Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo remained in concussion protocol on Friday, two days before the team visits the Los Angeles Chargers.
Garoppolo was listed as questionable on the team's injury report on Friday after being a limited practice participant for the second straight day.
Las Vegas coach Josh McDaniels said the decision is up to doctors and the team's medical staff.
"We're at the mercy of all the testing and the rest of it," McDaniels said during his press conference. "So he will go through the normal set of tests and we'll see if he clears."
Garoppolo was in no danger at practice because it was non-contact for quarterbacks, McDaniels said.
When pressed if the decision will be made Saturday or Sunday, McDaniels said, "It's out of our hands at this point until the medical people tell us what it is and what it isn't."
Garoppolo sustained the concussion during a 23-18 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers last Sunday.
Garoppolo is in his first season as Las Vegas quarterback after the organization moved on from Derek Carr.
His play has been shaky through three games. Garoppolo has thrown a league-worst six interceptions in just 94 pass attempts while throwing for 709 yards and five touchdowns.
Also, Las Vegas linebacker Curtis Bolton (knee) was ruled out on Friday. Defensive end Maxx Crosby (knee) was listed as questionable, as were cornerback Nate Hobbs (ankle), defensive end Malcolm Koonce (groin) and safety Roderic Teamer (Achilles).
Carolina Panthers tight end Hayden Hurst has become an afterthought in his team's offense after a solid Week 1, drawing just six targets over his past two games. Hurst will look to get things going again in Week 4's home matchup against the Minnesota Vikings. Minnesota has been a decent matchup for tight ends through three weeks, allowing the 11th-most fantasy points per game to the position. Hurst remains a risky play thanks to his lack of involvement in the offense of late, leaving him as a low-end TE2 in Week 4.

Carolina Panthers kicker Eddy Pineiro made two of his three field goals and added three extra points in his team's Week 3 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Pineiro will now take on the Minnesota Vikings at home in Bank of America Stadium in Week 4. The Vikings have been solid against kickers this season, allowing just the 17th-most fantasy points per game to the position. Pineiro has made six of seven field goals on the year, including two from 50+ yards, but the Carolina offense isn't moving the ball into scoring position frequently enough to trust him as a fantasy starter this weekend.

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Adam Thielen turned in a huge performance in a Week 3 loss to the Seattle Seahawks, finishing with 11 catches for 145 yards and a touchdown on 14 targets. He will look for more success in Week 4 when he takes on the Minnesota Vikings at home. The Vikings have been a dream matchup for receivers through the first three games of the season, allowing the third-most fantasy points per game. Thielen could also be forced into a larger role as Jonathan Mingo (concussion) was limited all week and is questionable for Sunday's game. Fantasy managers can trust Thielen as a quality WR3 heading into Week 4.
From RotoBaller
Carolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard was quiet in Week 3, seeing just one carry and three targets in a loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Hubbard will look to bounce back in Week 4's home matchup against the Minnesota Vikings. While struggling against the pass, Minnesota's defense has been effective against the run through the first three weeks, allowing the 22nd-most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs. That being said, Miles Sanders (groin) missed practice on Friday after getting in limited sessions on Wednesday and Thursday. A late-week downgrade is never great news, so Hubbard could be the Panthers' starter on Sunday if Sanders isn't ready to go. Treat Hubbard as a solid RB3 if Sanders is inactive in Week 4.

Los Angeles Rams kicker Brett Maher is locked in as a top-five option at the position. Maher has hit three field goals in each of his first three games of the season and is connecting on them. The 33-year-old has made nine of 11 field goal attempts and is five-of-five on extra point tries. Maher is a must-start going forward and will continue to get these opportunities, considering how great the Rams have been at getting down the field at will. He is a great play and should not be on any waiver wires, as he faces the Indianapolis Colts in Week 4.
From RotoBaller
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson put together his best game of the season in Week 3, as he hauled in a 46-yard deep ball from Matthew Stafford. This was Jefferson's only catch of the game and one of just three targets, despite playing 93% of all offensive snaps. The 27-year-old receiver has been out-targeted by four different Rams through the first three games, making it clear that he's not someone Stafford is looking for often. Jefferson should be approached as a low-end WR4 at best, and a DFS dart throw in the team's Week 4 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts.

