Maye has huge Week 5 game
This week was an all-or-nothing affair for fantasy teams. Some teams posted huge scores, while others really struggled to put points on the board. The scores seemed much more uneven than in recent weeks, thanks to some erratic performances from top fantasy players. Hopefully, you were on the winning side of things in Week 5.
Bucs 24, Cowboys 16
STUD: Bucky Irving. Irving had a monster game, showing he can carry the offense when needed. He ran 21 times for 165 yards and a touchdown. He also caught two passes for 10 yards and a touchdown. Irving finished with 31.5 fantasy points, his second game this season with 20-plus points. He is dominating the work at running back for the Bucs and producing some impressive numbers as their lead back.
DUD: CeeDee Lamb. Lamb suffered a quad injury during the game, but he played a good portion of it before getting hurt. He did little in that time, catching two passes for nine yards on five targets. Lamb had three straight games with 100-plus receiving yards before this showing. It was an unexpected dud from Lamb. You will also want to monitor his injury going forward.
News and Notes: George Pickens had his best game of the season, catching nine passes for 130 yards and a touchdown on 13 targets. It was his first 100-yard performance of the year.
Jalon Daniels played well in his first NFL start. He completed 19-of-25 passes for 189 yards and a touchdown without a turnover. He also ran seven times for 23 yards.
Jaguars 19, Eagles 17
STUD: Parker Washington. Washington bounced back in a big way after struggling last week. He had six receptions for 124 yards and two touchdowns. He set season highs in receiving yards, touchdowns and fantasy points, finishing with 30.4. Washington has scored at least 13 fantasy points in three of four games. He is emerging as a dependable fantasy receiver with the potential for big performances.
DUD: Jalen Hurts. Hurts didn't play badly, but he did little to help fantasy teams. He completed 21-of-40 passes for 220 yards and a touchdown without a turnover. He also wasn't a factor on the ground, rushing twice for two yards. Hurts scored just 15.2 fantasy points and has finished with fewer than 16 points in three straight games. He is becoming a difficult player to trust in fantasy lineups.
News and Notes: Dallas Goedert returned from his knee injury and looked good. He caught six passes for 38 yards, leading the team in receptions.
Will Shipley made his first NFL start but had to leave the game with a foot injury. He ran five times for six yards and a touchdown before getting hurt. Dameon Pierce handled most of the work the rest of the way but did little, rushing 11 times for 14 yards.
Texans 26, Titans 3
STUD: C.J. Stroud. There weren't many great fantasy performances in this one, but Stroud had another solid showing. He completed 26-of-34 passes for 260 yards and a touchdown without a turnover. He also scored on the ground, rushing five times for six yards and a touchdown. Stroud finished with 23.6 fantasy points and has scored 20-plus points in four of five games. He has taken a big step forward this year in a suddenly pass-first Texans offense.
DUD: Carnell Tate. There were duds all over the place, but Tate tops the list. He was coming off the best game of his career but barely got involved this week, catching just one pass for six yards on five targets. The good news is that he still got some looks. The problem is that Cam Ward is struggling, making Tate a risky weekly fantasy play. Tate has scored fewer than eight fantasy points in three of five games.
News and Notes: David Montgomery left the game early with a groin injury. He had five carries for just 11 yards before exiting. Woody Marks stepped up as the lead back, rushing 15 times for 63 yards.
Wan'Dale Robinson was one of the few bright spots for the Titans. He caught six passes for 53 yards and has scored at least 11 fantasy points in three straight games.
Vikings 23, Saints 13
STUD: Justin Jefferson. Jefferson returned from his ankle injury and looked just fine. He caught six passes for 79 yards and a touchdown, his best performance since Week 1. Jefferson finished with 19.9 fantasy points, and his ankle didn't appear to hinder him. He should be ready to produce going forward.
