Player Notes
Dec 29 9:43pm ET

Arizona Cardinals QB Kyler Murray completed 26 of his 42 passes for 325 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions and failed to gain a yard on two carries while losing a pair of fumbles in a 31-24 loss to the Los Angeles Rams in Week 17. RB Kenyan Drake rushed 12 times for 60 yards and a touchdown and caught three of his four targets for 23 yards, and WR Christian Kirk caught seven of his 10 targets for 60 yards and carried once for six yards. WR Larry Fitzgerald caught four of his seven targets for 45 yards, WR Damiere Byrd caught seven of his eight targets for 74 yards and a touchdown, and TE Dan Arnold caught four of his six targets for 76 yards and a score. S Budda Baker logged 13 tackles, including eight solo stops, and half a sack, and LB Jordan Hicks finished with 13 tackles.

Dec 29 9:40pm ET

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Christian Kirk ended his season on a stronger note with seven catches for 60 yards in Week 17. Kirk showed some flashes in his second year with 68 catches for 709 yards and three touchdowns. An ankle injury cost him three games or he could have flirted with 1,000 yards. He's an up-and-comer, and he'll have some upside in next year's drafts if the team can supplement the offense. Kirk will be a WR4 or a low-end WR3 in fantasy drafts next season.

Dec 28 12:50am ET

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Christian Kirk has had an up-and-down season. Last week was a downer as he didn't catch a pass. The last time he faced the Los Angeles Rams, he had just three catches for 23 yards. Also, quarterback Kyler Murray (hamstring) is very questionable this weekend. There is too much bad mojo for Kirk as a flex option this week.

From RotoBaller

Dec 24 5:50pm ET

Los Angeles Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey (knee) has been ruled out for Week 17 against the Cardinals. Ramsey suffered a knee injury in the Week 16 game against the 49ers last weekend, and it makes no sense for the team to push him after the Rams were eliminated from postseason contention. Head coach Sean McVay said Ramsey has a Grade 2 sprain of his LCL. He should recover in four to six weeks and isn't expected to need surgery. Ramsey will finish 2019 with 33 tackles, one interception and a forced fumble in nine games with the Rams after being traded from Jacksonville. His absence on Sunday will be good news for Cardinals receiver Christian Kirk, who will be a boom/bust WR3.

Dec 22 9:53pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk went without a catch on five targets in Week 16 against the Seattle Seahawks while running twice for nine yards.

Fantasy Spin: Kirk lost Kyler Murray under center in the second half, but he was struggling all game for whatever reason. He will look to bounce back in Week 17 in the season finale against the Los Angeles Rams, but this was a tough pill to swallow for fantasy owners trusting Kirk in their championship games.

From TheHuddle

Dec 22 8:30pm ET

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Christian Kirk didn't register a catch on five targets in Week 16 against the Seattle Seahawks. The passing game was grounded for much of the game, and Kirk wasn't able to break free. He'll remain a flex candidate against the Los Angeles Rams next week, but he may have quarterback Brett Hundley throwing to him. That would be a downgrade if Kyler Murray (hamstring) can't suit up.

Dec 22 3:20pm ET

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Christian Kirk (ankle) is officially active for Week 16 against the Seahawks. Kirk was expected to play coming into this one. The second-year wideout hasn't really done much other than a three-touchdown performance against the Buccaneers, but he's still the most attractive Arizona receiver as a boom-or-bust WR3. Veteran Larry Fitzgerald will be the No. 2 pass-catcher in the team's second meeting with Seattle. Kirk had just four catches for 37 yards against the Seahawks back on Sept. 29.

From RotoBaller

Dec 22 3:13pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk (ankle) is officially active for the team's Week 16 game.

Fantasy Spin: Kirk has been inconsistent during the second half of the season but will continue to be the main target in the passing game. He can be a No. 3 receiver or a flex option in fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Dec 22 10:10am ET

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Christian Kirk (ankle) is expected to play on Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks. There's some intrigue to Kirk in this matchup as the Seahawks secondary hasn't been as dominant as they have in past seasons, but Kirk's 2019 campaign has featured a lot of inconsistent play from the second-year wideout. Consider him a WR3 in this matchup.

From RotoBaller

Dec 22 8:53am ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk (ankle) is expected to play in Week 16's game against the Seattle Seahawks, according to a source.

