Oct 13 8:00pm ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones had a solid bounce-back game in Week 6, catching eight passes for 108 yards against the Cardinals. Given the favorable matchup and his underwhelming outputs the previous two weeks, Jones's 108 yards without a score in Week 6 might not fully please his owners, but it was a solid day nonetheless, especially in PPR. The Falcons' passing game has been electric all year and quarterback Matt Ryan hasn't been force-feeding Jones by any means. Tight end Austin Hooper has taken a big step forward with his role in the passing game and led all Falcons with 117 receiving yards in Week 6. Jones and the Falcons are now 1-5 after their loss to the Cardinals and will host the Rams in Week 7.

Oct 13 7:30pm ET

Falcons' WR Julio Jones had 8 receptions for 108 yards but no touchdowns in Sunday's loss in Arizona.

Oct 11 7:43pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Julio Jones (hip) was limited during practice Friday, Oct. 11, but is not on the injury report for Week 6.

Fantasy Spin: Jones should receive his normal workload this week despite the injury and is a must-start option in all fantasy leagues.

From TheHuddle

Oct 11 5:33pm ET

Atlanta Falcons CB Desmond Trufant (toe), P Matt Wile (quad) and CB Blidi Wreh-Wilson (groin) were unable to practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 6 versus the Arizona Cardinals. S Ricardo Allen (knee) and WR Julio Jones (hip) remained a limited in practice Friday, Oct. 11, but did not appear on the injury report. RB Kenjon Barner (knee), OG Jamon Brown (concussion), WR Russell Gage Jr. (hip), S Damontae Kazee (concussion) and C Alex Mack (elbow) fully participated in practice Friday and have also been removed from the injury report.

From TheHuddle

Oct 11 10:20am ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones (hip) sat out Wednesday's practice and was limited on Thursday, but there's little indication that his availability for Sunday's game against the Cardinals is in question at this point. Jones has been a bit underwhelming the past two weeks, totaling seven catches for 94 yards, but this week's matchup against a dreadful Cardinals secondary that is lacking star cornerback Patrick Peterson should help turn things around. The Falcons should be throwing the ball a lot on Sunday, so expect Jones to catch at least five or six passes for around 100 yards or more with a good chance to score.

From RotoBaller

Oct 10 10:00pm ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones (hip) was limited in practice on Thursday after sitting out on Wednesday. The veteran is often listed with some time of injury as the season wears on, but he usually plays through it and remains productive. Jones has been uncharacteristically quiet in recent weeks, but he's set up perfectly for a breakthrough in Week 6 against a Cardinals Defense that's still missing shutdown cornerback Patrick Peterson. Jones is a top-three fantasy wideout this weekend and should be a no-brainer must-start.

From RotoBaller

Oct 10 7:43pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Julio Jones (hip) was upgraded to a limited participant in practice Thursday, Oct. 10.

Fantasy Spin: Jones doesn't need to practice much throughout the week in order to be full-go come Sunday. He remains a top-end WR1 with a tantalizing Week 6 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals' porous secondary.

From TheHuddle

Oct 9 8:50pm ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones (hip) did not practice on Wednesday. After posting two 100-yard games and scoring four times in the first three weeks, Jones has gone quiet with seven catches for 92 scoreless yards the last two games. Week 6 against the Cardinals is a potential breakout game for the entire Falcons offense, but Jones' status must be monitored this week. He's a must-start WR1 if he's active. If Jones is inactive against Arizona, Calvin Ridley, Mohamed Sanu and tight end Austin Hooper would be the top passing targets for quarterback Matt Ryan.

From RotoBaller

Oct 9 8:33pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Julio Jones (hip) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Oct. 9.

Fantasy Spin: Fantasy players will need to monitor the situation to see if Jones is in any danger of missing the game. He remains one of the better receivers in the NFL and should be a weekly starting option.

From TheHuddle

Oct 7 1:23am ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Julio Jones was limited to three catches on seven targets for 42 yards in Week 5 versus the Houston Texans.

Fantasy Spin: Jones started the season out on fire averaging 88.3 receiving yards while scoring four touchdowns over his first three games, but he's been limited to a total of 94 scoreless yards in losses to the Tennessee Titans and Texans. Things should pick up again in the near future for the all-world talent, perhaps as soon as Week 6 when the Falcons face the Patrick Peterson-less Arizona Cardinals secondary. It's a juicy enough matchup that DFS players should be willing to pay up for his services.

