Bills CB Tre'Davious White injured, out vs. Dolphins

Sun Oct 1 4:38pm ET
Field Level Media

Buffalo Bills cornerback Tre'Davious White sustained a right Achilles injury and had to be carted off the field late in the third quarter of Sunday's 48-20 victory over the visiting Miami Dolphins.

White dropped back in coverage when Miami quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was sacked with 39 seconds left in the third and was shown putting no pressure on his right leg as the play developed.

No one had made contact with White, who fell to the turf in pain and then threw his helmet in frustration.

White, 28, tore his ACL during the 2021 season in a Thanksgiving victory over the New Orleans Saints.

On Sunday, White had three tackles and a pass defense prior to exiting.

In three games prior to Sunday's meeting with the Dolphins, White had nine tackles and an interception. He is in his seventh season with Buffalo.

Under the Radar Plays: Week 4

Player Notes
Drake London Oct 1 5:03pm ET
Drake London

Dynasty | Falcons wide receiver Drake London had three catches for 28 yards and a touchdown in Atlanta's loss to Jacksonville in London. Dynasty Analysis: London's 11/126/2 line through four games is pretty disappointing. Still, he salvaged some decent value with the score today. The disappointing start for London really isn't on him as Desmond Ridder just hasn't been able to muster enough in the passing game to make him very fantasy relevant. London's WR15 is likely going to start falling should the Falcons and Ridder continue to sputter.

Nathaniel Dell Oct 1 5:00pm ET
Nathaniel Dell

Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell hauled in just one of three targets for 16 yards in Sunday's win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. The rookie was unable to build on a big Week 3, instead being overshadowed by impressive games from Nico Collins and Dalton Schultz. Although Collins has cemented himself as Houston's top wide receiver, there is still room for Dell to thrive. He should be viewed as a low-end WR3/FLEX option going forward, including in Week 5 against Atlanta.

DeAndre Hopkins Oct 1 4:50pm ET
DeAndre Hopkins

Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins caught four of his six targets for 63 yards in the 27-3 win over the Cincinnati Bengals. The 31-year-old nearly caught a long touchdown from Ryan Tannehill and was stopped just short of another touchdown, so he was close to producing a big fantasy day. Tennessee's offense has posted two promising offensive showings and two horrific performances, so it's tough to know what to expect. That said, Hopkins has real upside next week against the Indianapolis Colts, who allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to wideouts through the first three weeks of the season.

Dalton Schultz Oct 1 4:50pm ET
Dalton Schultz

Houston Texans tight end Dalton Schultz hauled in all three of his targets for 42 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. This game was his best as a member of the Texans and also featured his first touchdown with the team. He should be viewed as a mid-to-high TE2 going forward with room to rise even higher if the Texans continue to play well.

Chris Moore Oct 1 4:43pm ET
Chris Moore

Tennessee Titans WR Chris Moore caught one pass for 44 yards against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 4. He was targeted three times during the game.

Ryan Tannehill Oct 1 4:40pm ET
Ryan Tannehill

Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill completed 18 of his 25 passing attempts for 240 yards, one touchdown, and one interception against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 4. Tennessee's offensive line held up and gave Tannehill time to throw, so he posted another efficient outing in the win. Still, he failed to post enough fantasy points to make him a viable single-quarterback league option moving forward. Hopefully, the Titans' offense can develop consistency at some point this season. For now, he continues to be a low-end superflex or two-QB league fantasy asset.

From RotoBaller

Nico Collins Oct 1 4:40pm ET
Nico Collins

Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins turned nine targets into seven catches, 168 yards, and two touchdowns in a big Week 4 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Outside of a quiet Week 3, Collins has been one of the biggest steals in fantasy football this season. He has cemented himself as a weekly WR2 option, including next Sunday versus the Atlanta Falcons.

DeAndre Hopkins Oct 1 4:33pm ET
DeAndre Hopkins

Tennessee Titans WR DeAndre Hopkins caught four passes for 63 yards against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 4. He was targeted six times during the game.

From TheHuddle

C.J. Stroud Oct 1 4:30pm ET
C.J. Stroud

Houston Texans rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud completed 16 of 30 passes for 306 yards, two touchdowns, and zero interceptions in a big Week 4 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also rushed for 16 yards. The Texans' offense has scored 67 points over the last two weeks and Stroud has been a major reason why. He has presumably done enough to vault into the low-end QB1 tier ahead of Week 5 versus the Atlanta Falcons.

Donte Jackson Oct 1 4:30pm ET
Donte Jackson

Carolina Panthers cornerback Donte Jackson (shoulder) exited Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings. He was listed as questionable but did not return. The 27-year-old logged one tackle prior to departing and was replaced by D'Shawn Jamison.

