a solid QB2 most weeks.

From RotoBaller

Sep 27 6:00pm ET

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph gets a favorable matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 4. The Monday night game gives the second-year signal caller a chance to show the home crowd what he's made of. The Bengals have allowed an average of 22.3 fantasypoints per game to quarterbacks thus far, so Rudolph is in a position to have a solid fantasy return. In his first career start last week, he threw for 174 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception. With the Steelers offense struggling, he's a mid-range QB2 moving forward.
