Los Angeles Chargers tight end Hunter Henry (knee) said he's feeling good after missing the entire 2018 regular season after tearing his ACL last May. I'm pretty much full-go, Henry explained. Everything feels good. It still gets sore every once in a while, but it's nothing too bad. It's nothing that's crazy. It's just a workout soreness. The tight end worked with the other players during workouts on Monday and should be fully ready for Week 1. The 24-year-old should be the team's top pass-catching tight end in 2019 after he caught 45 passes for 579 yards and four touchdowns in 14 games in 2017. Henry has the chance to be a high-end TE1 if he stays healthy.

Mar 21 9:23pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers TE Hunter Henry (knee) is expected to be ready for the start of OTAs, according to general manager Tom Telesco.

Fantasy Spin: Assuming he doesn't suffer any setbacks, Henry should open the year as the starting tight end for the Chargers and a low-end TE1 candidate for fantasy owners.

Jan 26 1:33pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers TE Hunter Henry (knee) said he still has not fully recovered from his torn anterior cruciate ligament and will take the next few months to continue his rehab.

Fantasy Spin: Henry will be the team's starting tight end next season and should be ready for the start of training camp. He has a chance to be a low-end No. 1 or a No. 2 tight end in fantasy leagues in 2019.

Jan 13 12:40pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Hunter Henry (knee) is active for the divisional round against the Patriots on Sunday. Henry tore his ACL last spring and missed all of the 2018 regular season, so this will be his first game active. While he could be an option on third downs and in the red zone, Henry's snaps are likely to be limited, making him an extremely risky DFS play. His return also hurts the already low ceiling of veteran Antonio Gates.

Los Angeles Chargers TE Hunter Henry (knee) is active for the team's Divisional Round playoff game versus the New England Patriots Sunday, Jan. 13.

Jan 13 9:33am ET

The Los Angeles Chargers are hopeful that TE Hunter Henry (knee) will be able to play in the Divisional Round playoff game versus the New England Patriots Sunday, Jan. 13, according to a source.

Fantasy Spin: Henry was a full participant in all three of the team's practice sessions during the week and was listed as questionable on the injury report. He should receive a decent number of targets against the Patriots but should still be viewed as a risky fantasy option because he hasn't played all season.

Jan 11 4:53pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers TE Hunter Henry (knee) fully participated in practice Friday, Jan. 11, but is listed as questionable for the Divisional Round playoff game.

Fantasy Spin: Henry appears to be on track to make his season debut against the New England Patriots. He could see some targets in the passing game but probably will be too risky for owners to consider for their starting lineups.

Jan 11 3:00pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Hunter Henry (knee) is listed as questionable for the divisional round on Sunday against the Patriots despite practicing in full all week. The Chargers are understandably being cautious with a player that torn his ACL last spring and didn't play at all in the regular season. Even if Henry is active, he's likely to be on a snap count and is too risky to use in fantasy. Veteran Antonio Gates will be the primary pass-catching tight end if Henry remains out.

Jan 10 5:53pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers TE Hunter Henry (knee) fully participated in practice Thursday, Jan. 10.

Fantasy Spin: Henry should receive some targets this weekend but is a risky fantasy option since he has not played at all this season. He could be a low-end No. 1 tight end or flex option in some leagues but is not a must-start option.

Jan 9 6:20pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Hunter Henry (knee) is practicing in full on Wednesday. Henry was activated from the Physically Unable to Perform list after tearing his ACL last spring, but he looks to be on track to make his season debut in the divisional round against the Patriots. He has plenty of pass-catching upside but is likely to be limited in his first game back, making him an extremely risky DFS gamble this weekend. His presence is bad news for veteran Antonio Gates.

Jan 9 5:53pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers TE Hunter Henry (knee) participated fully in practice Wednesday, Jan. 9.

Fantasy Spin: He's back and just in time. The Chargers need every weapon they have versus the defending AFC champion New England Patriots. Henry is a real problem the closer the Chargers get to the end zone, so expect Philip Rivers to look his way there.

