Player Notes
Nov 10 6:50pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Auden Tate recorded three receptions for 36 yards during the loss to Baltimore on Sunday. Tate received the second-most looks (six) from quarterback Ryan Finley, who was making the first start of his career. While it was encouraging that the 22-year-old was still semi-involved, it was a step in the wrong direction after averaging 10 targets in his previous three outings coming into this one. Tate is still an acceptable streaming option moving forward, but mostly in deeper formats, at least until he builds a better rapport with Finley.

From RotoBaller

Nov 10 4:43pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR Auden Tate posted three receptions for 36 yards on six targets in Week 10 against the Baltimore Ravens.

Fantasy Spin: Tate has three or more grabs in six straight outings while posting 50 or more receiving yards in five of the past six. He has emerged as a respectable WR5 in PPR fantasy play, with lesser appeal in standard leagues. The Bengals travel to meet the Raiders in Week 11.

From TheHuddle

Nov 9 2:40am ET

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Auden Tate will continue to benefit from the absence of A.J. Green (ankle) in Week 10. Though Tyler Boyd is still the official No. 1 wideout on the team's depth chart, Tate will surely pose a threat for attention from new quarterback Ryan Finley. The 22-year-old is averaging just over eight targets over the last five games, and despite the tough task ahead against Baltimore, he should continue to be involved, making him a sufficient streaming option in deeper leagues, especially those in PPR formats.

From RotoBaller

Oct 27 5:53pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR Auden Tate posted five grabs for 65 yards on 13 targets in Week 8 against the Los Angeles Rams.

Fantasy Spin: Tate has 65 or more yards in each of the past three outings, and he has averaged 10.0 targets per game during that span. He is worth a look as a low-end WR4 or flex fantasy league in 12 or more teams. However, the Bengals are off in Week 9.

From TheHuddle

Oct 27 5:40pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Auden Tate had five catches for 65 yards in the loss to the Rams. Despite getting 13 looks from quarterback Andy Dalton, Tate wasn't able to make the most out of it as Alex Erickson led the way with 97 yards on nearly half the targets. With A.J. Green (ankle) expected back against the Ravens in Week 10, Tate is worth a stash, however, at least until his role is more clearly defined moving forward.

From RotoBaller

Oct 26 1:10am ET

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Auden Tate will look to get back on track against the Rams on Sunday. After receiving 11 targets against Baltimore, Tate finished with just three receptions (six targets) for 65 yards against Jacksonville in Week 7. With A.J. Green (ankle) out once again, the 22-year-old should get his looks from quarterback Andy Dalton, but how many targets he will yield to Alex Erickson will continue to be a mystery. Tate does have value in Week 8 and is worth a start, but only in deeper formats.

From RotoBaller

Oct 21 12:30pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Auden Tate finished with three catches (six targets) for 65 yards against Jacksonville in Week 7. After getting 11 looks from quarterback Andy Dalton against the Ravens in Week 6, Tate's production was yielded by Alex Erickson, who hauled in eight receptions for 137 yards on the day. With A.J. Green (ankle) expected to return soon, Tate will likely be relegated to backing up Green and Tyler Boyd moving forward. Keep an eye on Green's status for Week 8 and plan accordingly.

From RotoBaller

Oct 20 6:13pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR Auden Tate posted three catches for 65 yards on six targets in Week 7 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Fantasy Spin: Tate has three or more catches in five straight outings to outings to endear himself to those in deeper PPR fantasy leagues, but he isn't a great play in standard leagues. The Bengals meet the Rams in Week 8 over in London.

From TheHuddle

Oct 19 5:50am ET

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Auden Tate will remain as the team's No. 2 option for Sunday's matchup against Jacksonville. With A.J. Green (ankle) still not ready to return, Tate will continue to receive a favorable amount of looks from quarterback Andy Dalton in Week 7. The 22-year-old was targeted 11 times against the Ravens in Week 6, and despite Dalton playing behind a horrendous offensive line, expect Boyd to produce something against a Jaguars Defense that no longer has Jalen Ramsey. The upside is there, especially in deeper formats.

From RotoBaller

Oct 13 6:33pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR Auden Tate finished with five catches for 91 yards on 12 targets in Week 6 against the Baltimore Ravens, leading the team in receiving for the third time in the past four games.

Fantasy Spin: Tate has emerged as a decent WR5 or flex fantasy option in leagues of 12 or more teams, although some touchdowns would be nice. The Bengals host the Jaguars in Week 7.