DUD: Chris Olave. Olave had a rare down game, but it was somewhat expected against a very good Vikings defense. He caught four passes for just 46 yards, failing to reach double-digit fantasy points for the first time all year. Olave had at least 85 receiving yards in every game before this one. He should bounce back in more favorable matchups.
News and Notes: T.J. Hockenson was knocked out of the game early with a concussion. He caught one pass for seven yards before the injury.
Kendre Miller received more work at running back this week than Alvin Kamara. Miller ran 10 times for 30 yards and a touchdown, while Kamara had just three carries for 12 yards.
Packers 31, Bears 7
STUD: Christian Watson. Watson continued his breakout season, catching six passes for 143 yards and two touchdowns. It was his second game of the season with more than 30 fantasy points, as he finished with 32.3. Watson now has two 100-yard games and three performances with at least 22 fantasy points. He is producing like an elite fantasy receiver in a suddenly pass-first Packers offense.
DUD: Tyson Bagent. The Bears had a rough day offensively, and Bagent struggled mightily. He completed 12-of-21 passes for just 87 yards and threw two interceptions. Bagent managed only 4.05 fantasy points before being benched late in the game for Case Keenum. Expect Caleb Williams to return to the starting lineup for the Bears in Week 6.
News and Notes: Matthew Golden had his second 100-yard game of the season, catching six passes for 123 yards on seven targets.
Marshawn Lloyd scored his first rushing touchdowns of the season. He ran 10 times for 31 yards and two touchdowns.
Patriots 45, Raiders 17
STUD: Drake Maye. Whatever was bothering Maye early in the season seems to be a thing of the past. He had one of the best fantasy performances by a quarterback all season, completing 26-of-34 passes for 374 yards and four touchdowns without a turnover. He also added a rushing score, running six times for 26 yards and a touchdown. Maye finished with 43.2 fantasy points and now has two straight games with 30-plus points.
DUD: Romeo Doubs. The Patriots produced all sorts of fantasy points, but Doubs barely got any of them. After emerging in recent weeks as a top target in the passing game with A.J. Brown out, Doubs was largely forgotten in this one. It was a shock to see him finish with just one catch for 16 yards. Doubs showed that he might not be a sure thing in this offense just yet.
News and Notes: Ashton Jeanty was questionable to play but suited up and handled most of the work at running back until the game got out of hand. He rushed 10 times for 27 yards and caught three passes for 50 yards.
Brock Bowers continued to post huge numbers, catching eight passes for 110 yards and a touchdown on 10 targets. He has scored 20-plus fantasy points in all three games he has played this season.
Steelers 34, Colts 22
STUD: Jaylen Warren. Warren has emerged as an elite fantasy back with Rico Dowdle out of the lineup. He had 15 carries for 101 yards and a touchdown. He also led the team in receiving, catching six passes for 87 yards and a touchdown. Warren has totaled 100-plus yards in three straight games and scored a season-high 36.8 fantasy points in this one.
DUD: DK Metcalf. Metcalf had been trending up, but that wasn't the case in this game. He caught just three passes for 12 yards after posting double-digit fantasy points in each of his previous two games. Metcalf managed only 5.3 fantasy points and continues to be much more inconsistent than fantasy owners would like.
News and Notes: Aaron Rodgers had his third straight game with three passing touchdowns. He completed 22-of-31 passes for 235 yards and three scores without a turnover. Rodgers has become a viable fantasy option.
Rookie Germie Bernard caught six passes for 80 yards on nine targets. All three were career highs for the rookie receiver.
Bengals 31, Dolphins 24
STUD: Ja'Marr Chase. Chase was cleared from his concussion before the game and delivered another strong performance. He caught six passes for 77 yards and a touchdown, finishing with 19.7 fantasy points. He has scored at least 19 points in three of four games. As long as he is healthy, Chase will always be in the conversation as one of the top fantasy receivers in the game.