Jan 7 2:40pm ET

The Los Angeles Chargers activated tight end Hunter Henry (knee) from the Physically Unable to Perform list on Monday, and he's eligible to play in the divisional round against the Patriots on Sunday. Henry tore the ACL in his right knee in May and hasn't played at all this year, making it unlikely that he'll have much of an impact in fantasy if he's active at all the rest of the postseason. He was third on the team in catches (45) and receiving yards (579) in 2017. Henry is likely to only be a weapon on third downs and in the red zone if he plays this weekend. Linebacker Jatavis Brown (ankle) was put on Injured Reserve in a corresponding move.

Jan 7 1:53pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers TE Hunter Henry (knee) was activated to the 53-man roster from the Physically Unable to Perform list Monday, Jan. 7. LB Jatavis Brown (ankle) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list to make room for Henry on the roster.

Fantasy Spin: Although he returned to practice Dec. 17, head coach Anthony Lynn recently cautioned Henry would likely be on some sort of pitch count if he returned, so owners probably need to contain their optimism regarding him until next season. Nevertheless, his speedy recovery from ACL surgery in May has been impressive and a great sign he will not be limited because of the injury in 2019. Assuming he gets out of this postseason unscathed, he will be firmly on the TE1 radar.

Jan 6 4:33pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers TE Hunter Henry (knee) is expected to be activated from the Reserve/Injured list Monday, Jan. 7, with the Chargers advancing to the Divisional Round of the playoffs.

Fantasy Spin: Henry has missed the entire 2018 season because of a torn anterior cruciate ligament, so it is not known how much he will be used in the passing game. He will be a risky option for owners and probably can be avoided if better options are available.

Jan 6 12:10pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Hunter Henry (knee) is likely to be activated from the Physically Unable to Perform list before the final deadline on Monday if the Chargers advance to the divisional round. "He's doing really well, but after conversations with our medical people, the decision was made to hold him out and it's just week-to-week from here," Chargers general manager Tom Telesco told NFL.com on Saturday night. Henry tore his ACL last spring and hasn't played at all in 2018, but he caught 45 passes for 579 yards last year and can be a weapon in the passing game when healthy. However, he's likely to have his snaps limited if the Chargers advance and he's active for the divisional round, making him too risky of a fantasy pick.

From RotoBaller

Jan 5 6:13pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers TE Hunter Henry (knee) will miss the Wild Card playoff game, but the Chargers would have to make a decision on Henry's status by Monday, Jan. 7, if they advance to the Divisional Round playoff game.

Fantasy Spin: Henry has been practicing over the last few weeks and could be added to the 53-man roster next week if the Chargers win this weekend. He has missed the entire season because of a torn anterior cruciate ligament and would be a risky fantasy option if he plays.

Jan 5 4:40pm ET

The Los Angeles Chargers won't activate tight end Hunter Henry (knee) from the Physically Unable to Perform list on Saturday, so he won't play in the wild-card game against the Ravens on Sunday. Henry could play in the divisional round if the Bolts advance, but even then he'd likely be on a snap count after missing the entire 2018 season. Veteran Antonio Gates will continue to be the team's main pass-catching tight end, but he's unlikely to put up big numbers for fantasy owners.

From RotoBaller

Jan 5 4:13pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers TE Hunter Henry (knee) will not be activated from the Phyiscally-Unable-to-Perform (PUP) list on Saturday, Jan. 5, so he will not play in the AFC Wild-Card Game on Sunday, Jan. 6 against the Baltimore Ravens.

Fantasy Spin: Henry could still potentially return down the road if the Chargers are able to survive and advance, but fantasy owners playing in postseason leagues and DFS players can steer clear of him this weekend.

Jan 2 3:43pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers TE Hunter Henry's (knee) status for this weekend is unclear at this point as head coach Anthony Lynn has yet to decide whether to make Henry active. If he is active then he will be on a snap count.

Fantasy Spin: Henry being active would be big for the Chargers, even if he's on a snap count. He's one of the best red-zone threats in the league when he's full go and has to be viewed as a TE1 going into the 2019 season.

Jan 2 3:30pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers head coach Anthony Lynn said a decision has not been made on whether tight end Hunter Henry (knee) will play in the wild-card game against the Ravens on Sunday. If Henry does play, he will be on a pitch count after not playing at all in 2018. That means that even if Henry is active, he'll likely only be an option in the red zone for the Chargers and will be too risky to use in DFS games.