From TheHuddle

Oct 13 5:30pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Auden Tate led the way offensively in the loss to Baltimore, finishing with five receptions for 91 yards on a game-high 12 targets. With Joe Mixon and Tyler Boyd unable to get anything going, Tate was the only bright spot offensively for the Bengals on the day. However, with veteran A.J. Green (ankle) expected to return within the next week or so, time is running out for fantasy managers to get value out of him as a credible streaming option. Keep an eye on Green's status for Week 7 against Jacksonville and take it from there.

From RotoBaller

Oct 11 8:30am ET

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Auden Tate will serve as the No. 2 option once again for Andy Dalton against the Ravens. While Tyler Boyd virtually monopolized the target share in Week 5 against the Cardinals, Tate was still semi-involved by compiling three receptions for 26 yards and a score. With six targets against Arizona, Tate should get a few more looks from Dalton in Week 6, while also seeing an uptick in receiving yards. He is worth a start in deeper formats to get fantasy managers through the largest bye week of the season thus far.

From RotoBaller

Oct 6 10:00pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Auden Tate had three catches for 26 yards and a touchdown during the loss to the Cardinals on Sunday. While he caught just half of the looks from quarterback Andy Dalton, he redeemed himself by finding the end zone late in the fourth quarter. He will likely have a few more decent performances left until A.J. Green (ankle) makes his way back into the starting lineup.

From RotoBaller

Oct 6 5:03pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR Auden Tate posted three grabs for 26 yards and a touchdown on six targets in Week 5 against the Arizona Cardinals.

Fantasy Spin: Tate led the team in receiving yardage the past two games, but this was the Tyler Boyd show against the Cards. Despite the increase in usage in recent weeks, Tate remains nothing more than a low-end WR4 in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams heading into Week 6 at Baltimore.

From TheHuddle

Oct 5 9:53am ET

Cincinnati Bengals WRs Auden Tate and Alex Erickson will join WR Tyler Boyd as the starting receivers for the Week 5 game.

Fantasy Spin: Tate has posted solid numbers over the last two weeks and could be a possible flex option in deeper leagues. Erickson has posted only six receptions and 55 yards in the first four games and can be avoided in fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 3 5:00pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Auden Tate was targeted six times against the Steelers in Week 4, finishing with four receptions for a team-high 50 yards. With John Ross III (shoulder) and A.J. Green (ankle) out of the equation against Arizona, the sophomore should get plenty of looks from quarterback Andy Dalton against a weak Cardinals Defense. He has a way to go before he is relevant from a fantasy standpoint, but he could serve as a reliable streaming option in Week 5 for the managers looking to fill the void left by Ross' untimely ailment.

From RotoBaller

Oct 1 12:23am ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR Auden Tate absorbed four of his six targets for 50 yards in Week 4 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Fantasy Spin: Tate has stepped up his game with 10 grabs for 138 yards and 16 targets over the past two games, emerging as at least a WR5 in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams. The Bengals host the Cardinals in Week 5.

From TheHuddle

Oct 1 12:10am ET

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Auden Tate looked good in the Week 4 loss to the Steelers, but quarterbackAndy Dalton simply couldn't get the ball to him consistently. Dalton struggled behind a makeshift offensive line, connecting with Tate four times off of six targets for 50 yards. The Florida State product heads into Week 5 with a great matchup against the Arizona Cardinals, a defense still missing shutdown cornerback Patrick Peterson due to suspension. Tate could be Cincy's No. 2 receiver behind Tyler Boyd next week if John Ross' (shoulder) injury causes him to miss time.

From RotoBaller

Sep 22 9:13pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR Auden Tate caught six of his 10 targets for a game-high 88 yards in a 21-17 loss to the Buffalo Bills in Week 3.

From TheHuddle

Sep 13 4:43pm ET

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (ankle) and OT Cordy Glenn (concussion) were unable to practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 2 against the San Francisco 49ers. RB Joe Mixon (ankle) was upgraded to a limited practice Friday, Sept. 13, and is listed as questionable. S Clayton Fejedelem (ankle) and RB Trayveon Williams (ankle) were limited in practice all week and are also listed as questionable. TE Tyler Eifert, S Jessie Bates (wrist) and WR Auden Tate (knee) fully participated in practice Friday and have been removed from the injury report.