DUD: Chase Brown. Brown had a rare poor showing for fantasy owners. He ran 13 times for just 39 yards and caught three passes for 21 yards. He scored a season-low 8.0 fantasy points and even finished with one fewer carry than backup Samaje Perine. Brown's recent production is becoming a little concerning, as he has scored fewer than 10 fantasy points in two of his last three games.
News and Notes: Ollie Gordon continued to show well in a starting role for the Dolphins. He ran 18 times for 88 yards and a touchdown.
Tee Higgins played through his various injuries but was relatively quiet, finishing with just two receptions for 22 yards. You have to wonder how much his injuries affected his performance.
Jets 17, Browns 12
STUD: Garrett Wilson. Wilson returned to his early-season form after a down game last week. He caught seven passes for 104 yards and a touchdown. Wilson has scored a touchdown in three of four games and recorded two 100-yard performances during that span. Outside of his poor showing in Week 4, he has been producing big numbers on a weekly basis.
DUD: Kenyon Sadiq. Sadiq caught just two passes for three yards and had limited opportunities for the second straight game. He also had to leave early because of a possible concussion. Sadiq has just two catches on seven targets over his last two games. He scored double-digit fantasy points in two of his first three games, but his recent performances have made him difficult to trust.
News and Notes: KC Concepcion took a brutal hit in the first half and missed the rest of the game. He likely suffered a concussion and had one catch for five yards before the injury.
Braelon Allen had his first 100-yard rushing game of the season, running 24 times for 116 yards and a touchdown.
Giants 27, Commanders 27
STUD: Isaiah Likely. Likely got banged up late in the game but put up great numbers before leaving. He caught 11 passes for 94 yards and two touchdowns, finishing with 32.4 fantasy points. It was his second game of the season with at least 27 fantasy points. Likely is enjoying his move to New York, where he has a chance to be the Giants' lead tight end.
DUD: Cam Skattebo. Skattebo didn't do much once again, rushing 13 times for 59 yards and catching two passes for 12 yards. He also lost a key fumble late in the game with the Giants in field goal range to win it. Skattebo managed just 8.1 fantasy points, failing to reach double-digit points in two straight games and three of his last four. He is trending in the wrong direction right now.
News and Notes: Malik Nabers was nearly as productive as his teammate, finishing with 11 receptions for 121 yards and a touchdown. Nabers has recorded 100-plus receiving yards in two straight games.
Jayden Daniels returned from his dislocated elbow and looked good. He completed 17-of-25 passes for 199 yards and made a huge impact on the ground, rushing nine times for 103 yards and two touchdowns.
Broncos 23, Chargers 17
STUD: J.K. Dobbins. This game featured very little offense, but Dobbins was one of the few bright spots. He rushed 18 times for 68 yards and a touchdown while adding two receptions for six yards. Dobbins finished with a season-high 15.4 fantasy points, his first double-digit performance of the season. This was the first game with head coach Sean Payton calling plays this year, so perhaps that bodes well for Dobbins going forward.
DUD: Omarion Hampton. There were more duds than studs in this one, but Hampton might have been the most disappointing once again. He received more carries but managed just 33 yards on 14 attempts. Hampton finished with a season-low 4.9 fantasy points and has scored fewer than six points in two of his last three games. He is shaping up to be one of the biggest busts of the season.
News and Notes: Tre Harris caught two passes for 16 yards before leaving the game with a hamstring injury. He was one of the few healthy receivers left for the Chargers, but he joined the team's growing list of injured wideouts.
Justin Herbert threw for just 122 yards, finishing with a touchdown and an interception. Herbert has thrown for fewer than 200 yards in two straight games and three of his last four.
Lions 45, Cardinals 21
STUD: Jahmyr Gibbs. Gibbs continues to show why so many fantasy owners took him first overall. He had another huge game, rushing 25 times for 151 yards and two touchdowns. He also caught five passes for 56 yards, giving him 207 total yards. Gibbs scored 37.7 fantasy points, which wasn't even his highest total of the season. He now has three games with at least 34 fantasy points.
