Cleveland Browns QB Baker Mayfield completed 26-of-38 passes for 238 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Week 10 against the Buffalo Bills.

Fantasy Spin: Mayfield was sacked just twice and he managed to record zero total turnovers, his second straight start without an interception after managing 12 picks in his first seven starts. He'll try to keep the streak going in Thursday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 11. Mayfield is still more of a low-end QB2 for most fantasy purposes.

Nov 10 5:30pm ET

Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield completed 26-of-38 passes for 238 yards and two touchdowns in a 19-16 win over the Buffalo Bills in Week 10. That goes down as the first time Mayfield passed for multiple touchdowns all season. He led the Browns to a comeback win when he found Rashard Higgins in the end zone for the go-ahead score with 1:44 left in the game. Mayfield has struggled through much of the season but he should start trending up in fantasy after the solid Week 10 performance. Cleveland will face off against the Pittsburgh Steelers at home in Week 11.

Nov 8 10:20am ET

Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield heads back home to take on a tough Buffalo Bills pass defense in Week 10. Mayfield and the Cleveland offense has been a disappointment this season and things are unlikely to get much better against a Buffalo pass defense that ranks No. 5 overall in DVOA. Mayfield hasn't shown much upside as he has yet to pass for multiple touchdowns in any contest this season. Furthermore, the Bills have proven to be vulnerable on the ground so expect Cleveland to deploy a run-heavy approach, especially if they can take an early lead. Treat Mayfield as a QB2 in fantasy leagues this weekend.

Nov 7 12:40pm ET

Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield thinks the team needs to find more ways to get wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. the ball and to "format things to get him the ball and force feed him early on" in games. Beckham acknowledged recently that his chemistry with Mayfield is still a work-in-progress, and the star wideout is being targeted fewer than ever before in his career. Opposing defenses are double-teaming OBJ more often, which has made it difficult for Mayfield to get his star receiver going. It won't get any easier in Week 10 against the Bills, where stud cornerback Tre'Davious White is expected to shadow Beckham. Fantasy owners are waiting patiently for OBJ to break out in his first year in Cleveland. For now, continue to treat him as a WR2.

Nov 3 9:50pm ET

Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield completed 27-of-42 passes for 273 yards and a touchdown in a 24-19 loss to the Denver Broncos in Week 9. In a sign of the times, that goes into the books as one of his better outings of what has been a disappointing season for the sophomore quarterback. Mayfield has yet to pass for multiple touchdowns in a game while Sunday was the first contest in which he didn't throw an interception this year. Mayfield's poor play has dropped him into low-end QB2 territory in fantasy. That is about where he should be for a home matchup against the Buffalo Bills in Week 10.

Nov 1 12:50pm ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. acknowledged that he and quarterback Baker Mayfield are still developing their in-game chemistry and that it will take time. "That comes from experience, it comes from playing in games together," Beckham said Thursday. "Live bullets are different than when were in practice and you dont have to worry about this or that, its tough to compare." Beckham is still adjusting to Mayfield, who throws a much harder ball than OBJ's former QB, Eli Manning, did. OBJ is tied for 34th in the league with 34 catches and is 23rd with 488 yards so far this year. He's also tied for eighth with four drops and is tied for 12th in the NFL with 57 targets. The most concerning thing is that Beckham has just one touchdown and is rarely targeted in the red zone. The pressure of expectations has gotten to Cleveland in the first half of the year, but Beckham and the Browns offense should improve. The team's No. 1 wideout has a tough draw in the Broncos Defense this Sunday, but Beckham will remain a strong WR2. Buying low on the talented receiver might be a good idea.

Nov 1 11:00am ET

Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield draws a tough road matchup against the Denver Broncos in Week 9. Mayfield hasn't met expectations this season, throwing for just 1,690 yards, six touchdowns, and 12 interceptions through seven games. He has tossed at least one pick in each of his starts while failing to pass for multiple touchdowns in any game. Things won't get much easier for Mayfield against a Denver defense that ranks fifth in the league in pass defense DVOA. The tough matchup and slow start leave Mayfield as a low-end QB2 who should remain on the bench in single-quarterback fantasy leagues this weekend.

Oct 27 9:00pm ET

Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield turned in another lackluster performance in a 27-13 loss to the New England Patriots in Week 8. Mayfield completed 20 of his 31 pass attempts for just 194 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. He also added an 18-yard run in the loss. Mayfield's interception came on an odd play as he attempted a short pitch to Jarvis Landry which went right into a defender's hands for the pick. His touchdown was a pretty, 21-yard completion to Demetrius Harris. All things considered, Mayfield could have been much worse in rainy conditions against one of the best defenses in the league. The Browns travel to Denver to take on the Broncos in Week 9.

Oct 25 6:03pm ET

Cleveland Browns QB Baker Mayfield (hip) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 25, and is not on the injury report for Week 8.