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Tutu Atwell has established himself as a go-to target for Matthew Stafford early on. The speedy receiver out of Louisville has caught 17 of his 26 targets for 246 receiving yards and is the overall WR11 through the first three weeks of the season. Atwell faces a struggling Indianapolis Colts' secondary this week and has a great opportunity to continue this level of playing. He is a strong WR2 option and has a moderately safe floor in Week 4.
From RotoBaller
Los Angeles Rams running back Kyren Williams has played 97% of offensive snaps in his two starts without Cam Akers, which is the highest rate for any RB over the last two games. The second-year back is the overall RB6 in half-PPR leagues and has solidified himself as an every-down player for the Rams. Williams faces the Indianapolis Colts in Week 4, who are allowing just 3.5 yards per carry through the first three weeks of the season. However, this shouldn't scare you as Williams has 17 targets over the last two games and will continue to be an integral part of the team's offense. He is a high-end RB2 with a safe floor this week.
From RotoBaller
Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford is the overall QB19 through the first three weeks of the season. While Stafford does have the second-most pass attempts in the entire league, he is completing just over 60% of his throws and has thrown four interceptions. He now faces the Indianapolis Colts in the team's Week 4 matchup, who are currently a bottom-10 pass defense. With his top wide receiver Cooper Kupp (hamstring) still out for at least another game, Stafford is a low-end QB1 at best in Week 4 and should mainly be an option in super flex and deeper leagues.

The Seattle Seahawks defense has done little to stop their opponents this year, allowing just over 29 points per game, the third-worst rate in the league. In Week 4, they will get a boost with the return of safety Jamal Adams (quadriceps) who has been sidelined with an injury since 2002's season opener. Second-year cornerback Riq Woolen (chest) is also expected to play after missing Week 3 due to injury. Unfortunately, Seattle's defense is still banged up, with five members of their secondary not practicing or being limited in practice on Friday. The woeful New York Giants are on tap for Week 4. The Giants are averaging just over 14 points per game and have given up five turnovers and 12 sacks already in 2023, making Seattle a tempting streaming option.
From RotoBaller
Seattle Seahawks kicker Jason Myers shook off the rust against the Carolina Panthers in Week 3. After starting the season converting three of his six field goal attempts in Weeks 1 and 2, Myers went 5-for-5 in Week 3 and was the only Seahawk to put points on the board in the first half of the game. He also nailed both of his extra-point attempts. In Week 4, Myers and the Seahawks play the New York Giants who are giving up almost 10 fantasy points per game to kickers. Fantasy managers can feel a bit more confident in starting Myers this week.
From RotoBaller
After laying an egg in the Seattle Seahawks' season opener, Noah Fant has 97 receiving yards in his last two games, leading the team's tight ends. Colby Parkinson has 87 yards of his own and his nine targets equal Fant's. Both saw an increased role in Seattle's Week 3 victory over the Carolina Panthers but the team was also missing Will Dissly (shoulder) due to injury. Seattle's propensity to cycle through their tight ends makes Fant an unreliable option for fantasy purposes. Even against the flailing New York Giants in Week 4, he and his companions can be left on the waiver wire.

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver came back to earth in Week 3 against the Carolina Panthers, catching three of his seven targets for 34 yards after scoring twice in his previous game. Fantasy managers will hope Lockett can rebound in Week 4 against the New York Giants, who have surrendered three touchdowns to wide receivers in their last two games. The Giants' defense has been softer against the run so far in 2023, though, and if the Seahawks jump out to an early lead their pass game will likely take a back seat to Kenneth Walker III and Zach Charbonnet. Still, Lockett owns a whopping 36.39% share of his team's air yards and rookie Jaxon Smith-Njigba has not posed a threat to the veteran's workload, so he should still be heavily involved on Monday. Lockett can be treated as a flex option in Week 4.