DUD: Jeremiyah Love. Love continued his disappointing rookie season. He got some work but failed to do much with it, rushing 12 times for just 22 yards without a reception. Love had his worst fantasy performance of the season, scoring just 2.2 points. He has scored fewer than eight fantasy points in two straight games and three of his last four. His ceiling is high, but he is becoming difficult to start right now.
News and Notes: Kendrick Bourne moved into a starting role following news that Marvin Harrison was traded. Bourne led the team in receiving yards, finishing with five receptions for 70 yards.
Jared Goff completed 19-of-30 passes for 271 yards and three touchdowns without a turnover. He also ran for a score, giving him his second four-touchdown game of the season.
49ers 32, Seahawks 29
STUD: Mike Evans. Evans might not be completely healthy with sore ribs, but he certainly isn't showing it. He caught seven passes for 113 yards and a touchdown while also converting a two-point try. Evans made big play after big play and finished with a season-high 26.3 fantasy points. He has scored at least 12 fantasy points in three straight games and four of five this season. Evans just never seems to slow down, finding ways to produce on a weekly basis.
DUD: Brock Purdy. Purdy didn't play a bad game, leading the 49ers to a huge road victory, but his numbers weren't up to his usual standards. He failed to reach 20 fantasy points for the first time all season, throwing for just 189 yards and two touchdowns with an interception. It was a tough matchup for Purdy, so don't get too down on him.
News and Notes: Deebo Samuel left the game early after taking a huge hit on a kick return. He had two receptions for 21 yards and two carries for four yards before getting hurt.
Emanuel Wilson found the end zone for the second straight game. He ran 20 times for 61 yards and a touchdown while adding two receptions for 11 yards.
Ravens 30, Falcons 23
STUD: Tyler Huntley. Huntley played a great game, getting the start because of Lamar Jackson's injury. He accounted for three total touchdowns, completing 24-of-32 passes for 201 yards and two touchdowns without a turnover. He also ran six times for 20 yards and a score. Huntley finished with an impressive 26.05 fantasy points and could be worth a look for fantasy teams if he gets another start next week.
DUD: Bijan Robinson. This game wasn't a complete disaster for Robinson, but he didn't perform at the level fantasy owners have come to expect. He rushed for 86 yards and caught four passes for 32 yards. Robinson finished with 15.8 fantasy points, his lowest total since Week 2. He had scored at least 27 points in each of his previous two games. It wasn't a terrible performance, but you simply expect more from Robinson.
News and Notes: Michael Penix was injured late in the game, leaving with what appeared to be a rib injury after taking a huge hit. Before exiting, Penix completed 19-of-32 passes for 240 yards and a touchdown without a turnover.
Drake London reached the 100-yard mark for the second time in three games. He caught seven passes for 118 yards on 10 targets.

Cleveland Browns running back Quinshon Judkins (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday and is in danger of missing Sunday's game against the division-rival Baltimore Ravens in Week 6, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. Judkins no longer has a walking boot on his right foot after getting injured in the Week 5 loss to the New York Jets, but he is not practicing and is up in the air to be available this weekend. Cleveland's backfield is an injured mess right now with Judkins banged up and Raheim Sanders (hip) going on Injured Reserve on Tuesday. Dylan Sampson (knee) remains on IR, although the Browns opened his 21-day practice window this week. If Judkins is not cleared to play and Sampson does not return from IR, the Browns will be down to Jaleel McLaughlin and Audric Estime in their backfield against the Ravens. The 22-year-old Judkins is averaging only 3.0 yards per carry through five games in 2026 with 73 rushing attempts for 221 yards and one touchdown on the ground, adding 18 receptions for 102 yards as a receiver. Judkins is shaping up as a very risky fantasy RB on the RB2/3 borderline in Week 6 against the Ravens.