From TheHuddle

Oct 6 8:10pm ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones finished Week 5 with a disappointing line, catching just three of his seven targets for 42 yards. Matt Ryan threw for 330 yards in the game and the team scored a total of four touchdowns, but Jones was far from center stage in the offensive outburst. Calvin Ridley led the team in receiving yards and Jones had fewer receptions than a total of five Falcons in the game, including both of the team's top running backs. That's two straight underwhelming weeks for Jones. Expect for him to get back on track in Week 6 against the Cardinals.

From RotoBaller

Oct 3 2:30pm ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones played an uncharacteristic supporting role in the team's offense in Week 4. Despite Matt Ryan throwing for 397 passing yards, Jones caught just four passes for 52 yards. It was instead Austin Hooper and Mohamed Sanu who carried the passing game. Expect things to return back to a more normal yardage distribution this week. The Falcons are 1-3 and desperately need a win in Houston this week. Jones should be peppered with targets all day from Ryan, giving him the chance for about eight catches and over 100 yards with a good chance to score.

From RotoBaller

Sep 29 6:33pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Julio Jones caught four passes for 52 yards against the Tennessee Titans in Week 4. He was targeted seven times during the game.

Fantasy Spin: Jones had a disappointing game this week after back-to-back 100-yard performances but still received a lot of targets in the passing game. He remains one of the best receivers in the NFL and should be a weekly starting option in all leagues.

From TheHuddle

Sep 29 5:00pm ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones had a relatively quiet outing by his standards in Week 4, catching four of his seven targets for 52 yards. He was held without a touchdown for the first time this year. The Falcons only managed 10 points in the game, despite quarterback Matt Ryan throwing for nearly 400 yards. Jones will look to bounce back next week on the road against the Texans, who have been a favorable matchup against wide receivers so far this year.

From RotoBaller

Sep 27 9:30am ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones has four touchdowns through three games and is on pace to absolutely shatter his career-high touchdown total of ten from 2012. That was the only season he's reached double-digit touchdowns in his career. Of course it's difficult to expect Jones to score every single week and continue this pace, but fantasy owners have to be thrilled with the type of usage they've seen from Jones so far this year. He's basically a shoe-in for 8+ targets each week, with double-digit targets most weeks. He'll have a good chance to top 100 yards at home against the Titans this week as the Falcons look to even their record at 2-2.

From RotoBaller

Sep 24 1:00pm ET

Falcons' WR Julio Jones scored 26.80 fantasy points in Sunday's Week 3 loss in Indianapolis. Jones caught eight passes for 128 yards with one touchdown.

Sep 22 5:53pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Julio Jones registered eight receptions for 128 yards and a touchdown with nine targets in Week 3 against the Indianapolis Colts.

Fantasy Spin: Jones has found the end zone at least once in each of his first three games, totaling four scores. He also has at least five receptions in each outing, including 100-yard games in each of the past two. He'll look to continue the good work in Week 4 against the Titans.

From TheHuddle

Sep 22 5:10pm ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones had eight receptions (nine targets) for 128 yards and a touchdown against the Colts in Week 3. After catching 11 passes and racking up three trips to the end zone coming into this one, Jones caught a 10-yard pass from quarterback Matt Ryan late in the game for his fourth score of the year. He will look to keep it going against the Titans in Week 4. Obviously, keep him starting in all fantasy formats.

From RotoBaller

Sep 22 4:30pm ET

Falcons' WR Julio Jones had 8 receptions for 128 yards with one touchdown in Sunday's loss in Indianapolis. It was Jones's 2nd consecutive 100+ yard receiving game. He has averaged 7 catches with 117 receiving yards in those games.

Sep 19 10:10am ET

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones has three touchdowns through two games and has been peppered with targets as usual from quarterback Matt Ryan so far this year. He should keep his strong start going this week against the Colts. The Falcons have one of the top passing offenses in the league and they're yet to find any life in their running game, which gives their passing offense more opportunities for production. Jones should see double-digit targets for the third straight game this week, giving him a great opportunity to reach 100 yards and a touchdown.