Derrick Henry Oct 1 4:30pm ET
Derrick Henry

Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry rushed 22 times for 122 yards and a touchdown in the blowout win over the Cincinnati Bengals. He also caught one pass for 11 yards and completed a two-yard pass for a touchdown. It was a big performance for the 29-year-old, just a week after being held to just 20 yards. The former rushing champion is at risk of having dud performances this year as a part of the inconsistent Titans offense, but he's clearly still a must-start fantasy option. He'll face the Indianapolis Colts next week.

From RotoBaller

Dameon Pierce Oct 1 4:30pm ET
Dameon Pierce

Houston Texans running back Dameon Pierce rushed 24 times for 81 yards against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 4. He also caught a 27-yard pass. After a slow start to the season, Pierce has come on quite strong. His hot stretch has occurred simultaneously with a two-game winning streak in which the Texans have scored 67 points. As Houston continues to play well, Pierce should be viewed as a steady RB2 option. The Texans face the Falcons next week.

From RotoBaller

Nick Westbrook-Ikhine Oct 1 4:30pm ET
Nick Westbrook-Ikhine

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine hauled in five of his six targets for 51 yards and a touchdown in the 27-3 win over the Cincinnati Bengals. The 26-year-old stepped into an increased role in the absence of Treylon Burks (knee) and delivered a solid outing. If Burks remains out against the Indianapolis Colts next week, Westbrook-Ikhine could be worth starting in deep leagues as a desperation flex play. In shallow leagues, he's not worth picking up just yet.

From RotoBaller

Ryan Tannehill Oct 1 4:23pm ET
Ryan Tannehill

Tennessee Titans QB Ryan Tannehill went 18-for-25 for 240 yards, one touchdown and one interception against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 4. He also rushed for 11 yards on six carries during the game.

Derrick Henry Oct 1 4:23pm ET
Derrick Henry

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry rushed for 122 yards and one touchdown on 22 carries against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 4. He also threw a two-yard touchdown pass during the game.

From TheHuddle

Taron Johnson Oct 1 4:20pm ET
Taron Johnson

Buffalo Bills cornerback Tre'Davious White (Achilles) has been ruled out for the remainder of Week 4 versus the Miami Dolphins. White's injury was of the non-contact variety and required him to be carted to the locker room. The 28-year-old logged three tackles in each of his four games this season and has been a steady contributor on defense for several years. Should White miss extended time, Taron Johnson would see more snaps.

From RotoBaller

Bijan Robinson Oct 1 4:13pm ET
Bijan Robinson

Dynasty | Falcons rookie running back Bijan Robinson had 105 rushing yards, five catches and 32 receiving yards in the Falcons loss against Jacksonville in London. Dynasty Analysis: Robinson still only has one touchdown on the season but that's hardly his fault as the Falcons have really struggled as a team at times. With a whopping yards per carry average of six, you can see the talent with Robinson is real. The touchdowns will likely come in bunches and while some dynasty managers may be growing impatient, Bijan is certainly here to stay and has solidified his spot as our overall RB1.

From Dynasty League Fantasy

Kyle Pitts Oct 1 4:13pm ET
Kyle Pitts

Dynasty | Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts had two catches for 21 yards in Atlanta's loss against Jacksonville in London. Dynasty Analysis: Pitts now has just 11 catches for 121 scoreless yards on the season. He has gone from possibly the top asset in dynasty leagues, to the overall TE1, to a top-12 TE and now to virtually unplayable in the span of the last year and a half. While the talent is still clearly there, the results just haven't been and Pitts' ranking of TE4 is going to start heading downward as a result. This is a disappointing turn of events to say the least and dynasty managers have to seriously consider benching him until further notice.

From Dynasty League Fantasy

Desmond Ridder Oct 1 4:13pm ET
Desmond Ridder

Dynasty | Desmond Ridder completed just 19-of-31 passes for 191 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions in the Falcons loss against Jacksonville in London. Dynasty Analysis: He also lost a fumble. Ridder now has just 744 passing yards with three touchdowns and three interceptions through the first four games of the season. The Falcons are still somehow 2-2 so he doesn't seem to be in danger of losing his job. However, things need to change quickly in Atlanta for there to be any fantasy value outside of Bijan Robinson with this team. Ridder's ranking of QB27 seems about right as he still has upside but hasn't shown it quite yet.

From Dynasty League Fantasy

Javonte Williams Oct 1 4:13pm ET
Javonte Williams

Dynasty | Broncos running back Javonte Williams left the Broncos game against Chicago with an apparent hip injury. Dynasty Analysis: Uh oh. After missing most of last season with a torn ACL, this could be the second long-term injury for Williams in the past two years. While it's very early and no indicators of anything serious as of yet, Williams was quickly ruled out and dynasty managers are holding their breath. Stay tuned.