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba (ankle) should deliver another WR1 performance in Week 6 against the Denver Broncos. Denver may rank as the No. 4 defense against opposing wide receivers in fantasy, but JSN has proven himself to be matchup-proof this season. Perhaps the most threatening factor to Smith-Njigba's Week 6 success is his current ankle injury. Smith-Njigba got hurt during Seattle's Week 5 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. While he was able to play through the injury during that game, JSN was constantly working through pain on the sideline. He has been a limited participant in practice throughout the week, but he is upgraded to full on Wednesday. Smith-Njigba's practice participation on Monday and Tuesday does raise the question as to whether the injury will limit his output at all. Even so, Smith-Njigba leads the league with a 36% target share. Injured or not, Smith-Njigba should push for double-digit targets regardless of the game script. Start him as you usually would in Week 6.
From RotoBaller
Seattle Seahawks kicker Jason Myers is a great option in Week 6 against the Denver Broncos. Myers is coming off a 23-point game in which he made all five of his field goal attempts. The knock on Myers this season had been a lack of field goal attempts, but that was sure to change at some point, and it appears to have reverted to the mean. Myers also continues to be very accurate this season. He has only missed one kick: an extra point against the Chargers in Week 4. With the Seahawks' offense often finding itself in scoring position, Myers is always a threat for double-digit fantasy points. The Broncos boast a quality defense, but it is nothing Seattle's offense cannot handle. Look for Myers to kick plenty of field goals and extra points in Week 6. Fire him up as a K1.
From RotoBaller
Seattle Seahawks tight end AJ Barner has struggled to shake loose this season. He does not project to do so in a Week 6 matchup with the Denver Broncos. This is a plus-matchup for tight ends given that the Broncos are No. 21 against opposing tight ends in fantasy. However, Barner is not receiving enough volume to merit fantasy consideration. Week 5 marked just the second time this season that Barner recorded at least five targets. Both of Barner's five-plus target games have come when quarterback Sam Darnold was forced to air the ball out consistently. The Broncos are entering this game with a struggling offense against a strong Seahawks defense. As such, Seattle's total passing volume should be low, especially if the team is able to get its ground game going against a weak Broncos rushing defense. Barner will have a spike game or two throughout the season, but this does not project to be one of them.
From RotoBaller
Seattle Seahawks running back Emanuel Wilson should enjoy an RB2 outing in Week 6 against the Denver Broncos. The Broncos are the No. 25 defense against opposing running backs in fantasy this season. They are allowing 4.5 yards per carry and 23.7 fantasy points per game to opposing running backs this season. Seattle will be looking to make some noise in Week 6 following a turnover-ridden loss to the San Francisco 49ers in Week 5. Wilson struggled to find running room in that game, but he scored his third touchdown in the last two games. Seattle has featured Wilson around the goal line since before he took over as the starter, and there should be plenty of scoring opportunities for Wilson this week. Wilson is a clear workhorse in an offense that is struggling with its running back depth. Expect him to record a third-straight game with at least 20 carries, which should lead to RB2 numbers.
From RotoBaller
Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Rashid Shaheed is ranked as RotoBaller's WR63 heading into Week 6 against the Denver Broncos. The ranking is valid given that Shaheed is the WR73 on the season with just nine receptions. Shaheed is not receiving enough volume in an offense dominated by wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba. Given his lack of volume and lack of big plays this season, Shaheed should not be considered for fantasy lineups in a Week 6 matchup with the No. 4 defense against opposing wide receivers. On the bright side, Shaheed is edging out fellow wide receiver Cooper Kupp with a 19-to-15 target number on the season. However, Shaheed's 47% catch rate leaves a lot to be desired. Until this offense proves it can support a pass catcher outside of JSN, you should leave Shaheed on your bench even if his usage on the season has been relatively solid.