Philadelphia Eagles cornerback James Bradberry has the best individual matchup of Week 4, according to PFF's WR/CB Matchup Chart. Bradberry is projected to line up across from Curtis Samuel for most of the Eagles' matchup against the Washington Commanders, but Bradberry also has favorable matchups against the other Washington receivers. Bradberry has only allowed a catch on 56% of the targets that came his way. Each of Samuel, Terry McLaurin, and Jahan Dotson all have fewer than 1.50 yards per route run this season. Bradberry's matchup advantage might not help his fantasy value if it results in him not being targeted. But if he is targeted, he has a good chance to make some pass defenses and interceptions, as Sam Howell has already thrown five picks in three games.

Detroit Lions edge rusher Aidan Hutchinson made two tackles and 1.5 sacks in the Lions' 34-20 win over the Packers on Thursday Night Football. According to PFF's unofficial statistics, the second-year standout made a total of eight pressures and two QB hits. That puts him at 27 total pressures on the season, an average of 6.8 per game, both of which lead the NFL. He had 19 pressures in the first three weeks, which is tied for the most of any defensive player who has played three games.
From RotoBaller
DT Jalen Carter and the Philadelphia Eagles face the league's most sack-prone quarterback, the Washington Commanders' Sam Howell, in Week 4. Howell has been sacked 19 times in three games, six more than any other quarterback. Last week, Howell was sacked nine times by the Buffalo Bills. Going back to Howell's first career start in Week 18 of last season, Howell has been sacked three or more times in each of the past four weeks. The Commanders' pass blocking is rated as mediocre by PFF, but Howell's sack tendency is also influenced by his high average time to throw and reluctance to get rid of the football. Howell is taking 2.9 seconds from snap to release on average, which is the ninth longest amongst starting quarterbacks. Carter and his teammates are strong starts in this favorable matchup.
From RotoBaller
Pittsburgh Steelers defensive end Alex Highsmith has a favorable matchup against the Houston Texans in Week 4. The Texans combine a below-average offensive line and a rookie quarterback who sometimes struggles with pressure. Those factors have combined to cause C.J. Stroud to get sacked 11 times, which ranks in the top ten. Stroud was sacked five times in Week 1 and six times in Week 2, but the Jacksonville Jaguars, who have a weak defensive line, didn't sack him once. The Steelers, who lead the league in sacks, should be expected to get to Stroud much more often than the Jaguars.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Ed Oliver has made two sacks in the first three weeks of this season, but fantasy managers should think twice before starting him in a tough Week 4 matchup against the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins have only allowed a single sack all season, fewer than any other team. Not only do the Dolphins have a strong offensive line, QB Tua Tagovailoa excels at getting rid of the football quickly. His time to throw is the fastest of any starting quarterback. Ed Oliver faces long odds to make another sack in Week 4.
From RotoBaller
Minnesota Vikings edge rusher Danielle Hunter has made at least one sack in each of the past four games going back to last season's playoffs. Hunter ranks No. 2 with five sacks, and he has a good chance to extend his streak to five weeks in this Week 4 matchup against the Carolina Panthers. The Panthers have allowed nine sacks, the eleventh-most in the league. Carolina QB Bryce Young struggles against pressure, and Hunter has converted 41.7% of his pressures into sacks.

Arizona Cardinals linebacker Kyzir White is one of the top ten IDP linebackers through three weeks of 2023, and he is a solid start in Week 4 against the San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers are a run-heavy team with 33.7 rush attempts per game, sixth-most in the league. White is a strong tackler against the run. He has made 13 tackles on run plays, according to PFF, No. 6 in the league, and he has the 12th-lowest missed tackle rate on run plays. White has made at least seven tackles in each week of the season.