Fantasy Spin: Mayfield has struggled at times this season and will be facing one of the top defenses in the NFL in Week 8. He probably should be avoided in all standard leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 25 11:10am ET

Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield draws a tough road matchup against the undefeated New England Patriots in Week 8. While the Browns will be fresh coming off of their bye, the Patriots have been one of the best defenses in the league this season, both against the run and the pass. Mayfield's struggles in 2019 are well-known, with the sophomore quarterback throwing 11 interceptions to just five touchdowns through six games. Considering the tough matchup and his poor performance to date, consider Mayfield a low-end QB2 in fantasy for Week 8.

From RotoBaller

Oct 24 6:43pm ET

Cleveland Browns QB Baker Mayfield (hip) fully participated in practice Thursday, Oct. 24.

Fantasy Spin: Mayfield has thrown at least one interception in every game this season and has five interceptions in his last two games. He will be facing a tough New England Patriots defense this week and probably should only be an option in two-quarterback leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 24 5:03pm ET

Cleveland Browns S Damarious Randall (hamstring) was unable to practice for a second straight day on Thursday, Oct. 24. OT Kendall Lamm (knee) and DE Myles Garrett (knee) were limited. WR Odell Beckham Jr. (groin), DT Daniel Ekuale (concussion), QB Baker Mayfield (hip), CB Denzel Ward (hamstring) and CB Greedy Williams (hamstring) participated fully in practice.

From TheHuddle

Oct 23 4:43pm ET

Cleveland Browns QB Baker Mayfield (hip) was a full participant in practice Wednesday, Oct. 23.

Fantasy Spin: Mayfield should be clear for Sunday but fantasy managers won't be wanting to start him against the vaunted New England Patriots pass defense.

From TheHuddle

Oct 23 3:13pm ET

Cleveland Browns QB Baker Mayfield (hip) said Wednesday, Oct. 23, his injured hip feels good and he's good to go for the Week 7 game against the New England Patriots Sunday, Oct. 27.

Fantasy Spin: Mayfield never really seemed to be at risk of missing time but it's reassuring he'll be able to get in a week of practices following the team's Week 7 bye. Unfortunately, he has the league's toughest matchup this week against the New England Patriots and should be benched in all formats.

From TheHuddle

Oct 21 11:40am ET

Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield (hip) was able to practice on Monday. Mayfield suffered a bruised hip during his team's Week 6 loss to the Seattle Seahawks but did not miss any offensive snaps. Mayfield should be relatively healthy coming off his Week 7 bye, especially considering his availability to take the field for practice on Monday. The young quarterback can be tentatively expected to be on the field in Week 8 when Cleveland takes on the New England Patriots.

From RotoBaller

Oct 21 11:33am ET

Cleveland Browns QB Baker Mayfield (hip) is practicing Monday, Oct. 21.

Fantasy Spin: He comes off the bye week with a tough matchup against the New England Patriots. He'll be a mid-to-low-end QB1 against a Patriots team that generally feasts on inexperience.

From TheHuddle

Oct 16 8:00pm ET

Cleveland Browns left tackle Greg Robinson has already been benched or is in serious jeopardy of it, according to a league source. There's a decent chance that Robinson will be replaced by someone else when the team returns from their Week 7 bye, possibly by backup Kendall Lamm. The Browns are also contemplating replacing right guard Eric Kush with Wyatt Teller. General manager John Dorsey has also had "a few conversations" about trading for Redskins left tackle Trent Williams, although the Redskins are reluctant to trade him. "I would like Greg to be more consistent," Dorsey said. "Just be more consistent as a football player." Robinson has given up just one sack and two hits, but Cleveland's offensive line as a whole has been one of the worst in the NFL, which hasn't made life easy on quarterback Baker Mayfield.

From RotoBaller

Oct 14 6:33pm ET

Cleveland Browns QB Baker Mayfield (hip) should not miss any practice time after injuring his hip during the Week 6 game, according to head coach Freddie Kitchens.

Fantasy Spin: Mayfield will have the bye week to rest the hip and should be on the field next week. He leads the league in interceptions with 11 and probably should be considered a No. 2 fantasy quarterback for the time being.

From TheHuddle

Oct 13 7:10pm ET

Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield had an up-and-down day in a 32-28 loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 6. Mayfield completed 22 of his 37 passes for 249 yards, one touchdown, and three interceptions while tacking on 35 rushing yards and a touchdown. Mayfield briefly left Sunday's game during the third quarter and was checked for a hip injury but he wound up not missing an offensive snap. He was noticeably limping on the field, however, particularly after completing a two-point conversion pass to Demetrius Harris in the fourth quarter. The Cleveland bye week comes at a good time as they will be idle in Week 7 before a Week 8 showdown with the New England Patriots. Mayfield has struggled this season, throwing an NFL-high 11 interceptions while playing behind one of the league's worst offensive lines.

From RotoBaller

Oct 13 5:53pm ET

Cleveland Browns QB Baker Mayfield completed 22-of-37 passes for 249 yards, one touchdowns and three interceptions in Week 6 against the Seattle Seahawks. He also rushed for 35 yards and a score.

Fantasy Spin: Mayfield is making too many mistakes, as that's now just five touchdowns and 11 interceptions through six outings, including at least one pick in each of the contests. Fantasy owners cannot trust him right now, as he is doing more bad than good. Perhaps he'll use the bye in Week 7 to try and right the ship.