From RotoBaller
Seattle Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold is not a viable fantasy option in Week 6 against the Denver Broncos. Outside of a massive explosion in Week 3 against the Washington Commanders, Darnold has not provided any QB1 value for fantasy. The Broncos' defense has not been the unstoppable force it has been in the past, but this game feels like it has the potential to be a low-scoring affair. Darnold tends to not make much noise in games in which he does not need to air it out much. Additionally, Darnold has been struggling of late. He has thrown five interceptions across his past three outings. If those trends continue, he is not a player you can trust in fantasy if he is constantly at risk of getting negative points. While Darnold's connection with wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba (ankle) is special, there is not much else to like about Seattle's receiving corps. No one else is stepping up to earn Darnold's consistent trust, which caps Darnold's own ceiling on fantasy. Until he proves otherwise, Darnold is better left on your bench in Week 6.
From RotoBaller
Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift (hip) is noticeably absent from the team's Week 6 injury report after being listed as a full participant in practice on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Kyle Monangai (thumb, toe) did not practice on Wednesday after sitting out the Week 5 blowout loss to the division-rival Green Bay Packers on Sunday. With Monangai sidelined, the 27-year-old Swift had only nine carries for 43 yards and a touchdown while adding four catches for 30 yards against the Packers. The Bears falling behind by multiple scores early made it hard for Swift to make much of an impact on the ground. His touchdown and work in the passing game salvaged his performance from a fantasy perspective, and his TD on the ground was his first since scoring three times in the Week 1 blowout win over the Carolina Panthers. If Swift has the backfield all to himself again in Week 6 against the Atlanta Falcons on the road, he will have clear RB1 upside and will be looking for more production.
From RotoBaller
Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell (knee) was listed as a full participant in practice on Wednesday, according to Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle. It was a lighter practice, but it was still the first time that Dell has practiced in full since returning from a devastating left-knee injury that kept him out for the entire 2025 season. The Texans opened the 26-year-old's 21-day practice window last Wednesday, so he is technically eligible at any time to come off Injured Reserve to make his 2026 debut. The Texans are expected to ease Dell back into the fold when he is ready, but with an opportunity to carve out a pretty big role in the team's passing attack by the end of the season, Dell is worth a waiver-wire pickup with his season debut looming. Before his knee injury late in the 2024 season, the former third-rounder from Houston caught 98 passes for 1,376 yards and 10 touchdowns on 156 targets in 25 games over two seasons in the league. Dell has big-play abilities downfield, although his speed may not be the same as it was before his serious knee injury. Depending on how he fares the rest of the week, Dell could realistically make his return in Week 6 versus the Jacksonville Jaguars in London.
From RotoBaller
Seattle Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet (knee) has officially been ruled out for the Week 6 game on Thursday Night Football against the Denver Broncos, according to Corbin K. Smith of Emerald Spectrum. Seattle opened Charbonnet's 21-day practice window last Thursday, but he is still not ready to make his 2026 debut after being limited in practice this week. The good news for the Seahawks and fantasy managers is that the 25-year-old has a realistic chance to make his return in a showdown in Week 7 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Rookie first-rounder Jadarian Price (chest) will miss at least two more games while on Injured Reserve, so if Charb returns next week, he will be sharing the backfield with Emanuel Wilson and George Holani. Wilson has been Seattle's lead back in the last few weeks, but things could change quickly once Charbonnet returns. The 25-year-old former second-rounder from UCLA had a bigger role last year alongside Kenneth Walker and had his most productive NFL season, rushing for 730 yards and 12 touchdowns on 184 regular-season carries, adding 20 catches for 144 yards through the air. Charbonnet figures to be eased in once he makes his season debut, but for his all-around solid skill set, he should be stashed in all fantasy leagues.