Fantasy Spin: Kirk had been listed as questionable on the injury report after participating in two out of the team's three practice sessions during the week on a limited basis. Assuming he is active for the game, he can be used as a flex option unless fantasy owners have better alternatives on their roster.

From TheHuddle

Dec 21 4:13pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk (ankle) will be a game-time decision for the team's Week 16 game.

Fantasy Spin: Fantasy players will need to check the inactive list to see if Kirk will be able to play. He could be a flex option if he is active for the game, but players can keep him on the bench if they have better options.

From TheHuddle

Dec 20 7:23pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk (ankle) was limited during practice Friday, Dec. 20, and is listed as questionable for Week 16.

Fantasy Spin: Kirk appears to have a chance to play this week, but fantasy players will need to check the inactive list for his official status. He has been on a bit of a cold streak over the last month but can still be a starting option in fantasy leagues if he plays.

From TheHuddle

Dec 20 4:20pm ET

Arizona Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury said that wide receiver Christian Kirk (ankle) will be a game-time decision in Week 16 against the Seahawks. This makes things complicated, since the Cardinals play a late-afternoon tilt this weekend. If Kirk is inactive, Larry Fitzgerald will have WR3 upside in a solid matchup. He caught all five of his targets for 47 yards in the first meeting with the Seahawks on Sept. 29. If active, Kirk is the most attractive of Arizona's pass-catchers as a solid WR3. None of Damiere Byrd, Andy Isabella, Pharoh Cooper or Trent Sherfield are start-worthy in standard-sized leagues, even if Kirk is ultimately ruled out.

From RotoBaller

Dec 19 7:43pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk (ankle) was upgraded from a non-participant to full at practice Thursday, Dec. 19.

Fantasy Spin: Kirk hasn't scored since his breakout three-touchdown game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 10. He has seen at least five targets in each game since and can be used as a flex play in a quality matchup against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 16.

From TheHuddle

Dec 19 7:40pm ET

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Christian Kirk (ankle) returned to a limited practice on Thursday after being held out on Wednesday. The Cardinals were likely just resting Kirk on Wednesday with only two games remaining in the season. Kirk has mostly been quiet this year with two 100-yard games and three touchdowns (all in one game against the Buccaneers), but he's still the most attractive Arizona pass-catcher and should make for an acceptable WR3 this weekend against the Seahawks. Kirk had four catches on five targets for 37 yards in the first meeting with Seattle back on Sept. 29.

From RotoBaller

Dec 18 8:50pm ET

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Christian Kirk (ankle) did not take part in practice on Wednesday. Kirk should be able to play in Week 16 against the Seahawks, but his status shouldn't be taken for granted. He'll need to get in at least a limited session either Thursday or Friday to have a shot at suiting up on Sunday. Kirk has been pretty hit or miss this year for the Cardinals, and all three of his touchdowns came in one game on Nov. 10 against the Buccaneers. He had four catches for 37 yards in the first meeting with Seattle back on Sept. 29. Kirk is a boom-or-bust WR3 with WR2 upside for fantasy owners in championship tilts this weekend if he plays. If he sits out, Larry Fitzgerald and Damiere Byrd should see more targets.

From RotoBaller

Dec 18 8:13pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk (ankle) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 18.

Fantasy Spin: Fantasy players should check on Kirk's status later in the week. Kirk has been on a cold streak over the last month with three games of under 45 yards during that span. He is still the main option in the passing game for the Cardinals and can be a flex option in some leagues.

From TheHuddle

Dec 15 11:43pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk caught four of his five targets for 34 yards and added a 28-yard run in a 38-24 win over the Cleveland Browns in Week 15.

Fantasy Spin: Kirk has had a steady role in the passing game this year, but his production has fluctuated wildly. Fantasy owners may want to temper expectations for Kirk in Week 16 when he faces a Seattle Seahawks defense that held him to 43 total yards earlier this season.

From TheHuddle

Dec 15 9:10pm ET

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Christian Kirk caught four balls for 33 yards in Week 15 against the Cleveland Browns. He also had a 28-yard rush. The entire passing attack was pretty quiet while running back Kenyan Drake scored four times on the ground. Kirk has the most upside of all the receivers, and he'll be a flex option against the Seattle Seahawks next week.

From RotoBaller

Dec 13 8:23pm ET

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk (ankle) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 13, and is not on the injury report for Week 15.

Fantasy Spin: Kirk has been the main option in the passing game for the Cardinals for most of the season and should receive a solid amount of targets this week. He can be a No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues.