From RotoBaller
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb (thigh) was able to practice in full on Wednesday, according to Pro Football Talk. Lamb missed the conclusion of the upset loss at home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last Thursday night due to a thigh injury, but the good news is that he has extra time to recover before the team's Week 6 game on Sunday Night Football against the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. The 27-year-old practicing in full already this week is a good sign that he will be available to play against the Packers. Reports last Friday suggested that Lamb was only dealing with a bruised thigh/quad, so he escaped a major injury. Fantasy managers should keep Lamb locked into their starting lineups for Week 6. The five-time Pro Bowler has been better than teammate George Pickens so far in 2026, catching 39 of his 51 targets for 507 yards and four touchdowns in five games. He already has more touchdowns than he did all of last year in 14 contests for Dallas. Lamb looks primed for a bounce-back game in Green Bay after catching only two of his five targets for nine yards last Thursday night before his injury.
From RotoBaller
Arizona Cardinals rookie first-round running back Jeremiyah Love (ankle) is battling through a lingering ankle injury and could be up in the air to play in Week 6 versus the division-rival Los Angeles Rams, according to Tyler Drake of Arizona Sports. "As much as he wants to battle through, we are all in agreement right now to just give him a little bit of rest and see as the week goes on as what that will entail for Sunday," head coach Mike LaFleur said on Wednesday. The 21-year-old third overall pick from Notre Dame suffered an ankle injury in the preseason and also came out of the Week 4 loss to the New York Giants with an ankle injury. Love played in the Week 5 loss to the Detroit Lions but had only 12 carries for 22 yards and failed to bring in his only target in the passing game. Love is averaging 3.7 yards per carry on 67 rushing attempts for 245 yards and one score on the ground in his first five NFL games, but his lack of involvement in the passing game has been disappointing for his fantasy managers. If Love is cleared to suit up in L.A., it sounds like he could have a limited role out of the backfield, so he is trending towards being more of an RB3/flex this weekend.
From RotoBaller
New Orleans Saints wide receiver Chris Olave (illness) did not practice on Wednesday due to an illness, according to Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football. Olave is a little under the weather this week, but with three full days before Sunday's game against the New York Giants, fantasy managers should not be too worried about the star wideout's status for Week 6. After back-to-back 100-yard games in Weeks 3 and 4, Olave caught just four passes for 46 yards in the Week 5 loss to a tough Minnesota Vikings defense. Through five games, Olave continues to be money for his fantasy managers, ranking as the overall WR6 in half-PPR scoring with 39 catches for 537 yards and one touchdown on 54 targets. As long as he is healthy, Olave will continue to be quarterback Tyler Shough's go-to downfield passing target in an up-tempo, pass-happy offense in New Orleans. Fantasy managers should have the former first-rounder from Ohio State locked into their lineups this week for an upcoming road tilt at MetLife Stadium against the G-Men.
From RotoBaller
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday, according to ESPN's Jamison Hensley. Even though Jackson has a realistic chance to return from a one-game absence due to a left-ankle injury suffered in the Week 4 win over the Tennessee Titans, he was not on the practice field on Wednesday. The 29-year-old is not going to rush back after backup Tyler Huntley led the team to an impressive overtime win over the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday Night Football. Head coach Jesse Minter said on Monday that Jackson is "definitely doing better," but he should still be considered questionable to face the division-rival Cleveland Browns on Sunday in Week 6. Jackson's lack of practice on Wednesday is not a great start, but his outlook could be looking better if he is able to practice on Thursday or Friday. The former MVP will be a must-start in all fantasy lineups this weekend if he is active against the Browns.
From RotoBaller
Arizona Cardinals head coach Mike LaFleur said that running back Jeremiyah Love (ankle) will not practice on Wednesday, per Tyler Drake of Arizona Sports. Love has been battling nagging ankle injuries for most of the regular season so far. While the 21-year-old has yet to miss any time, he saw very little work in the second half of Arizona's blowout loss to the Detroit Lions in Week 5. Love has flashed significant upside in his best moments this season, recording 281 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns on 78 touches across five games. Given his practice status on Wednesday, the rookie back could be in danger of missing Arizona's Week 6 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams. If Love is sidelined, Cardinals back Tyler Allgeier would move into borderline top-24 territory at the running back position for fantasy managers in Week 6.
From RotoBaller
After logging 3,727 passing yards, 498 rushing yards, and 29 total touchdowns in 2025, Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert was widely viewed by fantasy managers as a no-doubt top-12 quarterback entering 2026. However, the 28-year-old has played some of the worst football of his career through the first five weeks of the season, completing just 59.4% of his pass attempts for 937 yards, five touchdowns, and seven interceptions. The Chargers offense has also collapsed around Herbert. In Week 5, Los Angeles was without tackles Joe Alt (neck) and Rashawn Slater (ankle), as well as wide receivers Ladd McConkey (foot), Quentin Johnston (chest), and Brenen Thompson (quad). Between his own struggles and the situation around him, Herbert is no longer a must-roster player for fantasy managers.

Across five games so far in 2026, New England Patriots wide receiver Romeo Doubs has recorded 13 catches for 219 yards and two touchdowns on 23 targets. After star Patriots wideout A.J. Brown (ankle) went down with an ankle injury early in Week 1, Doubs appeared to have a chance to lead his team's pass-catching corps. However, outside of one big game in Week 4, Doubs has largely underwhelmed. In Week 5, it was younger Patriots wide receivers Efton Chism III and DeMario Douglas who stepped up as the top targets for New England quarterback Drake Maye. Heading into Week 6, Brown is now eligible to return from Injured Reserve. While the star wideout may not play this week against the New York Jets, he will likely be back on the field sooner rather than later. Between Brown's impending return and Doubs' own unreliability, Doubs could be droppable in shallower fantasy formats.

Los Angeles Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh said that it's "hard to predict how many a player is going to get" when asked about running back Omarion Hampton's declining snap count, per Alex Insdorf of the Guilty As Charged podcast. Across five games so far in 2026, Hampton has recorded 73 carries for 231 yards and three touchdowns. However, his workload has decreased in recent weeks as the Chargers have gotten fellow running backs Kimani Vidal and Keaton Mitchell more involved in the team's offense. After leading the team in running back snaps in each of the first three weeks, Hampton has now played the same number of snaps as, or fewer than, both Vidal and Mitchell in two straight contests. Between his uncertain workload and the Chargers' overall issues on offense this season, Hampton is becoming increasingly difficult for fantasy managers to trust.

Across five games so far in 2026, Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. has recorded just nine catches for 105 yards and a touchdown on 18 targets. The 24-year-old's underwhelming season hit a new low in Week 5, when he was held without a catch on three targets by the Philadelphia Eagles. Thomas Jr. looked like a potential breakout superstar after his rookie season in 2024, when he logged nearly 1,300 receiving yards and 10 touchdown catches. However, his production has declined sharply over the last two years. Thomas Jr. has recorded more than three targets in just one out of five games in 2026, and he's fallen behind Jaguars wideouts Parker Washington and Jakobi Meyers on the team's depth chart. Thomas Jr. retains some deep-league appeal for fantasy managers, but he's droppable in shallower league formats.

Houston Texans wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. is expected to make his team debut Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars in London, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, who reports that head coach DeMeco Ryans confirmed the plan Wednesday. Acquired from Arizona earlier this week, Harrison participated in his first Texans practice Wednesday and has only a few days to get comfortable with the offense. The former fourth overall pick caught just five passes for 85 yards and one touchdown in four games with the Cardinals this season after recording 41 receptions for 608 yards and four scores in 2025. He reunites with former Ohio State quarterback C.J. Stroud, although that familiarity doesn't guarantee an immediate featured role. Nico Collins has caught 19 passes for 249 yards and three touchdowns in three appearances, while Jaylin Noel, Kayshon Boutte, and Xavier Hutchinson have also contributed to Houston's passing attack. General manager Nick Caserio indicated Wednesday that the Texans won't force a predetermined snap count as Harrison gets acclimated. His debut is encouraging for fantasy managers, but he's a risky Week 6 starter until there's a clearer picture of his role in the offense.
